Recently, many enterprises are introducing information systems for their competitive advantages. For enhancing the utilization level of enterprise information system, it is quite important to monitor the usage states of the information systems continuously. However, most enterprise information systems lack this functionality. Proposed in this paper is the framework of IAM (Information Activity Monitoring), which is defined as real-time reporting and alerting of significant information-related activities. This IAM framework provides 4 different views about the information system (data, IT system, business process, and participant) and is implemented as a part of integrated design/manufacturing information system developed by aerospace parts manufacturer. By using the IAM function, IT personnel can monitor significant information-related activities systematically and feedback to their users timely, and ultimately enhance the utilization level of information system.

원자력 발전소는 국민생활, 산업활동 및 공공업무 수행과 연결되는 중대한 시설로 주변의 인위적 재해에 의한 영향으로 발전이 중단되거나 설비가 훼손되어서는 안된다. 따라서 원전시설 주변에 원전설비에 영향을 줄 수 있는 유해ㆍ위험설비가 있을 경우에는 이들 설비가 원전에 어떤 영향이 있을 것인가를 위험 형태별, 빈도별, 크기별로 나누어 평가되어야한다. 이를 위해서 먼저 원전시설 주변에 인위적 재해 가능성이 있는 인자를 조사하고 이들 인자들은 어떤 위험이 있으며, 그 위험의 세기가 원전시설에 어떤 규모로 피해를 줄 것인가가 정확하게 평가되어야한다.(중략)

본 고는 ITU의 130년 변천과정과 함께 그에 따른 전기통신분야의 발전과정을 살펴본다. 우리나라에서는 1952년 ITU 가입, 1989년 관리이사국 피선, 1993년 ITU-TS SG7 부의장 피선 등의 활동과정이 있었다. 본 고에서는 도한 ITU의 위원회 업무내용과 조직변화에 따른 우리의 대응변화를 제시코저 한다.

u-Work는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 근로자가 언제, 어디서나 고도의 유무선 정보통신 기술을 활용하여 업무를 수행할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는 것으로 u-Work가 발전하려면 인간이 활동하는 범위내의 통신이 매우 중요하게 될 것이다. 이를 해결해 줄 수 있는 통신은 근거리 무선통신 즉, WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network)이 될 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 u-Work에 적용 가능한 WPAN 기술 도입을 위한 추진 전략을 제시하기 위해 WPAN 기술에 대해 조사 분석하고 u-Work 발전에 따른 WPAN의 단계적인 도입 전략을 제안한다.

In Korea, National spatial data infrastructure has implemented in order to integrated manage and share the national spatial information producted by public agencies and local governments. The necessities of systematic quality management are raised, because information, which is generated by different agencies, is integrative managed by national level. In this paper, the establishment of BPR(Business Process Reengineering) for national spatial data infrastructure quality management system. Quality management business is defined as quality management object definition, quality measuring, evaluation and analysis, and quality enhancement process. Next, activities for each process are designed. For the quality management business, business rule(BR) is required for determining error. We derive the BR for six objects(legal-dong, railway boundary, railway centerline, road boundary, road centerline, building) among the basic spatial information. Other information's BR can be generated by using the derivation method described in this paper. Based on the BPR of this paper and derived BR, national spatial data infrastructure quality management system can be implemented in the future.

This study purpose to identifying the roles of Health Information Librarian which its role is increasing according to increase recent interest in wellness and health. In other words, this study will present the Education, careen duties and so on, which should be possed by Health Information Librarian, based on the analysis of Job Site. As as result, first, health information professional librarian's name appears very diverse, and consumer health information librarian will be appropriate name for public libraries and medical librarian will be appropriate for medical library and hospital library. Second, education experience required for health information librarian is master's degree of library and information science and bachelor's or more health related degree. Third, at least two years of health-related field experience, particularly health information service experience, is required. Forth, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are required, expecially higher knowledge for health-related information resources is required. Fifth, the main duties what health information librarian need to perform, are library management services, training services, research services, access to and sharing of information resources, collection management, information management, information management technology, and advocacy.

This study designed a research model to analyze the relationship between organizational commitment and work performance for outsourcing workers. The path relationship was analyzed using the PLS-SEM of the sample collected through the survey. As a result of the study, organizational support perception had a direct effect on the work performance of outsourcing workers, and the company commitment and customer company commitment had a mediating effect. In addition, it was confirmed that the workers showed dual commitment to the company and the customer company, and the organizational commitment to both companies was complementary. It was also suggested that the outsourcing company's organizational support activities are more important for improving the work performance of workers.

A conventional Design for Safety (DfS), introduced to eliminate potential hazards in the design phase proactively, has encountered persistent challenges, such as perfunctory risk assessments and hazard identifications based on 2D drawings and inefficient workflow processes. This study proposes a BIM-based approach to Design for Safety (DfS) to address the limitations of conventional methods, aiming to enhance efficiency and achieve practical safety management benefits. The proposed workflow process for BIM-based DfS has been refined and validated for on-site applicability through various case studies, including risk assessments during the design phase and field applications for safety management activities during the construction phase. Specifically, the critical process of risk assessment within the DfS methodology has also been transitioned to a BIM-based approach. This BIM-based risk assessment process has been evaluated through case studies, encompassing safety reviews for structural design, construction equipment operation, and construction methodology with sequence in design projects. Additionally, the proposed BIM-based DfS has demonstrated exceptional on-site applicability and efficiency, as validated by the application of a BIM deliverable embedded in DfS information for CDE-based daily activity briefing, VR-based safety training, AR-based mitigation measures inspections, and other safety management activities in the construction phase.

The purpose of this study was to analyze effects of VR-based intervention on the barista competence of students with mild intellectual disabilities. To do this, 30 students mild intellectual disabilities were participated and placed experimental and control groups of 15 students. Control group participated in the traditional intervention, but experimental group took part in the VR-based intervention. Evaluation was consisted of the basic concept evaluation and the functional evaluation on the work of barista. Evaluations were conducted three times and the collected data was analyzed the repeated two-way ANOVA. In the result of study, experimental group have significantly improved both in basic conceptual learning of coffee and in skills making coffee than control group.

Csikszentmihalyi has given the term 'flow' to describe intense engagement or complete absorption in a task and behaviors. Activities as diverse as rock climbing, art, dance, motorcycling, and work has been reported as producing flow, but the most common optimal experience noted in the research is reading. This paper examines the disposition of reading flow of elementary and second students in Korea, and analyzed on the affecting factors in reading flow. Questionary for this study made of 36 items, including reading text, reading purpose, reading method etc. This study participated by 40 elementary & secondary schools, surveying 1,836 students. In order to verify the disposition and factors of reading flow used Chi-square, crosstabulation, factors by SPSS18.
