This study analyzed the effect of human resource management on the performance of franchise restaurant workers. First, employment management of franchisees did not have statistically significant effect on business performance. Second, evaluation management (p<.05, ${\beta}=1.887$) showed a significant effect on job improvement, but did not affect financial performance significantly. Third, career management (p<.05, ${\beta}=1.715$) was found to have an impact on financial performance, but it did not significantly affect job performance. Fourth, there was a somewhat higher correlation between job improvement and job management (.441), job improvement and evaluation management (.476), p<.01, and financial performance and employment management (.375) (.356), and financial performance and career management (.371) were found to be correlated with p<.05 significance level. This study analyzes the effect of human resources management on the performance of franchise restaurant workers, and finds out the importance of characteristics of factors such as recruitment management, career management, and evaluation management. Research has significance.

본 연구는 이상길 하규수(2017)의 기존 연구를 바탕으로 진취성, 지각된 유용성, 학습지향성이 업무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 업무몰입은 조직행동분야에서 지속적으로 연구되어지고 있으며, 업무몰입이 조직 구성원의 창의성과 생산성 향상에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 연구결과가 제시되었고, 일에 대한 몰입적 태도는 개인의 경쟁력 향상은 물론, 조직성과 향상에 영향을 준다는 점에서 그 중요성은 더욱 증가하고 있다. 학문적 관점에서 볼 때 현재 담당하고 있는 업무 성과의 선행요인인 업무몰입을 개인의 본원적 경쟁력인 진취성, 지각된 유용성, 학습지향성을 토대로 분석했다는 측면에서 본 연구의 차별성을 강조할 수 있다. 업무몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하는 것은 현재와 미래의 경쟁력을 확보하는데 있어서 의미 있는 시사점을 제시할 것으로 사료된다.

While the Design for Safety (DFS) system has been introduced to Korea, the ordering parties and designers who are implementing this system still have a very low awareness of it. Most ordering parties and designers have a negative view of this system due to a variety of reasons, including the additional workload and their lack of professional manpower. The purpose of this study is to suggest measures to improve the DFS work performance by standardizing the DFS work process and analyzing the level of work performance in each business carried out by ordering parties and designers in order to ensure the efficient execution of DFS business. In conclusion, to improve the DFS work performance of ordering parties and designers, the development of a business support system is suggested, which supports key works such as the identification of risk factors, the provision of measures to reduce such factors, and risk assessment, and provides relevant information to allow ordering parties and designers to prepare the DFS report smoothly.

한국경제 수준의 향상과 보험제도의 도입으로 병원을 찾는 대상자의 수가 증가하게 되었다. 아울러 저렴한 보험숫자가 병원슷가가 병원의 경영난을 초래하게 되므로 병원주는 이를 극복하기 위한 과학적이고 체계적인 병원관리에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 특히 간호부(과)에서도 목적 지향적인 계획과 업무수행에 관심을 갖게 되어 그 관리체계나 간호의 질이 향상하기 시작하였다. 간호의 질을 향상시키기 위한 간호관리란 그 내용이 방대하므로 본 논문에서는 수간호원의 역할에 중점을 두었다. 즉 간호의 질 향상을 위한 평가 중 소급평가로써 퇴원환자 기록지 감사, 퇴원예정환자면접 및 병실 집담회에 관한 내용과 동시 평가로써 환자 기록지 감사 및 환자 면접 내용에 관해서 논하였다. 또한 인력관리를 위해서는 간호원-환자간의 관계, 간호원-의사간의 관계, 직무평가, 업무평가 및 간호인력 활용에 관해서 미국과 한국의 차이점을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 한국의 간호관리는 병원표준화 심사실시 및 간호원의 계속적인 노력으로 많은 향상을 보았으나 아직까지는 간호업무 수행절차에 관한 평가에 불가하므로 목적 지향적인 업무체계화와 한국병원상황에 적합한 평가도구의 틀개발과 질적간호를 위한 적정간호인력의 확보에 관한 노력이 계속되져야 한다고 본다.

Recently there has been attempts to develop hospital information system including order communicating system, patient tracing system, tumor registry system, office automation system and picture archiving and communication system(PACS). The authors devloped a practical system that was operated via order communication system of Yeungnam University Hospital. The system provided us the speed, accuracy, reliability, retention, economy and wide applicability through practical test. So we believed that this system would be one of standard computerized programs in radiation oncology practice and providing widely usable data for clinical statistics, medical record, tumor registry system and clinical researches.

The purpose of this study is to find the empirical relationship among information system quality, users' satisfaction and business productivities in hotel industry. This study set out the research model of influencing factors and the performance of the hotel information system. The respondents included 140 volunteers who were worked at hotel in Busan. The result of empirical study revealed that the system quality is major determinant to influence on the users' satisfaction and business productivities of hotel information system.
