The Cultural Heritage Administration is operating the resident supervision and non-resident supervision system to prevent poor repair and ensure the quality of cultural heritage repairs And recently, responsible supervision system was introduced to enhance the supervision of cultural heritage repairs. However, many problems have arisen in the operation of the supervision work, and need improvement. Accordingly, this study improved the resident and non-resident supervision of cultural heritage repair and developed work guidelines for the responsible supervision. First, this research has derived unreasonable sectors and problems of work guidelines for resident supervision about cultural heritage repair and has suggested supervision work guidelines which are improved. Second, we have derived the problems of work guidelines for non-resident supervision about cultural heritage repair and has suggested non-resident supervision work guidelines which are improved. Third, this paper has proposed the development direction and detailed supervision work to perform responsible supervision as a result of the adoption of the supervision system for cultural heritage repair.

정부에서는 건설산업의 부실요인을 근원적으로 제거하기 위하여 ‘부실공사방지대책’을 수립ㆍ확정하여 관련법령 및 규정을 개정하였는데 이 중 감리업무에 있어서 안전관리사항이 강화되었으며 ‘94. 1월부터 본대책의 핵심부분인 책임감리제도를 도입ㆍ시행하게 되었다. 이에 책임감리업무를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 건설기술관리법령에서 규정하지 못한 감리방법, 요령, 절차에 관한 세부적인 지침과 감리대가기준, 감리표준계약서 및 각종 보고서식등을 수록하여, 감리업무에 종사하는 일선실무자들이 이용하기 쉽도록 편집된 건설부 ’감리업무수행지침서‘를 본협회지 부록란에 2회에 걸쳐 수록하여 도움을 주고자 한다. 지난 11호(’94.봄호)에 (상)을 수록한 데 이어 본호(‘94. 여름호)에 (하)를 수록한다.

목적: 방사성옥소 치료 환자들은 주의 사항이나 식이요법 등을 지키는 것에 대한 어려움과 3~4일간의 격리 치료기간 동안의 막연한 불안감을 느끼는 등의 심리적, 신체적 부담감을 가지고 있다. 본 과에서는 방사성옥소 치료의 예약과 치료병실에 대한 표준지침서를 개발하여 환자들에게는 정확하고 쉬운 정보를 제공하여 막연한 불안감을 해소하고 치료 업무에 종사하는 종사자들에게는 통일된 정보를 제공하여 업무효율을 향상시키는 효과와 치료 병실의 환경개선을 통한 환자의 심리적 안정감을 찾는데 주력하고자 본 연구를 시작하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2006년 9월부터 2007년 2월까지 치료병실에 입원한 환자를 대상으로 치료환자의 치료 일정, 주의사항, 저옥소 식단과 치료병실의 표준 진료 지침서를 개발하고 치료 병동의 간호사와 협력하여 치료병실의 환경을 개선하여 환자에게 적용하였다. 결과: 방사성옥소 치료의 특성상 환자는 치료가 결정되는 순간부터 치료과정에 대한 이해도 부족과 치료병실 생활에 대한 불안감을 느끼게 되므로 치료 시 사용되는 일정 및 주의사항, 저옥소 식단의 표준지침서를 개발하여 환자 치료병실 개선과 치료병실에서의 표준지침서를 개발하고 사용하였다. 결론: 치료에 따른 진료지침서와 병실 환경을 개선 후 치료에 대한 환자의 이해도 및 치료병실에서의 생활이 예전과 비교해서 많이 향상 되었고 치료의 과정을 설명하는 예약 시에도 많은 도움이 되고 있다. 이러한 치료과정의 규격화 하는 작업들은 본원뿐 아니라 치료병실이 있는 병원의 치료환경을 개선하는데 도움이 될 것이라고 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a critical pathway (CP) for the prevention of adverse reactions to contrast media for computed tomography. The CP was developed and implemented by a multidisciplinary group in Seoul National University Hospital. The CP was applied to CT patients. Patients who underwent CT scanning were included in the CP group from March in 2004. The satisfaction of the patients with CP was compared with non-CP groups. We also investigated the degree of satisfaction among the radiological technologists and nurses. The degree of patient satisfaction with the care process increased patient information(24%), prevention of adverse reactions to contrast media(19%), pre-cognitive effect of adverse reactions to contrast media(39%) and information degree of adverse reactions to contrast media(19%). This CP program can be used as one of the patient care tools for reducing the adverse reactions to contrast media and increasing the efficiency of care process in CT examination settings.

아파트의 주거환경을 집단거주지로 편리성 및 안정성, 쾌적한 환경 등의 주거목적을 추구하고 있다. 사용자 위주의 편리성을 추구하는 시공이 되어야 하며, 시공업무에 종사하는 사람 모두가 본연의 임무를 소중하게 여기고 사용자의 편안함과 쾌적함을 고려하는 정성이 모아진 시공이어야 한다. 아파트 시공은 여러가지 자재와 여러공종이 시기적절하게 투입되므로 종합관리가 필요한 복잡한 공정들의 만남이다. 공정표는 비교적 정확히 작성되어야 하고 작성된 공정표는 지키겠다는 의지가 필요하다. 또한 시공자는 시작과 끝을 명확히 하고 과정을 중요시하며 수많은 과정을 확인하는 꼼꼼한 자세도 빠져서는 안된다. 본 시공지침서는 현장에서 시공할 때 도움을 주고자 설비시공의 기본골격을 언급하였다. 본 시공지침서는 시간의 흐름에 따라 공법개선 또는 여러 여건에 따라 변할 수도 있음을 감안하여 참고하기 바란다.

동력자원부가 내놓은 ${\lceil}$전기안전관리업무 처리지침$\rfloor$은 전기안전관리담당자의 직무를 비롯 안전관리 대행업 등록 및 신고, 전기설비관련 공사게획인가 및 신고, 사용전(용접)검사, 정기검사, 일반용전기설비점검업무등에 관한 법에서 명문화하지 못한 부문까지 소상히 담고 있다. 지침서는 전기 수용가가 수행할 각종검사, 안전관리자 선임업무 뿐만 아니라 점검권자인 시$\cdot$도지사, 안전공사, 확인기관인 전기기사협회의 업무도 시달하고 있다. 특히 그 동안 논란이 돼왔던 전기안전관리자 해당분야 경력산정을 규정하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 국내 WH형 원전에서 노심운전분석 코드를 각 원전의 인접한 전산소의 주전산기에 설치하고, 단말기를 이용한 on-line 작업으로 수행하는 현행 노심분석 업무를 개선하기 위하여 PC용 INCORE 코드를 개발하였고, 이를 바탕으로 동일 윈도우 통합환경에서 INCORE 코드 운영에 필요한 모든 기능과 노내 출력분포 분석을 위한 발전소 운영절차 기능을 통합한 WINCORE(Windows program for INCORE) 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템을 이용함으로써 측정 현장에서 직접적인 자료처리, 분석계산 및 기술지침서 안전제한치 만족여부 결정을 통하여 노심관리 업무의 효율성을 제고할 수 있다.

The rate of application of the modular plant in the plant industry is increasing, and for the success of the modularization projects, it is essential to develop and implement a systemized methodology across all phases of the project. However, Korean EPC firms lack project management capability when it comes to apply standardized methodology. Therefore, it is important to establish and systematize the cost/schedule integrated management method which are the two core elements of project management technology. This study was conducted to develop a methodology and guidelines for integrated management process for modular plant projects. The researchers developed a methodology for planning and managing cost and schedule, and integrated by module unit. Integrated cost and schedule methodology and guidelines developed can be used for various EPC modular plant projects to enhance the efficiency of project management.
