This study is a descriptive research study to identify work stress, resilience, nursing performance and influencing factors so that nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals can flexibly cope with rapidly changing medical environments. The subjects of the study were 219 nurses working at four small and medium-sized hospitals located in S region, and the survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. There was a negative correlation between work stress and nursing performance in small and medium-sized hospital nurses (r=-0.150, p<.05), and a positive correlation between work stress and resilience (r=0.160, p<.05). Nursing performance showed a positive correlation with resilience (r=0.351, p<.01). The variable affecting nursing performance was resilience (𝛽=.231, p<.01), and its explanatory power was 17.4% (Adj.R2=0.174, p<.001). Therefore, in order to improve the nursing performance of nurses, it is necessary to increase resilience.

본 논문에서는 로제타넷의 글로벌 표준을 국내 기업에 적용하기 위하여 업무 프로세스를 조사 및 분석하였다. 여기서는 우선, 국내외에서 적용된 로제타넷 구현 사례를 조사하였다. 그리고, 국내 기업 중 로제타넷을 적용하려고 하는 기업을 대상으로 하여 업무 프로세스를 분석하여 로제타넷 PIP의 적용 가능성을 판단하였다.

The aim of study intends to investigate safety and health of injured firefighter in Gyeongbuk province and to provide the base data for the safety and health of firefighter. The results of the study are as follows. Type of activities when injured are surveyed extinguishing fire (42.5%), EMS (20.0%), rescue (12.5%), driving (10.0%) others (10.0%), education and training (5.0%). The firefighter injuries are treated in hospital (75%), operated surgery (62.5%) and disordered physically (25.0%). It was found that administration financial support (42.5%), development and propagation of teaching material (12.5%), the interest of chief (7.5%) were required for the safety and health of firefighter.

본 논문은 임상 치과위생사들의 우울수준을 파악하고, 관련요인을 알아보고자 D도시 소재 치과의원에 근무하는 치과위생사 221명을 대상으로 2009년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지의 기간 동안 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였으며, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 조사대상치과위생사의 우울수준은 정상군 79.1%, 경도 우울군 15.4%, 중등도 우울군 4.1%, 중증 우울군 1.4%로 나타났다. 2. 우울수준은 전문대졸 이하 군일수록, 월평균급여가 적을수록, 업무에 대한 만족도가 "만족하지 못하다"는 군일수록, 업무에 대한 적성이 "맞지 않는다"는 군일수록, 직장에서의 상사나 동료 간의 "유대관계가 좋지 않다"는 군일수록, 주관적인 건강상태가 "건강하지 못하다"는 군일수록, 아침식사를 하지 않는 군일수록, 음주를 하는 군일수록, 운동을 규칙적으로 하지 않는 군일수록, 업무요구도가 높을 때, 업무자율성이 낮을 때, 직장 내 상사의 지지도가 낮을 때 우울수준이 유의하게 높았다. 3. 우울수준과 관련변수들과의 상관관계는 업무에 대한 만족도, 업무에 대한 적성, 직장에서의 상사나 동료 간의 유대관계, 주관적인 건강상태, 상사의 지지도, 동료의 지지도와는 음의 상관관계를 보인 반면, 업무의 요구도와는 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 우울수준을 감소시키기 위하여 여러 요인들을 개선 할 수 있는 프로그램의 시행 및 관리방안이 모색되어 향상을 통한 우울관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The roles of librarians have been changing with the paradigm shift of libraries. The paradigm of libraries has shifted from a traditional information management-centered way to a hybrid approach emphasizing a balance between collection and access. This study analyzed the internal and external changes of libraries to create Blue Ocean of special libraries by using the SWOT analysis. and adopted ERCR analysis for the reasonable management of libraries. The findings of this study indicate that the scope of role played by librarians belonging to special libraries shall be diversified from their traditional library activities in order to adapt themselves to changes in time. The Blue Ocean Strategy can be successfully developed only if the activities of libraries have been changed so that they are closely related to those activities for which such affiliate organizations are expected to carry out.

This study intends to make a comprehensive inquiry about the appropriateness of library cataloging in Korea. Emphasis was on analyzing how both reasonable and systematic library cataloging process and method are as the central axis of library operations. To the md this study examined U.S. libraries' cataloging principle and practice with the case of 2 research libraries and 2 public libraries in Washington state. The focus was on investigating their values and philosophies about library cataloging. The result of this study is expected to be useful in preparing the strategies to overcome the problems and limitations in cataloging practices of Korean libraries.

해상에서 선박을 운항하는 항해사의 피로도 (Fatigue) 는 안전항해와 매우 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있으며 당직근무 중에 피로가 누적되어 업무수행능력이 저하되면 선박의 충돌 및 좌초 둥과 같은 매우 위험하고 중대한 해양사고를 유발할 가능성이 높아지게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항해사의 근무환경, 피로유발요인 및 피로증세 등에 대하여 조사하였고, 항해경험자를 대상으로 정신적 육체적인 작업부하도에 대한 피로도 평가관련 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 그리고 이와 같은 피로도 조사 및 설문조사 분석결과를 바탕으로 항해사의 피로도 평가항목을 선정하고 이를 토대로 항해사의 업무수행능력을 평가하기 위한 피로도 평가모델을 제시하였다.
