  • Early planning phase of private development project is an important part in mercy of failure and success of all project. Hut reliability of analysis result existing planning phase in not high to the importance. So we analyzed a basic problem point through case study and research data analysis of planning phase in private development project. After this, there is a cause in no establishment of systemic model about work processing and method of planning phase. We would like to suggest the solution through establishment of planning phase analysis processing and risk management model. We think that suggested analysis method increase the credibility of analysis result. With this, we anticipate we suggest the guideline in project process phase and that assist the effective accomplishment of project.

  • From 2000s, the development to improve space use of urban area has been requested because of unorganized urban development in 1960~70s. For this reason Urban Redevelopment projects have been changed to urban regeneration project based on the renewed law. Recent urban regeneration Projects are bigger and more complex than ever. These kinds of projects need good communication between projects stakeholders, however there are problems in processing project for the lack of standardized business process. The purpose of this study is to provide common business process of urban regeneration projects for stakeholders to improve understanding project business process through analyzing association way of urban regeneration project and modeling business process by BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) method. And also it is expected to improve communication between stakeholders and to shorten project time through prompting project participation with the proposed business process.

  • 웹(WWW)기술은 기존 클라이언트 서버환경의 정보 시스템을 그대로 활용하면서 TCP/IP프로토콜을 이용하여 인터넷기반의 분산시스템 환경을 제공한다. 웹 어플리케이션을 개발할 경우 기존의 어플리케이션 개발방법과 더불어 하이터미디어 형식으로 개발되어 지기 때문에 하이퍼어플리케이션 개발방법론의 적용이 요구되어진다. 그러나 단지 정보획득의 목적으로 사용되던 기존에 제안된 하이퍼미디어 개발방법론들을 웹 어플리케이션 개발에 그대로 적용하기는 미흡하다. 따라서 본문에서는 웹 어플리케이션 개발 과정중 논리적인 업무 프로세싱작업을 지원하면서 주요작업이 되는 하이퍼미디어 사용자 인터페이스 설계단계를 확장 지원하는 정보 구조 모델 방법론과 개발 프로세싱 절차를 제안한다.

  • This thesis suggests fixed quantity model and detailed performance procedures of an information system audit. In addition, an identification of the check-items with high operating risk and factors that might lead to serious effects on the business are made. Then, this thesis proposes the information system audit model that can grant priorities. By using this model, the orderer can evaluate objectively with digitized mark. The model can improve the effectiveness, reliability, and objectivity of the audit by minimizing the discrepancies of different opinions about audit evaluation results between auditee and the orderer. The proposed model is adapted to an application system and audit projects of the database construction. As a result, the model has received an equal mark from the result of the general reviews, thus the propriety of the proposed model was verified.

  • In this paper, we have presented structural analysis procedure and full scale test results for 4-seater canard airplane. Construction of the finite element model is critical path for the aircraft structural analysis and directly affects the structural integrity. The refinement of the finite element model should be determined depending on full scale test results. From the results of the structural analysis, 5 design limit loads test conditions and 11 design ultimate loads test conditions were selected. By the presented procedure, the structural integrity of 4-Seater Canard Airplane is successfully obtained.

The Effect of Organizational Justice on Information Security-Related Role Stress and Negative Behaviors

  • In recent years, many organizations protect their information resources by investing in information security technology. However, information security threats from insiders have not been reduced. This study proposes a method for reducing information security threats within an organization by mitigating negative information security behaviors of employees. Specifically, the study finds a relationship between information security related role stress and negative behavior and suggests whether organizational justice mitigates role stress. That is, the purpose of the study is to suggest a mechanism between organizational justice, information security related role stress, and negative behavior. Negative behavior consist of avoidance behavior and deviant behavior, and security related role stress consist of role conflict and role ambiguity. Organizational justice consist of distributional justice, procedural justice, and informational justice. The research model is verified through structural equation modeling. After establishing a research model and hypothesis, we develop a survey questionnaire and collect data from 383 employees whose organizations have already implemented security policies. The findings appear that security related role stress increases negative behavior and that organizational justice mitigates role stress. The results of the analysis suggest the direction of organizational strategy for minimizing insider's security-related negative behaviors.

  • Purpose: This study intends to review the procedures for the establishment of the plan for disaster mitigation activities and the system for the management of disaster mitigation activities for the requirements of the enterprise disaster management standard. Method: The requirements, including the activities of each stage of disaster management defined within the scope of the corporate disaster management standard, were identified, the operational cases of 'A' institution were reviewed, and the targets of continuous planning were reviewed to meet the requirements. Result: It was reviewed that the contents and procedures of each phase of disaster management, which is a requirement of the enterprise disaster management standard, are clearly defined, and a task continuity plan is established for each stage of activity. Conclusion: Conclusion : The PDCA model including the activities of each stage of disaster management activities was presented for the requirements of the enterprise disaster management standard, and the disaster mitigation activity management system model of the broad concept of disaster management including prevention and preparedness plans for disasters was presented.

  • This study will explore the possibility of applying process innovation as a public library for business innovation. In order to do this, the study defines the concept of process innovation through the literature review. According to survey and focus group interviews with librarians working for public libraries, this study will organize work done at libraries into the following categories: acquisition, resource management, user management, user services, programs, volunteer management, marketing, library computerization system, facility management, general affairs and statistical management. In addition, through face-to-face surveys with librarians working for public libraries it is confirmed that there are issues within acquisition, user management, and applied process innovation. In response to these issues a new process has been developed. Using this new approach, book contract procedure and requests for book related work could be improved and optimized. In the user management section, the study analyzes the requirements and subscription procedures for members through a website survey of 30 public libraries in the United States and then provides an improved system through process analysis of the membership process of Korean public libraries. It is expected that the new system will contribute to improvements in user satisfaction as well as improvements in library workflow.

  • The Korea Customs Service is efficiently handling business with an electronic customs system that can effectively handle one-stop business. This is the case and a more effective method is needed. Import and export require HS Code (Harmonized System Code) for classification and tax rate application for all goods, and item classification that classifies the HS Code is a highly difficult task that requires specialized knowledge and experience and is an important part of customs clearance procedures. Therefore, this study uses various types of data information such as product name, product description, and product image in the item classification request form to learn and develop a deep learning model to reflect information well based on Multimodal representation learning. It is expected to reduce the burden of customs duties by classifying and recommending HS Codes and help with customs procedures by promptly classifying items.

  • 제품 개발 환경을 자세히 들여다보면, 고객의 요구 또는 창조된 새로운 제품의 컨셉(Spec)을 사람(개발자)이 도구(설계경험, CAD)를 이용해서 업무수행절차(업무처리규정, 부서별 역할)에 따라 제품을 정의(모양, 크기, 구조)하는 것을 설계행위로 볼 수 있고, 이러한 활동의 결과로써 도면 Mock-up, 각종 Document가 만들어지고 이러한 매체가 부서간, 업무공정간 의사소통의 수단으로 이용되고 있다. 여기서 CAD를 없애서는 안될 개발의 도구로 인식하고 이용하는데, 일반적으로 경쟁력있는 제품을 개발하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 3차원 CAD시스템을 도입하여 적용해 오고 있다. 현재의 3차원 CAD시스템들은 공통적으로 솔리드(Solid) 근간에, FEATURE 개념을 수용하면서 PARAMETRIC 또는 VARIATIONAL 모델링 기법을 채택하여 설계자들에게 다양한 기능을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 3차원 CAD 시스템을 적용하여 만족할 만한 결과를 얻어내기란 간단한 문제가 아니다. 본 고에서는 당 사업장에서 개발한 무선전화기 및 FAX에 3차원 설계를 적용한 사례를 중심으로, 3차원 설계에 대한 허와 실을 살펴보고 3차원 설계가 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 생각해 보고자 한다. 참고로 당 사업장은 디자인, 기구설계, 금형설계까지는 I-DEAS, CAM 작업은 CATIA를 이용하고 있다.
