본 연구 성과는 국내토목구조물의 유지관리 업무를 지원하는 분야에 해당한다. 현재 우리나라 토목시설물은 법정비를 통해, 유지관리업무를 체계화시켜나가고 있는 상태이지만, 아직 그 결과물에 대한 DB 시스템이 일반화 되어 있지 못하며, 일부 개발된 툴들도 서로간의 유기적인 연결은 부족하다. 본 연구를 통해 개발한 지하구조물 유지관리 DB시스템을 이용해서 시설물 관리주체, 진단업체, 유지관리업체들이 상호간에 유기적으로 연결되고 효율적으로 데이터들을 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하여, 국내 기간산업의 유지관리 업무 효율성을 높이는데 이바지 하고자 한다.

철로를 통해 수출입 화물을 운송하는 철도 물류 비즈니스에서의 정보교환은 사용자와 한국철도공사간에 전자문서(EDI, XML)를 사용하여 처리하거나 WEB을 통해 데이터를 입력함으로써 처리하고 있다. 전자적으로 데이터를 교환하여 처리하는 업무 비중은 철도 물류뿐만 아니라 물류 전반에 걸쳐 점차 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 철도 물류 또한 점차 증대되는 업무 자동화에 대한 사용자 요구를 지원하기 위하여 전자적인 데이터 교환의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도물류 업무에 있어서 전자적인 데이터 교환을 지원하기 위하여 현 철도 물류 정보화에 대해 분석하고 이에 대한 개선 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 또한 표준화된 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 방법에 따른 정보 표준화 방안에 대해서도 논의하고자 한다.

This research explores the role of personal performance expectation, task-technology fit, perceived rewards, shared vision, usefulness of knowledge sharing, top management support, organization culture, organizational commitment, KMS self-efficacy as antecedents which affect knowledge sharing activity as a consequence and investigates relationships among variables considering characteristics. The results show that members' perceived personal performance expectation, task-technology fit, perceived rewards, shared vision, usefulness of knowledge sharing, top management support, organization culture, organizational commitment, KMS self-efficacy has a positive effect perspectively on knowledge sharing in a organization. Especially, the fact that perceived members' task-technology fit, perceived rewards, usefulness of knowledge sharing is more important than other variables was confirmed. The results of this study, knowledge-sharing activities of the enterprise, members of the organization's business strategy for the activation process is expected to help.

메가프로젝트(Mega-Project)는 다양한 유형의 시설군을 복합 개발하는 건설사업으로서 규모가 크고 복잡한 경우가 많기 때문에 종합적인 사업관리에 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 메가프로젝트는 기존의 단위프로젝트 수준이 아닌 프로그램 수준에서의 관리체계를 필요로 하며 그에 적합한 업무분류체계(WBS)를 구축해야 한다. 업무분류체계는 사업관리를 위한 전체적인 구조를 수립하는 기반으로서, 현재 프로그램 관리 수준의 업무분류체계의 기준이 갖추어지지 않은 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 메가프로젝트를 위한 업무분류체계기준(WBS Basis)를 개발하여 메가프로젝트의 업무분류체계 구축을 지원하고자 한다. 메가프로젝트 생애주기에 포함되는 전체 시설군, 업무 및 용역, 기록문서, 정보 등을 대상으로 하였으며, 기존 사례분석과 관련 분류체계들을 바탕으로 초안을 작성하였다. 이후 현장시험을 통한 검증을 거쳐 최종 업무분류체계기준을 완성하였고 분류내용과 활용방안을 소개한다.

오늘날 많은 병원이 전산화를 통해 병원 경영을 개선하고자 병원정보시스템을 구축하고 있다. 병원정보시스템의 한 부분으로 간호사들의 업무수행을 지원하는 도구인 간호정보시스템은 환자 간호에서 효율성의 증가와 환자의 안전과 만족도가 증가하는 데 한 몫을 한다. 그러나 기존의 의료정보시스템에서는 전산 시스템과 실제 간호업무가 분리되어, 업무가 이중적으로 이뤄지고 있다. 이런 비효율적인 사례의 개선방법으로 PDA로의 업무 전환을 연구 하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 Online 시스템과, 데이터 동기화 기반의 Offline 시스템을 선택적으로 사용이 가능하도록 하여 모든 업무처리를 방문한 간호 현장에서 실시함으로써 시간 및 비용을 절감하고, 신속한 의사전달 체계를 확립함으로써 간호 업무의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 업무의 중복과 오류의 가능성을 줄일 수 있도록 할 것이다.

CALS체계에서는 한 제품의 주문으로부터 생산과 사후 관리에 이르는 전수명주기를 통합관리해야하므로 화상과 음성을 포함한 멀티미디어 정보를 교환할 수 있어야 한다. 더욱이 기존의 산업사회에서는 순차적 공정에 따른 생산방식을 적용해 왔으나, 향후 미래사회에서는 민첩한 지능형 가상기업만이 생산경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 생산형태의 변화가 예상되어 경쟁력있는 기업모형의 변화가 뒤따를 것이며, 기업경쟁력의 우선순위는 한 품목의 생산에 소요되는 시간과 비용, 그리고 소비자의 성향에 맞는 우수한 품질이 고려된 동시공정 체제를 갖추는 것이 매우 중요한 과제로 대두될 것이다. 이러한 CALS의 성공적인 구현을 위한 기본적인 주요 요소기술은 기업업무처리 변화에 다른 업무공정의 표준화, 통합데이타베이스를 이용한 동시공정의 설계, 그리고 기업내.외의 모든 거래를 디지털 방식으로 송.수신하는 전자상거래로 대별할 수 있으며, 그중 동시공정은 기술적으로 매우 중요한 부분이라 할 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 기업내의 부서 상호간은 물론 원자재의 수급에 참여하거나 생산에 공동으로 참여하는 모든 기업들 간에 상호 정보교환이 동시에 발생할 수 있어야 하며, 이러한 다양한 정보공유자로부터 얻어지는 모든 자료를 통합관리하여 의사결정자가 신속하고 정확한 판단을 할수 있도록 지원체계를 만들어야한다. 본 연구는 이러한 CALS체계에서 동시공정 작업이 신속하게 성공적으로 수행될 수 있도록 분산된 정보들에 대한 신속한 의사결정을 지원하는 관리자에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

소프트웨어 개발공정 상의 요구사항 문서적 분석에 치중되어 있던 요구사항 분석에 관한 논의는 기업 통합을 더욱 효과적으로 하기 위해 소프트웨어적 차원을 넘어 기업 아키텍처 기반의 정보시스템 개발 및 통합의 필요성에 대한 논의로 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 궁극적으로 기업 아키텍처의 효과적인 수립을 지원하는 요구사항 분석, 관리 프레임 웍과 분석 프로세스를 제시한다. 요구사항 분석 프로세스는 기업 아키텍처의 개념을 바탕으로 다양한 사용자와 관점이 구별하고, 이를 다시 요구사항 추출을 위해 업무적 관점과 정보시스템 관점으로 구분한다. 이러한 요구사항 분석을 위한 프로세스는 기업 아키텍처의 수립을 효율적으로 지원할 것이다.

후지제록스(대표이사 정광은)는 올해 들어 많은 변화를 겪었다. 이는 인쇄업계를 짓누르는 불경기에 효율적으로 대응하기 위해 조직 개편을 단행하는 등의 정면 돌파로 어려움을 벗어나는 전략을 구사한데 따른 것이다. 이런 과정에서 크리에이티브마케팅팀이라는 다소 생소한 부서가 새롭게 신설되었고 김용석 팀장은 신설부서인 크리에이티브마케팅팀을 이끌고 있다. 기본적인 업무는 하드웨어를 지원하는 소프트웨어라는 단순한 관계이지만 김 팀장은 이를 넘어서는 통합적인 안목에서 접근 고객사에게 새 콘텐츠를 제공하고 인쇄시장의 영역을 넓히는데까지 업무의 영역을 넓게 바라보고 있다. 김용석 팀장으로부터 디지털인쇄에 대한 전망과 부서의 업무 등에 대해 들어 보았다.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment/ innovative behavior, and the moderating effect of organizational support. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 315 professors and teachers of Korea Politechnics Colleges. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment, 2) the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior, 3) the moderating effect of organizational support on the relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment, 4) the moderating effect of organizational support on the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, self-efficacy and optimism appeared to be positively related with organizational commitment, and all psychological capital factors(self-efficacy, resilience and optimism) appeared to be positively related with innovative behavior. Second, organizational support appeared to have moderating effect partly on the relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment, but it did not have a moderating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior. Self-efficacy and optimism appeared to be more positively related with organizational commitment in higher organizational support situation than in lower organizational support situation.

This study was aimed at investigating the job characteristics and job environment of records managers who are in archives of autonomous districts, find out the problems with the management of duties for local records managers, and deduce the improvement methods that could help records managers more efficiently perform their duties. Through literature review, the study investigated the concept of basic autonomous districts, the allocated summary and duties of records managers through with basic autonomous districts, and the present conditions and duties of the archives through autonomous Gu offices that were in study. Based on the theories of job characteristics and job environment factors, the study drew up a survey that encompasses the present demographic summary, job characteristics, job environment, and working conditions.
