  • 본 연구는 기업에서 로봇프로세스 자동화(Robotic Process Automation, RPA)의 실질적 적용가능성 확인을 위해 개념증명(Proof of Concept, PoC) 차원에서 RPA를 활용하여 법인카드 정산업무 자동화를 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 위해 법인카드 정산업무 수행을 위한 프로세스 분류와 각 단계별 사용자 입력 요구사항을 상세분석하였으며, RPA 자동화영역 발굴을 통해 실제 시범운영 서비스로 구현하여 실효성을 검증하였다.

  • 현재 대학업무는 크게 학사와 행정 업무로 분류할 수 있다. 모든 대학에서는 이 업무들을 신속하고 정확하게 처리하기 위해 학사 업무를 클라이언트 서버 환경에서 전산화하여 사용하고 있다. 최근 컴퓨터 네트워크의 발전과 WWW의 확산으로 클라이언트 서버환경의 시스템에 대한 여러 문제점과 시대적으로 사용자에게 보다 친숙하고 편리한 서비스 강화 측면을 고려하여 학사, 행정 업무 처리는 학교 내에 국한되지 않고 시간과 공간을 초월하여 정보제공이 가능한 환경에서 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문은 대학의 모든 학사, 행정 업무를 웹 환경에서 구현한 개발모델 사례를 소개함으로써 현재 추진중이거나 계획하고 있는 시스템의 현안과 문제점에 대한 시행착오를 줄이고 개발 시스템의 사례정보를 공유하고자 하는데 연구의 의의를 두고자 한다.

A Promotion Plan through Measuring the Utilization of Information Classification Systems in the Construction Industry (건설정보 분류체계 활용도 측정을 통한 분류체계 활성화 방안)

  • The importance of information management has been emphasized in Korean construction industry, Both public and private have invested to establish and operate construction CALS, construction management (CM), computer integrated construction(CIC), and earned value management system(EVMS). A standard construction information classification system is essential to operate the systems mentioned above. Therefore, Korean government released Integrated Construction Information Classification System(ICICS) in 2001. However, the ICICS is not widely used in construction due to: 1) difficulty of changing existing system, 2) insufficient publicity of the ICICS, and 3) no legal binding force. Especially, participants in construction do not recognize applicability of the ICICS. This research surveyed the degree of recognition and utilization of the ICICS. This survey includes both customized classification systems used by companies and the ICICS and investigates the degree of utilization and drawbacks. The results show some construction companies use their own classification systems and the others use the ICICS prepared by the government. Furthermore, the degree of recognition is in sufficient. The degree of use in design management, specifications, cost and schedule management is very limited. The publicity and education are critical to induce the utilization of the ICICS. The necessity of revision was recommended based on pilot project study that is performed to measure the degree of application of ICICS on the projects. Therefore, this research proposes the measurement model for information application and analyzes the degree of utilization of the ICICS in different phases of construction.

  • The contents and scope of this study are to analyze the problems of the current radio service and radio station classification system, and to investigate the radio wave management cases in the United States to provide a reasonable and efficient radio wave management method. The results of this study can be used as basic data when revising the legal system regarding radio wave enforcement regulations, radio service and radio station classification standards. It is expected that in the future, a detailed commentary on the definition and classification system of new radio / radio stations will be prepared to increase policy compliance in practice, while contributing to enhancing the consistency and efficiency of radio station licensing and inspection.

  • Recently domestic companies have been needed to securing competitive techniques due to increasing orders of plant industries in the oversea construction market. Although domestic engineering companies have been assessed competitive in the field of detail design, their high value-added basic design have evaluated uncompetitive. To manage efficiently various contents which occurred in works of design steps, the management method must be built. In this study, we have found the contents which required to management through the definition of main works and analysis of characteristics in the step of basic design. Then, we have suggested to Contents Classification System which reflected of work flows and relations among stakeholders. Proposed Contents Classification System will help us when requiring the proper documents, drawings, sheets and other information.

Information Breakdown Structure of Engineering Phase for Plant Project through Business Analysis (산업설비 업무 분석을 통한 설계단계 정보 분류체계)

  • Recently, it has increased projects in the Oil and Gas industry as growing plant of overseas construction market. Therefore, domestic companies need to set some aggressive plans up that secure competitiveness of international plant business such as enhancing productivity, technological ability and statistical management. Specifically in the Oil and Gas industry of overseas plant business requires implying information in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction, below EPC) more, but it has not been suggested an appropriate breakdown system for contents that manages the information each EPC phase, which lead to problems such as revision of design document, occurring duplicated work and omissions of each participant. For these problems, we find market share decreasing and competitiveness running down. Thus, for increasing practical use of contents management system and construction industry's information, this paper suggests a contents breakdown system based on BPM (Business Process Management), defines business process and systematizing knowledge needed, and finally analyzing contents information that establish information among industrial facilities in Design phase which is the weakest part of domestic companies.

  • 소프트웨어의 개발환경에 관련하여 개발과정, work methods, 업무구조를 논하였다. TDX-1 소프트웨어를 성격에 따른 분류와 기능에 따른 분류로 대별하여 설명한 후 중점적으로 교환기(Exchange) 소프트웨어에 대하여 그 특성과 구조를 논하였다. 특성에서는 계층분산 구조, 분산다중처리 등 4개의 특성을 논하였으며 구조에서는 프로세서의 구성, 각 프로세서의 기능, 논리적 구조로 나누어 설명하였다.

  • This paper explores whether there is significant difference or not in the empowerment of social workers, e.g. individual's business-oriented, business relationship, and compensation system, according to the organizational culture types of social welfare facilities such as community culture, development culture, hierarchical culture, and reasonableness culture. By means of survey, this research targeted the social workers of social welfare facilities. The culture types that social workers recognize are sorted into community culture, development culture, hierarchy culture, and reasonableness culture according to the division of Kimberly and Quinn (1984). This study shows that there is significant difference in individual’s business-oriented, business relationship, and compensation system according to the type of organization culture.

  • 인공지능 관련 기술의 발달로 다양한 분야에서 인공지능 활용에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있으며 전문영역에서도 기계학습 기법을 활용한 연구들이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 특허청에서는 분야별 전문지식을 가진 분류담당자가 출원되는 모든 특허에 국제특허분류코드(이하 IPC) 부여 작업을 수행하고 있다. IPC 분류와 같은 전문적인 업무영역에서 딥러닝을 활용한 자동 IPC 분류 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 기계학습을 이용하는 분류 모델에 분야별 전문지식을 직관적으로 반영하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 딥러닝 기반의 IPC 분류 모델과 전문지식이 반영된 분류별 어휘사전을 활용한 규칙기반 분류 모델을 병행하여 특허문서의 IPC분류를 자동으로 추천하는 방법을 제안한다.
