해상교통관제(VTS; Vessel Traffic Service)는 IMO RESOLUTION A.857(20) on Guidelines for Vessel Traffic Services와 해사안전법 제36조, 개항질서법 제28조에 의거 해상운송에서의 위험을 감소하고 해상교통질서확립과 안전확보를 위하여 전세계 주요 항만 및 수역에서 이용되고 있다. 최근 관제대상 선박의 다양화, 대형화, 연안 및 항계 내/인근의 교통상황의 다변화 등으로 인하여 해상교통관제는 항해에 주요한 정보제공의 수단으로 발전하고 있다. 해상교통관제사는 이러한 특수한 업무적 환경에 따라 점차 그 업무 범위가 확대되는 경향이 있으며, 계속하여 전문화되어 가고 있다. 또한 보다 질 높은 해상교통관제의 정보제공 업무 뿐 아니라 정확성, 준비성, 판단력, 의사결정능력 등이 관제업무에 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해상교통관제 및 해상교통관제사의 보다 체계적인 업무분석을 통해 관제사들이 효율적으로 관제업무를 수행하도록 실무적 보완을 도모하고 개선사항 및 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Until now, most of studies on Electronic Data Interchange(EDI) have been focused on the introduction of EDI and the performance of EDI. But recently, there have been increasing researches on diffusion of Electronic Data Interchange. The aims of this study are twofold. First, to find the impacts of various factors on EDI diffusion, second, to examine the relationship between EDI diffusion factors and EDI diffusion degree. To accomplish those aims of study, two kinds of methodologies are adopted in the studies, First, model building by wide investigation on previous papers, Second, empirical research for finding the determinants of diffusion of EDI. The results of testing the hypotheses of this research are summarized as follows. First, The important EDI diffusion variables influencing internal diffusion of EDI consist of top management support, scope for EDI, IS sophistication, compatibility, complexity, relative advantages, competition intensity and external pressure. Second, Top management support, scope for EDI, IS sophistication, compatibility, relative advantages, competition intensity and external pressure are associated with external diffusion of EDI. We are aware of the important fact that top management support, scope for EDI, IS sophistication, compatibility, relative advantage, competition intensity and external pressure were simultaneously associated with internal and external diffusion of EDI.

산업재해보상보험법(법률 제4826호) 4조 1항에 의하면 '업무상 재해라 함은 업무상의 사유에 의한 근로자의 부상, 질병, 신체장애 또는 사망을 말한다'로 규정되어 있습니다. 질병을 포함한 재해가 업무상 사유에 의한 것인가의 여부를 판단하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니며 더욱이 국가의 사회적.경제적 여건에 따라 시대적으로 업무관련성의 범위나 인정기준등 개념이 변화되고 있기 때문에 산업보건분야 관련 종사자들은 관심을 갖고 항시 그 흐름을 파악하는 것이 바람직합니다. 본 란에서는 관계자 분들의 이해를 돕기 위해 근로복지공단에서 발행되는 '산재보험법판례속보'에 게재된 내용을 선별하여 업무상 재해 인정에 관한 최근의 법원 사례를 소개합니다.

프로젝트 관리 성숙도(Project Management Maturity Model)란 프로젝트 관리 관련 업무 성숙도를 측정하는 것으로, 프로젝트 성공을 위해 관련 있는 업무가 어느 정도 수준으로 진행되고 있는가를 평가하는 목적으로 주로 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 관리 성숙도를 활용하여 프로젝트 관리 성숙도가 범위, 일정, 그리고 원가에 미치는 영향을 연구 하였다. 연구 결과로 프로젝트 관리 성숙도가 낮으면 범위 변경률이 커지고, 일정이 지연되며, 비용 또한 초과되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 성과를 토대로 기업이 프로젝트 관리 성숙도 향상을 위해 투자와 노력을 해야 한다는 것을 알 수 있다.

As domestic construction investment has been gradually reduced, the issue of expanding overseas CM market has increased. Strengthening CM capability from the view point of project life-cycle is required in overseas CM market. However, current regulations institutionally force public CM services to focus on the construction phase. Therefore, Korean CM firms can hardly have the opportunities for accumulating technical competitiveness especially for pre-construction phase. Result of this study shows that the total efforts in terms of man-hours for the construction phase is found to be more than 78 percent in domestic public CM projects. In this context, this study proposes the policies and tasks for improving 'rigid man-hour placement', 'unreasonable CM fee standards', 'CM firm selection method', 'unreasonable business scope decision', and 'evaluation of owner's project management capability' in order to improve domestic CM Industry as well as to expand overseas CM market successfully.

우리나라 생명보험산업(生命保險産業)은 과거 40여년간의 비약적인 외형성장(外形成長)에도 불구하고 내적(內的)으로는 인위적(人爲的)으로 조성되어 온 과점적(寡占的) 시장체제하(市場體制下)에서 여러가지 문제점이 노정되고 있어, 금융(金融)의 자율화(自律化) 개방화(開放化) 국제화(國際化) 시대(時代)를 맞이하여 대외경쟁력(對外競爭力) 강화(强化)와 내부효율성(內部效率性) 제고(提高)를 위한 본격적인 연구(硏究)가 시급히 이루어져야 할 시점에 섰다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 계량적(計量的)인 기법(技法)을 활용함으로써 우리나라 생명보험산업(生命保險産業)의 효율성(效率性)에 관한 실증분석(實證分析)을 시도하여, 내재(內在)하고 있는 문제점(問題點)을 파악하고 이에 대한 발전방안(發展方案)을 제시하고자 하는 데 목적(目的)을 두고 있다. 규모(規模)의 경제성(經濟性)(economies of scale) 분석결과 생명보험회사들이 영업인원(營業人員)에 대한 과다(過多)한 투자(投資)에 상응하는 규모확대(規模擴大)나 효과적인 경비절감(經費節減)을 이루지 못하여 내부적으로 과다인력(過多人力)의 사용으로 인한 경영(經營)의 비효율화(非效率化)가 초래되고 있으며, 대리점(代理店)을 통한 점포정책(店鋪政策)에서도 규모(規模)의 비경제성(非經濟性)이 존재하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 범위(範圍)의 경제성(經濟性)(economies of scope)과 관련해서는 주업무(主業務)인 보험영업업무(保險營業業務)와 부대업무(附帶業務)인 자산운용업무(資産運用業務)간에 비용보완성(費用補完性)(cost complementarity)이 존재하고 있는 것으로 나타나, 자산업무에 대한 적극적(積極的)인 투자(投資)와 효율적(效率的)인 관리(管理)로 업무다변화(業務多邊化)를 추진하여 범위의 경제성을 높이는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다. 이 밖에 本(본) 논문(論文)의 분석(分析)을 통하여 도출된 우리나라 생명보험산업의 문제점으로 낮은 수익력(收益力), 저생산성(低生産性), 재무구조(財務構造)의 부건전성(不健全性), 비효율적(非效率的)인 자산운용(資産運用), 소비자보호장치(消費者保護裝置)의 미비(未備) 등을 들 수 있으며, 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 업무(業務) 및 제도개선(制度改善)의 구체적인 방향을 제시하고 있다.

Objectives: This study investigates the dental hygienist's main duties in clinical dental practice and examine whether dental hygienists can safely perform each duty by referring to the educational contents of dental hygiene departments and national examinations of dental hygienists. Methods: A questionnaire on the main duties of dental hygienists was administered to 477 clinical dental hygienists working at dental clinics and hospitals, general dental hospitals, and university dental hospitals in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon. We divide the dental hygienists' clinical dental hygiene practice and clinical dental assist and analyze the legal scope of practice, university educational contents, and national examination contents. Statistical analysis was performed through frequency analysis, and multi-frequency data were analyzed using Excel 2013. Results: All 48 items (except 2 items of 29 dental hygiene practice and 21 assist practice items) surveyed were covered in the National Examination for Dental Hygienists and included in the Dental Hygiene Education Learning Objective. The multi-frequency clinical dental practice of eight items of clinical dental hygiene practice and two assist practice items were within the legal scope of the dental hygienist's role. Conclusions: Further discussions are needed to redefine the legal scope of the role of the dental hygienist.

본 연구는 지역사회간호학회가 실시하는 전국의 보건진료원의 인력조사 연구의 일환으로 경상남도 지역의 전체 보건진료원 259명의 일반적 상황 및 업무수행정도를 파악하기 위하여 1986년 8월 25일부터 11월 25일 사이에 설문조사한 결과 자료수집이 가능한 195명의 설문지를 분석하였다. 대상자 195명의 진료원이 회신한 자료의 분석은 총점, 평균치, 표준편차, 백분율 및 범위로 분석하였으며 업무수행소요시간과의 관련은 Pearson상관계수로 분석한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
