  • Contemporary workspace is configured in various manners according to working patterns, collaborative or independent nature of works, group-wise working styles and culture, the size of the group, and so on. On the other hand, conventional office space has tended to be a monolithic single space packed with various types of works. This change reflects what has happened to the meanings and structures of office space. The ubiquitous computing technique is being applied to the development of the intelligent office as it grows. This leads to the change of intelligent office technology which provides user-oriented spatial service. This paper focuses on the conceptualization and design of service scenarios or the intelligent office based on the user-oriented spatial service paradigm.

  • RFID 기술을 이루는 핵심 컴포넌트라 할 수 있는 RFID 미들웨어는 태그(Tag)로부터 수신된 대량의 EPC 데이터에 대한 정제를 통하여 응용 프로그램이 요구하는 데이터 형태로의 선처리 기능을 수행하는 역할을 담당하는 소프트웨어 플랫폼이다. RFID 미들웨어로부터 수집, 정제된 데이터들은 해당 데이터들과 연관되는 비즈니스 애플리케이션들이 요구하는 정보에 대한 키로써의 역할을 하게 된다. 이와 같은 태그로부터 수신된 대량의 EPC 데이터와 실제 응용 측이 요구하는 정보와의 맵핑을 통하여 비즈니스 애플리케이션들의 의미있는 데이터로써 활용된다. 이러한 데이터들이 사용되는 비즈니스 프로세스 영역에서의 업무들의 일련의 절차들을 통한 자동화 처리 구성이 가능할 경우, 절차들을 구성하는 단위 업무들과 직접적으로 연계되는 비즈니스 애플리케이션들에 대한 워크플로우를 처리 담당하는 비즈니스 미들웨어와 애플리케이션의 처리에 필요한 관련 데이터와의 연동 방안을 고려하여 통합된 모델을 구성하는 것이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 RFID 기술의 활용 도메인을 엔터프라이즈 영역에 초점을 맞추고, 비즈니스 업무의 처리 대상이 되는 정보 및 자산들에 대한 데이터 수집 및 관리를 담당하는 RFID 측과 비즈니스 관련 데이터를 바탕으로 실제 비즈니스 프로세스를 구성하는 단위 업무들의 자동화 처리를 담당하는 워크플로우 측과의 연계 방안에 대한 기술 및 통합 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다.

  • 현대사회에서는 도시민의 삶의 질 향상과 관련하여 어메니티의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 특히 도시의 위생 및 안전과 관련된 환경, 방범 방재, 교통, 치안 등 공공부문의 경우 효율성과 안정성이 담보되어야 한다. 그러나 기존 도시들의 경우 각 부문의 운영이 독립적으로 이루어짐에 따라 도시 운영상의 비효율적 요소들이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 최근 활발히 논의되고 있는 U-City 구성요소 중 도시통합운영센터의 체계적인 관리 및 운영을 통해 해결될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 도시통합운영센터를 위해서는 도시전체를 통합운영, 관리하는 운영방안을 통해 도시의 분산 운영 및 관리에 따른 경제적 손실을 최소화하고, 각 유관기관의 운영체계를 유기적으로 운영할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 도시통합 운영업무에 있어 이해관계를 갖는 유관기관, 조직, 부서 등을 도출하고 각각의 역할과 업무에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 그러나 도시통합운영센터는 도시별 조건이 상이하여 기본적인 공공 분야에서는 기능적인 공통점을 가지고 있지만, 운영기관이 다르고 분야 및 책임, 이해관계로 인해 통합모델로서의 제시가 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 이에 이 연구에서는 기존 도시통합운영센터 및 유사기능수행조직의 운영 사례를 분석하고 이를 중심으로 도시통합운영센터 운영조직의 구성과 기능에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 기존 도시통합운영센터 운영 사례분석에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 U-City 도시통합운영센터를 대상으로 현황 파악 및 문제점을 도출하고, 유사기능수행조직의 운영지침 또는 운영사례 분석을 바탕으로 도시통합운영센터 운영방안을 위한 운영조직의 구성과 기능을 제시한다.

A Role-Based Delegation Model Using Role Hierarchy with Restricted Permission Inheritance (권한상속제한 역할계층을 이용한 역할기반 위임 모델)

  • Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) model is becoming a promising model for enterprise environments with various organization structures. In terms of role hierarchy, each senior role inherits all the permissions of its junior roles in the role hierarchy, and a user who is a member of senior role is authorized to carry out the inherited permissions as well as his/her own ones. But there is a possibility for senior role members to abuse permissions. Since senior role members need not have all the authority of junior roles in the real world, enterprise environments require a restricted inheritance rather than a unconditional or blocked inheritance. In this paper, we propose a new role-based delegation model using the role hierarchy model with restricted inheritance functionality, in which security administrator can easily control permission inheritance behavior using sub-roles. Also, we describe how role-based user-to-user, role-to-role delegations are accomplished in the model and the characteristics of the proposed role-based delegation model.

A Development of Management System for Publication and Operation of Clinical Contents Model's Outcomes (임상콘텐츠모형 산출물 홍보와 운영을 위한 관리시스템 개발)

  • In this paper we developed a CCM Manager which is a management system to support efficient development, publication and promotion of Clinical Contents Model(CCM)'s outcomes. We derived the functions of manager and user from the analysis of work process from development of CCM to management and publication, designed the database based on CCM architecture, and developed web-based system for each user to easily access and search the contents. CCM Manager supports to share the results between model developers well, distribute and promote the outcomes of model type to general users without manager's manual packaging and publishing it. This paper shows superiority compared with other clinical information model management system in aspects of providing multiple search functions, visual model browsing methods and management functions. The proposed CCM Manager is currently used in process of CCM development, and the analysis of its efficiency with the results will be made in the future.

A Study of Simulation Method for Administrative Functionality on Civil-Military Operations (안정화작전시 행정기능 모의방안 연구)

  • ROK armed forces conducted exercise for something limited "Civil Factor" of Civil-Military Operations at the Liberalized Area in North Korea by using ROK battle simulation model and a linked US simulation model such as JNEM during ROK-US combined exercise period. However, they conducted exercise by exchanging with messages only during each exercise, because of hard coding for "Civil-Factor" and various situations applied onto battle simulation model and JNEM. Fortunately, ROK armed forces arranged the 5 functionalities of Civil-Military Operations which is adopted with military situation in Korean Peninsular. Even more "Civil-Military Operations Simulation Model System" is developing since 2014 by ROK MND. Among the 5 functionalities of Civil-Military Operations, the administration is fundamental. Its detailed operational plan is hard to be quantitative subjects because it is too qualitative to be simulated. But we found a way to quantify, and described simulation flow charts for the 5 main subjects (including 13 tasks) of administration to verify relevance between its simulation results and other functionalities. So we suggested a simulation method which gets an objective suitability, also hope this will be helpful to the Civil-Military Operations exercise.

Business Transaction Preparation Plan for Business Reference Model Management (BRM 운영을 위한 단위과제 정비방안)

  • BRM (Business Reference Model, hereinafter referred to as BRM) has been introduced with the objective to improve task-related information sharing among organizations, task processing speed, efficiency of organization management, and administrative services. Furthermore, a Records Management Reference Table, which is a business-based records management system, has been put in to operation. However, it is necessary to reidentify if the BRM is put into use according to its initial objectives and purposes after 10 years of its introduction based on the pending problems and matters of improvement. Therefore, in this study, the necessity for business transaction management has been reviewed based on the problems present in the "business transaction" operation, which is the lowest unit of BRM, and it proposes a business transaction identification plan through a business analysis. As a result, three major points to improve BRM management have been suggested.

Research on the Construction of an Automation Model for Maintenance Managers Based on Smart Devices (스마트 디바이스 기반 유지보수 관리자용 자동화 모델 구축에 관한 연구)

  • Based on the previous year's statistics, 37% of buildings in South Korea are aged over 30 years. As the number of the aging buildings increases, so does the need for maintenance. Building maintenance involves a significant number of works; the work of 'maintenance manager' accounting for the largest part. Currently, the maintenance history record is mostly in drawing or handwritten form which makes reviewing the data highly time consuming. Therefore, to improve the convenience of maintenance works and optimize historical data management, the existing maintenance process was analyzed. Problems were derived and a smart device-based automation model was established. In order to establish a smart device-based automation model, ① general flow of facility management process was analyzed and related articles were reviewed, ② current maintenance process was optimized, ③ functional block diagram of BIM Data, COBie Data, IoT, and AR-based automated maintenance management model was created, ④ a smart device-based automated maintenance management model was constructed, ⑤ finally, the above system was verified by testing the aforementioned model in the field site, evaluating the time required for the maintenance process and reviewing maintenance history data against the current one.

Improving the Records Classification System Based on the Business Reference Model (BRM) Through an Analysis of Legislative Classification System Types (법령 기반 분류체계의 유형 분석을 통한 BRM 기반 기록분류 개선 방안 연구)

  • This study aims to analyze classification systems used in the public sector, collected based on legislation, and to improve the classification system for public records. From the Korean Law Information Center, 375 legislative clauses were searched, revealing about 80 classification systems. These systems were initially divided into lists, tables, and hierarchical classifications. Six types of classification system uses were proposed after combining three management types and two system functions. Among these models, classification systems used for core operations in public agencies often had the same entity as both developer and user. While systems adopted from other institutions were often modified as needed, they were predominantly used for reference tasks rather than core operations. However, in records management, crucial tasks such as record classification and disposal commonly use unmodified classification system items developed and managed by other agencies. Consequently, this study proposes that structural improvements are necessary for the record classification system. It suggests developing dedicated classification systems to support core functions or modifying existing systems and also applying records management disposal standards and guidelines to other relevant legislative provisions.

Automated Generation of Software Systems in Systems Construction (시스템 구축 과정에서 소프트웨어 자동생성 도구의 적용)

  • This paper makes an attempt to look at the process of automatically generating an application software system based on the Entity-Relationship (E-R) model. Basically, the process consists of five steps as follows: First, the designer develops an E-R model of an real-world system. Second, the software generator automatically generates a stereo-type application system. Third, the generator produces database schema and link information between application programs. Fourth, the designer designs the user interface including menu, screen design and so on. Finally, the generator completes the process integrating all the elements of an application system. Five basic program generation rules, three extended rules and a database generation rule have been suggested. By following each rule with the generator, the designer can build an application with an extremely efficient manner compared with traditional approaches. A case study has been included in order to show the applicability of the automated software generation process suggested in this paper. It has been demonstrated from the case study that the idea of applying an automated generator in systems development based upon the E-R model worked well.
