The progress in IT has increased work efficiency in many fields, leading to the start of a new era where information is exchanged by connecting all objects under the paradigm of IoT. Interest is growing on the convergence of various fields of study that goes beyond simply applying IT to research to increase efficiency in multidisciplinary studies. As such, there is a need to develop an IT-based model that can be applied to social welfare work. Social welfare workers in Korea at present have twice the workload and stress of those of their counterparts in other OECD countries. This leads to decreased work efficiency. This paper seeks to suggest a way to increase efficiency in social welfare work by improving the work process through IT-based systems. The study is expected to contribute to increased efficiency in the area of social welfare.

현대 사회의 교육은 교사 중심의 단순한 지식 전달 교육에서 학습자 중심 교육으로 전환하고있다. 교육 평가도 이러한 추세에 따라 암기 위주의 지필 평가에서 학습자의 수행과정과 산출물을 평가하는 수행평가로 전환하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 수행평가에서는 교사 본연의 업무인 교육과 연구 활동에 지장을 초래할 만큼 과중한 업무부담이 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문은 지금까지 수작업으로 이루어지던 수행평가 업무를 기존의 교무업무지원시스템과 연계하여 업무처리 과정에서 발생하는 중복 입력 작업 등의 노력을 최소화할 수 있는 수행평가시스템을 설계한다. 설계시 주요 고려사항으로 수행평가 계획에서부터 최종 출력물까지 일괄처리 및 중간 입력 확인 과정을 생략하여 수행평가와 관련한 교사의 업무 부담을 경감, 교사 본연의 가르치는 업무에 보다 충실할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 학생들에게 영역별 성취 결과를 서술적으로 기술하여 제공함으로써 학생 스스로 문제점을 이해하고 개선하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a way to solve the excessive paperwork of safety managers in domestic construction sites, and to suggest a work efficiency plan that can shorten the time required to prevent safety accidents. First, a function to automatically generate a safety document and find the necessary data is applied using the RPA program. The second is document creation using mobile devices. After safety training, use the Moleil app to keep the training log. Third, to prevent omission of essential safety and health documents, the automatic warning function is activated according to the RPA submission time and sent to the person in charge by e-mail or text. Fourth, the function to find the latest data with high accuracy and speed through 'Google Cloud Search', a search function, was applied.

연안항해에 있어 중요한 항해정보를 제공해주는 Navtex가 다량의 정보수신, 중복 정보의 수신, 항해에 불필요한 정보의 수신등으로 인해서 실제로는 항해사들의 업무과중을 초래하고 있고 사용자들이 그 실효성에 대해서는 의문을 제기하고 있으며 실제 항해에 중요한 정보를 간과하는 결과를 초래하기도 한다. 본 연구는 실무에서 Navtex를 사용하는 항해사들을 대상으로 실제 현황을 분석하고 안전항해를 위한 효율적인 Navtex사용에 대한 방향 및 제도개선의 초안을 마련하는데 그 의의가 있다.

스트레스는 현대를 사는 모든 이들의 화두이다. 특히 매일 시계추처럼 판에 박힌 생활을 하는 직장인들은 과중한 업무와 대인관계, 가정생활에 이르기까지 끝도 없이 스트레스에 시달리고 있다. 그렇다고 직장인들이 스트레스를 효과적으로 관리하고 있는가 하면 그것도 아니다. 오히려 잦은 술과 담배로 피곤에 지쳐 더 큰 스트레스에 시달리고 있는 것이 현실이다. 식습관부터 변화시켜 스트레스를 이겨내자. 당신에게 중요한 것은 일이 아니라 당신의 건강이다.

The need for protecting computerized medical information has been growing as information and communication technology has rapidly been developed. Government is also promoting institutional improvement measures for the information protection of medical institutions. With more emphasis upon the efforts to enhance the information protection capability of the medical institution, however, it could increase stress to the hospital workers and cause a reduction in the quality of essential medical services of medical institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to research the stress from hospital workers to strengthen the protection of information that medical institutions to manage and its antecedents. Based on the results of relevant researches, this study selected several factors that affect the security stress, including work overload, invasion of privacy and work uncertainty. The sample for this study was 123 hospital workers who were surveyed by questionnaire. The factor analysis and multiple regression method were employed for the analysis of this study. The results of this study showed that work overload, invasion of privacy and some of work uncertainty were the main factors positively influencing the security stress.

This study examined how the police officers use their annual leaves. While Korean police officers have burdens of heavy workload exceeding their regular office hours, they are passive to get leaves to keep in shape from long hours of work, to maintain the appropriate level of work productivity, and to secure time for leisure and cultural activities. It appeared that most of the police officers surveyed haven't used their annual leaves for less than half of the days designated by law. It also appeared tat female officers used more leaves than male officers, and married officers than single ones. Considering the characteristics of work environment, it showed that officers doing shift work had less days of leaves than officers in non-shift work. The reasons why the police take leaves passively lie on various factors that heavy workload, work-oriented life, work-oriented police organizational culture preceding family and so forth. Therefore, it needed to supplement the personnels to meet the needs of overwhelming workload of the police and to allocate the work properly in advance. In addition, it needed to raise the awareness of the police managers and proliferation of organizational culture to place emphasis on balance between work and family.

VTS operators may suffer from acute, chronic, or traumatic stress caused by their workload and working environments associated with task or combination of task. This study intended to measure the level of VTS operator' stress and find out factors influencing it by understanding their characteristics during carrying out their task. For this purpose, analyzed the data collected through conducting survey on VTS operators as the Korea Occupational Stress(KOSS) and Psychological Well-being Index(PWI). As a result, VTS operators are experiencing higher level of psychological stress than the national average. And the factors to cause VTS operators' occupational stress can be summarized as follows; working environment factors, shift work especially night duty, workload, etc. This study provides the fundamental information for understanding human factors of VTS operator' occupational stress.

항공기 정비는 고도의 기술과 많은 노력, 시간을 필요로 한다. 첨단화 되어가는 항공무기체계에 따라 정비작업도 고도화되어 가면서 시간과 작업량이 늘어나게 되고 정비사 부족 문제를 않고 있는 현시점에서는 업무량은 과중되어 질 수 밖에 없다. 하지만 현재 공군에서는 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 정비사들의 업무 할당에 대한 시스템이나 절차가 없었다. 본 연구는 항공기의 비행스케줄에 따른 정비사들의 정비 시간을 균등히 할당함으로써 업무의 효율을 높이고 향후 정비사들의 스케줄 관리를 위한 지침을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 현재 공군에 있는 실질적인 자료를 가지고 실험을 하여 입력 자료에 대한 현실성을 보다 높였으며, 수학적 모델링을 통하여 구축된 스프레드시트 모형을 가지고 인원할당과 근무시간 할당을 위한 최적의 시스템을 palisade사의 evolver를 사용하여 구축하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the causality among technostress creators. In doing so, we can suggest the ways how to reduce a technostress of employees. Research results suggest that pace of change has a positive effect on the work overload and has a negative effect on work-home conflict. Complexity of technology positively influences not only work overload but job insecurity. Work overload has a significant effect on work-home conflict. Finally, work-home conflict has a positive effect on job insecurity. Conclusions and implications are discussed.
