농어업 농어촌을 제대로 이해하지 못하는 국민이 대부분이다. 미래의 주역이 될 학생들이 가장 많이 접하는 교과서는 정확한 정보제공 전달의 중요성이 대두되고 있으나 농어촌과 작물보호제의 발전 정도를 반영하지 못하고 $20{\sim}30$년 전 모습을 그리거나 오래된 자료를 활용하고 있다.

오늘날과 같은 글로벌 경쟁시대에 대기업과 중소기업의 협력은 기업네트워크를 통한 경쟁력 강화 방안의 핵심요소라 할 수 있다. 최근 대기업과 중소기업 상호 모두에게 도움이 되는 호혜적 협력사업을 성공적으로 추진하고 있는 전경련중소기업협력센터(이하 '협력센터')는 중소기업 경영자문 활동을 통해 상생협력 인프라를 구축함과 동시에 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화에도 이바지 하고 있다. 이러한 상생협력 모범사례 중 지난 3월 대기업 협력업체의 경영혁신전략 구축을 위한 '경영닥터제' 발대식 현장을 소개하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to study whether there are differences in the relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance among large, medium and small-sized enterprises. This study first assessed the immediate influence of IT utilization level on organizational performance, and then further examined the moderating effects of the organizational size and the environmental dynamism that had influences on the relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance. The empirical test revealed that IT utilization level had significant impact on organizational performance in case of all sized enterprises. But, the sub-group analysis revealed that IT utilization level had no statistically significant impact on organizational performance in case of large enterprises despite of higher IT utilization level than small and medium-sized enterprises. The relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance was not moderated significantly by environmental dynamism in case of all sized enterprises. But, the sub-group analysis revealed that environmental dynamism had significant moderating effect on the relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance in case of large and small-sized enterprises when there was a high level of environmental dynamism.

이 연구에서는 1인기업을 운영하고 있는 1인기업가의 창업동기를 이해하기 위해 Naffziger 등이 제안한 창업동기모델을 적용한 사례연구를 실시하고 그 결과를 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 1인기업 창업에 영향을 미치는 동기로는 개인적 환경, 개인적 특질 등이 있었으며, 창업 당시의 사업 환경은 조사 대상 1인기업의 창업에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 개인적 환경 중에서는 학력, 경험 및 네트워크가 1인기업 창업에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 사례연구 결과 Naffziger의 창업동기모델에서 별도의 창업동기라고 보고 있는 사업 아이디어와 개인적 목표는 개인적 환경, 개인적 특질 등 기타 창업동기에 영향을 받는 요인으로 보아 이를 수정한 1인기업 창업동기모델을 제안한다.

농림수산식품부는 지속적으로 소비가 증가하고 있는 오리고기의 위생적 관리 및 생산성 향상을 위해 축산업 등록대상에 '종오리업'을 신설하여 축산업등록을 의무화하고, AI상시방역 체계구축과 사전 가축질병예방을 위해 '양계업'과 '오리사육업'의 축산업 등록대상 규모를 현행 $300m^2$이상에서 $50m^2$이상으로 확대하는 등을 주요 내용으로 하는 "축산법시행령"이 2008년 12월 24일 개정 공포되었다고 밝혔다. 축산업 등록대상 : (1)부화업 (2)계란집하업 (3)종축업(종돈업, 종계업, "종오리업") (4)대통령령으로 정하는 규모의 소사육업, 양계업, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 가축사육업 또한, 축산발전기금의 융자사무 취급기관을 농협 은행에서 새마을금고와 신용협동조합으로 확대하여, 농업인들이 편리한 금융기관을 선택 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 농림수산식품부는 앞으로도 의견 수렴을 통해 축산농업인의 불편사항을 해소하고, 위생적이고 안전한 축산물이 국민들에게 공급될 수 있도록 지속적으로 제도개선을 추진해 나갈 예정이다.

The objective of this paper is to evaluate production efficiency of the commercial road freight transportation industry using quarterly actual data by individual truck drivers from January 2005 to September 2009. In addition, this study analyzes various impact factors that influence production efficiency, including regulatory factors (e.g., entrust management system and multi-level transactions). For this purpose, this study uses data envelopment analysis and a truncated Tobit model. As a result, production efficiency of the general freight sector is higher than those of the other two sectors. Also, production efficiency in the steel goods sector ranks the highest; meanwhile, production efficiency in the oil goods sector ranks the lowest. In particular, production efficiency indicators of the commercial road freight transportation industry fluctuate with time by a small margin, and have an upward tendency on the whole. Finally, some policy implications are given to promote production efficiency of the commercial road freight transportation industry.
