Input-output(I-O) analysis is now widely used to examine the economic impact of tourism. The study aims to demonstrate the impact of agri-tourism development project on local development in terms of income and employment. Based on the I-O transactions tables developed by Bank of Korea (2011), rural tourism related sectoral multipliers were derived with respect to output, income, employment, and value-added tax. The results of the I-O model indicate that in 2011, rural tourism development generated 1,387 billion Won of output impact, 287 billion Won of income impact, 275 billion Won of value-added impact, and 41,127 full-time jobs, respectively throughout direct, indirect, and induced effects. In particular, the restaurant sector had relative higher output and employment multipliers as compared to other industries, whereas they had lower multipliers of income and value-added than any other industries. The findings imply that the restaurant sector was relatively labor-intensive industry, generating high impact of employment effects.
This paper proposes an on-board orbit data generation algorithm for geostationary satellites. The concept of the proposed algorithm is as follows. From the ground, the position and velocity deviations with respect to the assumed reference orbit are computed for 48 hours of time duration in 30 minutes interval, and the generated data are up-loaded to the satellite to be stored. From the table, three nearest data sets are selected to compute position and velocity deviation for asked epoch time by applying $2^{nd}$ order polynomial interpolation. The computed position and velocity deviation data are added to reference orbit to recover absolute orbit information. Here, the reference orbit is selected to be ideal geostationary orbit with a zero inclination and zero eccentricity. Thanks to very low computational burden, this algorithm allows us to generate orbit data at 1Hz or even higher. In order to support 48 hours autonomy, maximum 3K byte memory is required as orbit data storage. It is estimated that this additional memory requirement is acceptable for geostationary satellite application.
what is the elements letting users play games consistently other than the growth of the computer technology? What sort of elements can games give to control the balances in the various features of users? The subject of this study was set up for these questions. Examining the result of this study, the analysis of the types of individual characteristics as well as their preferences of playing games in the level of game design in the process of game development can be utilized as a fundamental data for the design of game contents based on user's propensity. Also it can provide the most effective method for controlling the balance of the game world. Moreover, it can be utilized to set up directions for updating the games based on user's propensity. If it can be counted for the potential users' preferences, the result of analysis of individual characteristic would act as good basic data for the balancing of game among various types of users.
To study the business performance, this research reviewed the revenue of 2012 for shipping and logistics companies in Korea, then selected 10 shipping companies and 10 logistics companies according to annual sales amount. These 20 companies are divided into four groups considering their business structure and their financial performance are organized from 2005 to 2012. Then CCR, BCC model has been applied to static efficiency and dynamic changes in productivity for analysis. As an overall result, logistics companies are proven to be better than shipping company in efficiency, change of productivity, growth and profitability. Among the logistics companies, the performance of second party logistics companies are relatively better in those factor above than the third party logistics companies.
Purpose: This study was to analyze the current preventive measures on alcohol-involved accident and the factors that affect such preventive measures in the construction industry. Method: The survey was administered to examine how the preventive measures on alcohol-involved accident were executed using the data of '2005 Occupational Safety and Health Survey' conducted in 2005 by the Occupational Safety and Health Research Institute. For this study, we analyzed 944 work places in the construction industry. Result: The preventive measures on alcohol-involved accident were being executed in 62.1% of construction companies. As for the number of actual preventive measures on alcohol-involved accident, work places in Jeolla-do executed 2.63 times more frequently than those in Chungcheong-do, and work places with the Occupational Safety and Health Conference executed 2.22 times more frequently than those without such a measure. Conclusion: Joining the Occupational Safety and Health Conference was to be one of the most influential ways of preventive measures on alcohol-involved accident in the construction industry. Accordingly, if workers and employers look for active measures and administer them through the Occupational Safety and Health Conference, it will reduce alcohol-involved accident in the construction industry and contribute to the better preventive measures on alcohol-involved accident in the construction and other industries.
The purpose of this study was to revitalize management of Hapki-do gymnasium based on customer. The Subjects of this study were 264 persons who have trained Hapki-do. Also, subjects were chosen by convenience sampling method. Data were analized with SPSS 12.0 version for frequency and crosstab analysis. Following is the analysis result. First of all, it is necessary repairing facilities and operating systematic education program. Secondly, it is necessary a discriminatory education program. Further study on demand features of Hapkido gymnasiums will contribute to expand and to strengthen the base of Hapkido development. This will aid Hapkido to gain dominant position in the competition of martial arts and sports industry.

Many work-related risk factors can cause construction site hazards. Considering variable and changeable characteristics of construction site, risk of same trade can be different by combination of inherent characteristics. But established safety management has performed like other industries not reflecting characteristics of construction. So, to suggest risk assessment methodology considering risk influence factors in construction site, this study extracts risk influence factors by literature reviews and surveys, builds the weighting system for classification of factors. And risk of trade is calculated based on frequency and severity of risk. Risk assessment methodology is suggested by integrating risk influence factors and risk of trade. From this, risk considering the conditions of construction sites can be derived and based on the derived risk, safety management can be performed more effectively. This study has meaning for assessing the risk which can reflect characteristics of construction site considering risk influence factors.

The Stream Control Transmission Protocol(SCTP) is a reliable transport layer protocol that provides several features. Multihoming is the one of the features and allows an association(SCTP's term for a connection) between two endpoints to use multiple paths. One of the paths, called a primary path, is used for initial data transmission and in the case of retransmission an alternate path is used. SCTP's current retransmission policy attempts to improve the chance of success by sending all retransmissions to an alternate destination address. However, SCTP's current retransmission policy has been shown to actually degrade performance in many circumstances. It is because that, due to Karn's algorithm, successful retransmissions on the alternate path cannot be used to update RTT(Round-Trip Time) estimation for the alternate path. In this paper we propose a scheme to avoid such performance degradation. We utilize 2bits which is not used in the flag field of DATA and SACK chunks to disambiguate original transmissions from retransmissions and to keep RTT and RTO(Retransmission Time-Out) values more accurate.
XML has become the new standard for storing, exchanging, and publishing of data over both the internet and the ubiquitous data stream environment. As demand for efficiency in handling XML document grows, labeling scheme has become an important topic in data storage. Recently proposed labeling schemes reflect the dynamic XML environment, which itself provides motivation for the discovery of an efficient labeling scheme. However, previous proposed labeling schemes have several problems: 1) An insertion of a new node into the XML document triggers re-labeling of pre-existing nodes. 2) They need larger memory space to store total label. etc. In this paper, we introduce a new labeling scheme called a Circle Labeling Scheme. In CLS, XML documents are represented in a circular form, and efficient storage of labels is supported by the use of concepts Rotation Number and Parent Circle/Child Circle. The concept of Radius is applied to support inclusion of new nodes at arbitrary positions in the tree. This eliminates the need for re-labeling existing nodes and the need to increase label length, and mitigates conflict with existing labels. A detailed experimental study demonstrates efficiency of CLS.

As performance and feature set of mobile devices are getting better, the scope of things for which they can be used is also getting widened. More than simply browsing information using mobile web, now these devices can interact with users. It requires various features to manage a web site; supporting full-browsing alone is not enough since there are problems such as processing speed, user interface restriction. However, using mobile devices to manage a web site has its own merits since the can be used without restriction of time and location. In this paper, we introduce a mobile web site administration software that provides both online and offline features. It supports CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations for news and users. These operations can be executed both offline and online. A user can do most of things offline; It connects to online only when it's absolutely necessary and does those in batch mode.
