Debris flows are a natural hazard which looks like a combination of flood, land and rock slide. Large rainfall in July 2006 produced several large scale debris flows and many small debris flows that resulted in loss of life and considerable property and railway damage, as was widely reported in the national media. The hazard "debris flow" is still insufficiently researched. Furthermore debris flows are very hard to predict. Flexible Ring net barriers are multi-functional mitigation devices commonly applied to rock fall or floating wood protection in floods, snow avalanches and also mud flows or granular debris flows, if properly dimensioned for the process or processes for which they are intended. Overtopping of the barriers by debris flows and sediment transport is possible, supporting the design concept that a series of barriers may be used to stop volumes of debris larger than are possible using only one barrier. The future for these barrier concepts looks promising because these barriers represent the state of art for such applications and are superior to many other available options.

This study examines the fact-check coverage provided by the SNU fact-check center site(factcheck.snu.ac.kr). A total of 50 articles that were cross-checked by multiple news media organizations were analyzed. The study's variables were topics, types, characteristics, consistency of the news media organizations' judgement, and fact-check sources. This study found that fact-checking coverage was generally focused on presidential or general election candidates or politicians, as well as political topics. The types of fact-checking coverage primarily included factual information, as well as some opinions or interpretations. Fact-check coverage was mainly focused on the facts of the statements themselves, causal relationships, or the timing or target of the comparison criteria. On average, the fact-checking coverage most frequently assigned the judgment 'mostly false, and primarily used interviews of individuals or data from organizations involved in the issue, government data, and experts' statements as the bases for its fact-checking judgements.

This research studied how idol music popularity influences on equilibrium of ecosystem in Korean popular music market. Because most of media & press reported that idol music caused unbalance of whole market so this research issued it. Research method is borrowed production of cultural perspective of Peterson and subject of analysis is selected idol music from Melon weekly music chart(2000-2014), which is No. 1 digital music distributor. The result showed idol music did not bring unbalance of ecosystem structure in Korean polular music market and found it contributed diversity of music genre in music market by introducing various musical style all the more. This kind of untested information should not cause idol music production leading new Korean Wave to shrink. Government related organization has to do policy making based on verified fact in future and it should be handled as important matter for sustainable and expansive reproduction of Korean wave.

This thesis will show the preparation of politic alternative plan about reaction through studying the domestic and overseas research trend and theories about online games analyzing the related problems. Online games have been already placed as the major culture trend in our society and produced the economic wealth as the major theme of 'Korean trend hot wind', including improvement of our foreign confidence. And the investments in online games and related industry are expected to be great Blue Ocean to us to have relatively deficient endowed resources. But with these beneficial effects, many unexpected reactions have happened and often published by medias, and they will be expected to be serious. So, it is to establish the united solution system of disputes related to online games which are spread in each law. Through this, we must draw prevention effects and use that as the evidence of rational judgements. And we must make the base to give online games the opportunity of upgrading to national strategic industry and try to conduct the research in various fields between academic organizations.

This aim of the present study was to determine the prevalence of suicide-related behavior(suicide ideation, plans and attemps) and its relationship in college students. 384 college students in Daejeon, Chungbuk provice were selected for this study from April 2 to April 21, 2012. Collected data was analyzed by using the SPSS 19.0 pragram. The prevalence of lifetime suicide ideation, plans and attemps were 32.3%, 4.7% and 3.0%. Respondents with mild ~ severe depressive symptoms were 42.2%. Depressive symptom was the consistent and crucial risk factor associated with suicide-related behavior indicates(suicide ideation, plans and attempts) commonly. We consider the suicide ideation and depressive symptom when develop the suicide prevention program. To prevent suicide, institutionalization of suicide screening program for who experience suicide ideation, depression, follow management of pre-suicide attemptor, surrounders of suicide victims, development of manual about strategy toward suicide, operating mental health program, delicate media representation.

The detailed current situation of urban renewal projects which have implemented in all over the country is sorted by regional and divisional groups, researching press reports. Problems in the progress of promoting urban renewal projects made the paper are analyzed in this research. This research examined the actual condition about urban renewal projects synthetically and then, deduced the following improvement plan. First, formulating long-term renewal plan is needed. Secondly, It should be changed into the gradual urban renewal project on a small scale according to various conditions of each local area. Finally, support of the central government in consideration of local conditions should be carried out.

Until now, the domestic construction market has been formed focusing on new construction and reconstruction in the apartment industry. Recently, however, the remodeling market for old structures have shown a tendency towards land shortage and land price increases in the major cities: the reinforcement of regulations regarding reconstruction; expenditure reduction and the solving of environmental problems by regarding old structures is pursuing low costs and maximum efficiency. The interest in remodeling is increasing, however, remodeling has not been successfully initiated in the apartment division for a reasonable period of time. Consequently to acquire mutual agreement for remodeling from the residential occupants. In order to evaluate profitability, it is necessary to set priorities and reasonable criteria for remodelling and to this end, it is also required to assess each fact of remodelling in view of both customers and supplied. Thus, a sample apartment housing complex was analyzed for geographic location, surrounding environment floor area ratio, site area, number of households, number of stories and unit area and thereupon, its remodelling profitability was analyzed to select an effective remodeling method as an alternative case for apartment house owners and remodelling.

The purpose of this article was to propose improvement of countermeasure for missing person cases. While current related other studies examined practice of the countermeasure from inner viewpoint of police authorities itself, this study focused on and analyzed concern or criticism expressed through mass media, outside of the authorities. For this purpose, we analyzed newspaper articles dealing with missing person issued during past 5 years with qualitative data analysis software. The analysis revealed that civil community demands immediacy of coping with missing, phased expertise, systemicity of the countermeasure, improvement of relating policy, and active liaison with community. According to the needs, we proposed advancing risk assessment procedure, enlarging dedicated team for missing case, improving profiling-input system, adding duty for family of missing person, and enhancing of function of control tower.

예상은 하고 있었던 일이지만, 준비없이 갑작스럽게 다가온 1993년 중국과의 국교정상화는 우리에게 무의미한 대가를 적지않게 하였다. 그리고 이후 이미 8년이란 세월이 흘러갔어도 잘못 끼운 첫 단추의 부담은 여전히 해결하지 못한, 아니 어쩌면 영원히 해결할 수 없을 것만 같은 숙제로서 남겨져 있다. 특히 손상된 민족의 자존심은 경제적인 실리를 떠나서 제2의 조공시대를 방불케 하는 신사대주의의 한중관계를 만들어 버리고 말았다. 최근 들어 IMF이후 주춤했던 중국을 향한 건축계의 막연한 기대가 2010년 북경의 올림픽 유치확정을 계기로 서서히 달아오르는 느낌을 받는다. 게다가 일부 언론매체의 보도는 벌써부터 앞으로 발주될 100억 달러 이상의 건설시장경기를 들먹이며 우리의 떡이 어느 정도인지 저울질하는 웃지 못할 모습을 보이고 있다. 물론 의욕과 열정을 무조건 탓하는 것도 잘못이지만 일에는 순서가 있는 법이며 지나친 무리수는 결과적으로 과역과 과열이라는 쓰라린 경험을 남기기 십상이다. 지금 이 시점에서 우리가 할 일은 분명하다. 우리의 현실을 직시하고 저들의 현실을 정확히 파악하며 국제적인 추세를 냉철하게 읽어내는 것이다. 중국의 건설시장에 관해서는 이미 1995년 12월호 '건축'잡지에서 '중국의 건축'이라는 특집을 통해 부분적으로 소개된 바 있고, 2001년 9월호 '건축인'에서도 '중국건축:건설시장, 아직도 기회는 있는가'라는 주제를 다룬바 있다. 뿐만 아니라 일부 설계사무소가 자신의 실제 작업경험을 다양한 지면을 통해 간헐적으로 소개하는 한편, 지금 이순간에도 자신들 나름대로 중국건축업계와 협력관계를 구축하여 진행하는 일이 적지 않다. 이 글은 우리나라의 대표적인 건축설계사무소 가운데 하나인 (주)무영종합건축사사무소가 중국시장에 진출하는 과정(즉, 이 과정은 비교적 총체적인 것임)에서 얻은 경험을 진솔하게 밝혀 한국건축계의 동료들과 자료를 공유하여 동일한 오류를 범하지 않도록 하고자 하는데 그 근본적인 목적이 있으며, 참고로 최근 중국 건설시장의 동향을 가능한 한 상세하게 소개하고자 한다.

The ex-post evaluation of governmental crisis management is an important issues since it is necessary to prepare for the future disasters and becomes the cornerstone of our success as well. In this paper, we propose a data cube model with data mining techniques for the analysis of governmental crisis management strategies and ripple effects of foot-and-mouth(FMD) disease using the online news articles. Based on the construction of the data cube model, a multidimensional FMD analysis is performed using on line analytical processing operations (OLAP) to assess the temporal perspectives of the spread of the disease with varying levels of abstraction. Furthermore, the proposed analysis model provides useful information that generates the causal relationship between crisis response actions and its social ripple effects of FMD outbreaks by applying association rule mining. We confirmed the feasibility and applicability of the proposed FMD analysis model by implementing and applying an analysis system to FMD outbreaks from July 2010 to December 2011 in South Korea.
