우리나라 잠사업이 해외 견업국들과의 경쟁경합에서 계속 이겨 남기 위하여는 이들이 할 수 없는 혁신기술을 도입한 저cost 양잠 기술이 이루어져야 하고 다양한 생사 견제품을 개발 공급되어야 한다. 혁신기술의 도입, 저cost 양잠의 실현으로 양잠소득의 증배는 생산성의 향상에 있는 바 이에는 연간 다회육에 의한 시설의 확대없이 양잠 규모를 키우는데 있다. 이는 작업의 성력화, 단순화와 함께 양잠농가의 단기적 중점 사육에 그치는 $\boxDr$l주일 양잠$\boxUl$의 도입만이 최상의 길로 알려져 세계 최고 양잠기술을 걷고 있는 일본이 추진하고 있다.(중략)

Recently, silk farming trends are changed from silk production to functional production because of a slump in only silk production. The 'Functional silk farming production promotion and assistant ACT', which has been enacted and effective since 2009, provides an environment to create the integrated functional sericulture production program. The purpose of this study is to derive the current industry status and the development strategy resulting in promoting and creating a new value-added industry. The main items to be improved in current sericulture industry are production infra and facilities, post-harvest storage technology, processing and marketing, sericulture farming products trading, exporting and merchandised promoting, farm management and farm income etc. Future sericulture industry should be focus on Mulberry production and Processing instead of silk farming only for a new valued added industry.

5.16 군사정부의 탄생과 함께 적지 적산주의 권농정책에 힘입어 오늘날 크게 발전을 보게된 한국의 양잠업은 사실인즉 이조중엽까지만 하여도 전국 방방곡곡에 크게 번성하였던 민족산업의 하나이었다. 그러나 이조말 서정이 혼탁하면서 강요되기 시작한 가혹한 공납행위와 정상배에 의한 수탈행위의 혹독함에 견디다 못한 생산농민은 뽕나무를 "병민지초"라 부르는 일방, 나무뿌리에 몰래 독즙을 주입하여 자연고사케 함으로써 관으로부터 양잠농을 패업한데 대한 직접적인 질분을 피하면서 가혹한 수탈대상으로부터 가까스로 탈출에 성공할 수 있었다. 그리하여 천혜의 양잠적지가 상전벽해로 되버린 쓰라린 역사를 다시 거슬러 극복하고 1960연대에 이르러 번영의 잠업농으로 재구축하여 놓은 것이다. The present study investigated the feasibility of using the ethanolic extract of Hermetia illucens larvae (HIE) as a whitening improvement material. In cell viability assays using B16F1 melanoma cells, no cytotoxicity was recorded up to 200 ㎍·mL^-1 of HIE. Moreover, while tyrosinase inhibitory activity increased, melanin content decreased in a dose-dependent manner, indicating that HIE likely inhibited tyrosine-induced intracellular melanin biosynthesis in B16F1 melanoma cells. Therefore, HIE is expected to serve as a potent whitening improvement material.

우리 나라의 양잠업은 3천년이라는 긴 역사가 이어지는 동안 수많은 부침을 거쳐왔다. 결정적인 시련은 1970년대에 들어서서 국내 농산물에 대한 경쟁력 상실과 값싼 중국산에 의한 국제경쟁력 상실이라는 양면 공격으로 심각한 곤경에 처하여 급속한 사양길에 접어들었다. 이점을 타개하기 위해 뽕재배 분야에서도 양잠의 다른 분야에서와 같이 생산성 향상과 생산비 절감이라는 명제를 설정하여 다각적인 해결책을 시도했다. (중략)

현재 우리나라에 있어서 잠사류의 유통구조를 볼 때 양잠농가를 중심으로 하여 한쪽에는 대기업체인 제사회사가 있고 다른 한쪽에는 역시 대기업체인 상묘업자와 잠종제조업자가 존재하고 있는데도 불구하고 수많은 영세한 양잠농가들이 고립무원한 상태로 분산되어 있다는 것이 기본적인 문제점으로 되어 있는 것이다. 그러나 혹자는 현재 대한잠사협회도 있고 일반농협도 있지 않느냐 하고 반문할지도 모르지만 다음과 같은 점에서 특수조합으로서의 잠업협동조합의 설립이 요망된다.

우리나라 잠사업의 건전한 발전을 촉진시키는 여러 가지 요인 중 본고에서는 양잠농가와 제사업자의 생산활동을 자극시킬 수 있는 합리적인 가격기구(Price mechanism)에 관하여서는 분석을 시도하였다. 첫째로 생사의 국제가격수준을 기준으로 하여 양잠부문과 제사부문의 자원생산력을 최대화시킬 수 있는 잠견과 생사의 적정가격수준을 잠업부문의 총체적 생산함수분석으로 도출코자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to organize research trends by analyzing healing studies using emotional insects, and to suggest future research directions. As a result, only six emotional insect species were used for healing purposes, and most of the age groups of the test subjects were elementary school students and the elderly. As for the type of research, field application of the healing program was dominant at 76.5%. Effectiveness verification was mainly conducted through questionnaires before and after participating in the healing program. In some cases, stress-related salivary hormones were used as indicators or clinical tests were conducted by medical staff. Based on the results of this analysis, future strategies such as finding new emotional insect species, developing various types of healing program models, and expanding and subdividing the target subjects were suggested to promote the growth of the healing industry using emotional insects in the future.

This study aimed to investigate the psychological effect of a healing agricultural program using insect resources and to confirm the persistence of the healing effect. The applied insect was silkworm Bombyx mori (Linnaeus) and 28 adolescents from local children's centers were used as the subjects. The healing agricultural program was applied at the centers for 4 weeks, and stress was measured using salivary α-amylase levels and a survey on life satisfaction, happiness, and insect preference. The results indicated that stress levels decreased, and life satisfaction and insect preference increased after participating in the the healing agricultural program. Furthermore, it was confirmed that this healing effect continued until 4 weeks after the end of the program.

We introduce a method for preserving yellow mealworm (Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus) larvae for an extended period and show that a high percentage of larvae can survive in good health under low-temperature storage conditions combined with specific diapause termination conditions. Our study revealed that we can regulate important development stages such as pupation, emergence, and larval duration by adjusting these termination conditions. When storing larvae aged 6-8 weeks for 140 days, the storage temperature can be varied based on our goals, giving us control over yellow mealworm production to meet specific demands. To produce adult beetles, storing larvae at 15 ℃ with wheat bran and ending diapause at 30 ℃ resulted in 90% pupation rate, with 60% becoming adults in 21 days. If our aim is larvae production, storing them at 10-12 ℃ with wheat bran and ending diapause at 25-30 ℃ allows the larvae to reach a suitable weight for processing. This straightforward approach ensures long-term storage of yellow mealworm larvae and provides a practical way to control their development, allowing efficient mass production tailored to market demands.
