The purpose of this study is propose performance indicators analysis and development plans for K University professional graduate school for the training of human resource professionals. Specifically, the main research includes the derivation of performance indicators for K University's professional graduate school, PR plan, academic establishment plan, name change, vision proposal, and curriculum improvement plan for each major. To this end, a survey was conducted on a total of 132 current and former students of K University's professional graduate school. FGI was also conducted with 29 participants. The results of the research are as follows. In the case of key performance indicators, 15 indicators were proposed, taking into account previous research, the characteristics of professional graduate school, surveys, and FGI surveys. Promotion should be continuous, not one-time, and the advantages and benefits of the graduate school should be actively informed to target customers. The proposed name of the professional association is the Korean Association for Employment and Vocational Competency Development. It was found that operating as a convergence society and focusing on convergence research were appropriate. The names of K University's professional graduate school were HR (Human Resources), HRD, and employment and vocational competency development graduate school. As for the vision, it was suggested that a balance between identity and differentiation is needed to flexibly respond to new changes while maintaining existing strengths. As for the proposed improvement of the curriculum by major, it is proposed to reform in a stepwise and gradual manner while maintaining the existing framework to some extent rather than being radical.

In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the necessity of training advanced engineering personnel with convergent creativity to handle technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the internet of things (IoT) is increasing. In this paper, a new approach of engineering education based on academia-industrial cooperation and design-centered teaching technique for the students who need to learn practicable engineering skill with convergent creativity for the fourth industrial age is presented. It analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the existing engineering education innovation activities, presents the practical necessities based on the experience of the educational system and the requirements of the educational environment, and analyzes the existing activities and the new roles. In particular, we discuss how to combine student-centered teaching methodology for effective design education, which is a key element of innovative engineering education. Most of the presented methods are verified by the authors' needs and effects in the education field.

This study investigated the current state of the reference services of the Korean university libraries and examined ways to improve the system. Especially this study introduced the concept of 'subjectized reference services'and tried to find a way to apply it to the present stage of the Korean university libraries. For that purpose, this study surveyed the reference librarians of the university libraries across the country. The results of this study can be used as the basic data for training 'subject specialist librarians', who can provide specialized services appropriate to the realities of the Korean university libraries.

In this paper, I analyzed the present technical high school-college correlation education and suggested its some problems and their solutions. Further, I explored the methods of its practice and management. In conclusion, it is revealed that the technical high school-college correlation education needed by both sides, is a good institution which makes us enhance the levels of functional and technical education, and through which we can foster excellent experts, get rid of the educational waste, and proceed to the direction of the college-centered technical education.

The purpose of this research is to explore the effective response methods for the prevention of cyber-terror in South Korea. This research used an analysis of literature research. From the result of this research, the researchers suggested 1) enactment of the 'Cyber-terror Prevention Act' in order to enhance the effectiveness against cyber-terror; 2) establishment of practical control tower for cyber-terror; 3) expansion of the expert training for cyber-terror. The limitations of this research and the recommendations for future research were discussed at the last part of this research.

해양 신 재생에너지 개발에 의해 생태계에 미치는 영향을 최소화하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위하여 환경변화 사례와 예측하였다 해양에너지의 개발은 필수적으로 해양환경 및 생태계에 변화를 초래하여 조력발전시설의 경우 조간대에 서식하는 저서생물의 종다양성을 감소시키고 철새 등의 조류의 종수 및 개체수의 변화를 가져오고 조력 및 조류발전 터빈시설은 수생생물의 기계적 충돌에 의한 사망률을 증가시킨다 이러한 해양 신 재생에너지의 개발과 더불어 생태계의 영향을 최소화하기 위한 조사 및 연구가 병행되어야 개발 후 상용화단계에서 가장 합리적인 자연보전의 방안을 제시하고 지역사회와의 갈등을 최소화 할 수 있는 과학적인 자료를 도출 할 수 있다.

최근 국내 및 세계운송시장은 경제성장 및 항공산업의 발달로 인해 증가하는 여객 및 화물 수요에 따른 항공수요를 감당하기위하여 신규 항공사의 설립, 노선의 확충, 신규항공기의 도입 등으로 지속적인 성장을 거듭하고 있다. 이러한 성장세에 따라 ICAO는 2030년 까지 약 980,799명의 조종인력이 부족할 것으로 전망하고 있으며 부족한 인력의 수급을 위해 국제기구, 국가차원의 연구 활동 및 조종사 양성사업을 진행하고 있다. 이에 따라 세계 및 국내 항공사에서도 지속적인 항공조종인력을 충원하고 있지만 숙련된 고급인력의 부족에 따른 어려움 있으며 기존 조종인력의 유출 또한 심각한 문제로 대두 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 조종인력의 채용현황, 요구조건의 분석을 통하여 보다 현실적이며 효율적인 수급방안에 관하여 제언하고자한다.

본 연구는 과학기술 대중화가 왜 중요한지에 대한 문제인식에서 시작되었다. 즉 과학기술이 발전하기 위해서는 일반국민의 이해와 참여가 있어야 가능하다. 또한 과학기술에 대한 대중적 이해가 없이는 과학기술 자체에 대한 대중적 지지를 획득하기 어렵다는 점이다. 이에따라 과학기술에 대한 일반국민의 이해를 제고시킬 수 있는 방안들을 모색해 보았다. 먼저 과학기술 선진국인 미국의 경우, 과학기술 대중화를 위한 과학언론 전문가 집단의 역할과 과학언론매체의 영향이 매우 지대하였음을 살펴보았다. 그러나 미국의 20세기 과학기술 대중화운동은 이들의 역할에 주로 의존한 나머지 본래의 과학적 사실이 담고 있는 상황을 일반대중에게 제대로 전달하지 못하는 역기능이 발생한 점도 간과할 수 없다. 아무튼 미국은 전통적으로 과학기술을 국가발전의 근간으로 여겨 과학언론매체의 개발과 함께 과학언론 전문가를 양성하여 일반대중이 과학기술이 무엇인지 이해하는데 크게 기여하였다. 이에반해 우리나라는 전문인력부족, 언론매체의 인식미흡, 대중화사업의 중복 및 유사성 등 과학기술에 대한 일반대중의 이해와 참여를 이끌어 내기에는 한계를 지니고 있다. 따라서 한국의 과학기술 대중화를 위해서는 홍보전문인 육성, 정보전달매체의 다양화, 과학대중화 사업 등이 상호 유기적이며 보완적인 관계로 발전해 나가야 할 것이다.

건설산업에 있어서 건설기술자의 수요는 건설공사업의 면허 및 등록을 위한 기술능력의 평가기준이 되고 또한 건설공사의 관리 및 기술상의 관리를 위해 공사현장에 배치되는 기술자로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 건설산업의 국제화, 고도화에 따른 경쟁력 강화와 노동집약적 산업에서 기술집약적 산업으로 전환하기 위한 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이와 같이 건설기술인력의 중요성을 감안할 때 기술인력의 향상과 전문화를 통한 건설기술의 고도화를 도모하고 또한 건설생산활동에 있어서 원활한 수급을 위한 효율적인 기술인력 관리체계가 구축되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설기술인력의 효율적 및 관리를 위해 현행 건설기술인력 활용 및 관리 제도상의 문제점 분석과 건설기술인력의 교육 및 경력관리에 대한 실태 조사를 통하여 건설기술인력의 관리 및 활용성의 문제점을 파악하고 개선방향을 제시하였다. 또한 양성된 건설기술인력의 능력을 유효하게 발휘시킬수 있도록 환경여건의 마련과 이들을 조직화하여 국가적 차원에서 효율적 활용을 도모할 수 있는 일련의 계획적$\cdot$체계적 관리 방안을 제시하였다.
