수학사 및 수리철학에 관한 연구는 교사양성 대학에서 더욱 강조되어야 할 부분임에도 불구하고 그에 관한 연구가 미진하다. 자연대의 수학과는 수학 그 자체가 중요하겠지만, 교사양성 대학에서는 수학 내용자체 뿐만 아니라, 수학의 역사적인 측면과 수학에 관한 인식론적인 측면이 함께 요구되어 진다. 절대적인 것으로 인식되어 온 수학에 대한 잘못된 선입견은 수학교육에도 심각한 악영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 그러나 괴델의 불완전성 정리 등으로 인해 수학에서의 논리체계는 더 이상 절대적이지 않다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 숱한 오류들의 극복을 통해 발전해 온 수학사적인 측면과 그로 인하여 수학에 관한 인식론적 변화를 수학에서의 큰 사건들을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 구체적으로 유클리드 기하에서 비유클리드 기하의 발견, 칸토어의 무한한 역설의 발생, 역설을 극복하기 위한 수학기토론의 탄생, 괴델의 불완전성 정리로 이어지는 과정들을 살펴보고, 그로 인해 도출되어지는 수학교육적 시사점을 논의해 보며, 이르르 바탕으로 교사양성 대학에서의 수학사 및 수리철학 강좌의 운영 방안을 제시한다.

There is a strong need to develop a training program for specialized personnel called mental health librarian. The study examines the necessity of ongoing education as series of steps to be considered in actual curriculum development, by looking at the features of bibliotherapy through a literature review and through an analysis to the requirements of a qualified mental health librarian and its training system. The result shows that, in order to train librarian in mental health, it is necessary to establish courses corresponding to the bibliotherapy field within the subject of library and information sciences and to strengthen the specialization in the its curriculum. It is desirable to establish the mental health librarian educational programs in library and information science graduate programs in Korea. The results of this study, as fundamental data for future research, will promote the role of the specialized mental health librarian and guidelines for developing and expanding the qualities and training of specialized librarian to resolve the immediate problem of the Korean library scene and academia.

Korea plans to be the world's first country to transform its electricity network into "smart grids," which use information and operational technologies to help to facilitate the reduction of carbon emissions, make more efficient use of existing infrastructure/resources through meeting customer demand/less generation, and support renewable resources with real time monitoring and controls. In this situation, universities do the needful on priority to nurture smart grid engineers who will be responsible for state-of-the-art technologies as today's electric grid transitions to a digital network. This paper thus attempts to permanently turn out high-quality human resources in electrical engineering by fleshing out strategies for training smart electric grid engineers, based on lessons from a national undertaking of nurturing qualified power IT engineers starting on February 1 of 2007.

After getting through the financial crisis, Korean government has promoted Local Industry Promotion Project across the country by realizing the needs to overcome structural recession and promote self-growth. Therefore researching current manpower status and manpower demand in shipbuilding industry, which is the strategic industry of Jeonnam province, is very critical to enhance the competitiveness and efficiently manage training professional manpower. In this respect, this study mentioned some issues and provided the improvements for the research on demand for Professional manpower training project in Shipbuilding industry of Jeonnam province. It was shown that the aging trend of professional workforce, short in skilled/professional manpower and lack of education & training institutions are critical problems of shipbuilding industry in Jeonnam province. To improve these problems, various support policies such as strengthening networks among related agencies and companies or universities are strongly recommended.

최근 이상기후와 높아지는 물 수요 등으로 인하여 물관련 문제가 전 세계적으로 심각해지고 있다. 따라서 많은 국가에서 깨끗한 물을 국민에게 공급하고 물로 인한 재해로부터 피해를 최소화하기 위한 국가적 체계와 정책은 이제 당연한 중요과제가 되고 있다. 이러한 물 관련 문제에 대하여 적극적이고 합당한 대안의 의사결정을 위해서는 신뢰도 높은 수문자료가 중요한 기초자료가 된다. 따라서 이러한 수문자료를 생산하기 위해서는 조직체계, 충분한 예산, 높은 기술력 등과 함께 전문인력이 필수조건이다. 이러한 전문인력을 양성하기 위해서는 교육과 경험이 매우 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 국토해양부(현재 국토교통부)는 수문조사 전문가 수요를 충족시키고자 2008년 4월 하천법을 전부 개정하여 수문조사 관련 업무 종사자에 대한 교육을 명시화하고 이를 시행토록 의무화하였다. 교육을 수행할 기관으로 한국건설기술연구원(유량조사사업단)과 한국수자원공사(K-Water 교육원)를 선정 후 위탁하여 2009년부터 교육기관별로 매년 2회 이상 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련이 실시되고 있다. 이에 따라 수문조사 관련 업무 종사자는 교육대상자로써 전문인력으로 발전되고 국가로부터 관리되고 있다. 현재까지도 수문조사 종사자는 수문조사 관련 업무에 종사한 날부터 2년 이내에 30시간 이상의 교육을 받아야 하고, 3년마다 재교육을 받아야 함을 규정(하천법시행령 제13조) 하고 주기적인 교육을 실시하고 있다. 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련이 처음 실시된 2009년부터 2015년까지 총 1,311명이 수료하였다. 교육수료자수는 최대 277명(2009년)에서 최소 155명(2013년)으로 7년 평균 188명으로 집계되었으며, 이중 재교육수료자는 2015년까지 총 260명으로 집계되었다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 수문조사 전문가 양성을 위해 국토교통부에서 실시한 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련의 성과와 현황을 분석하였다. 그리고 국외 수문전문가 양성을 위한 교육관련 선진사례로서 프랑스의 물 전문가를 위한 국립교육센터(CNFME)를 선례로서 조사하였다. 그리하여 향후 우리나라의 수문관련 전문가 양성을 위한 우리나라 교육체계의 발전방안에 대하여 제언하였다.

This study aims to give suggestions based on survey to improve the quality of Global Construction Engineer Training Program in line with the government goals. The domestic construction industry in Korea has kept shrinking, whereas the global construction market is forecasted to keep expanding in the future. It has become an urgent task to be taken up for construction contractors and engineering firms so as to improve their capacity, in particular, in the fields of planning, management, finance as well as engineering. To deal with the lack of capacity of the domestic engineers and to help them emerge as global players in the competitive overseas construction market, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Korean government has designed a program called 'Global Construction Engineer Training Program.' The eligible target of the training program is mid-career professionals who are working for the construction contractors or engineering firms. To draw suggestions for this program, an importance-satisfaction analysis is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program implemented by the S University. The S University, along with C University, was selected as an implementation organization of the program in 2014 by the government. Through an email survey, the participating students in the program were asked questions on the importance and satisfaction against 17 indicators classified into 5 categories: instruction method, professional knowledge of instructors, contents of program, curriculum, and facility and environment. The survey results show that students are satisfied with the overall quality of the program, but it was also found that they want the program opens more coursework on practical application of knowledge, case studies, and global networking.

The engineering competitiveness of domestic construction companies is 70$\sim$80% of advanced countries. And Korean' companies fall behind China and South-East Asia in a competitive price. Recently, there are increased the amount of overseas order received in Korean construction companies. But, there is not enough the supporting policy of government. Therefore, this research compared and analyzed the competitiveness of domestic construction companies throughout benchmarking support system of overseas construction in advanced companies. Such research was obtained through business trip & consultation with related specialists for the difficulties of domestic companies in advancing into overseas market. This research provided governmental plans to advance into overseas market. First, this research provided assurance system and connected plan of ODA(Official Development Assistant) in construction. Second, this research suggested the improvement of overseas marketing survey and overseas construction marketing center. Third, this research provided the support system of bidding information and the training system of professionals.

The purpose of this research is to present an opinion on the development of a systematic program for the training of talented students at domestic universities for overseas employment, effective usage of overseas field practice and internship, and the importance of the programs that can provide prepared future Taekwondo professional with the opportunities to be successfully employed by desired overseas institutes worldwide. The objects of research were 15 persons who experienced overseas internship. The results of the research obtained through in-depth interviews were; firstly, the merits and demerits of internship; secondly, the changes made after experiencing internship; and thirdly, what they want to say to their juniors who are preparing for internship.

Conclusion is like below. First, as a private security area's mutual relationship and development device, it is necessary to bring up corresponding-terror expert. Second, a privatized corresponding-terror research center is necessary. Third, the importance of privatization's role for the corresponding-terror prevention law establishment. It is considered that a diversified examination research that can minimize a violation of human rights by bringing up various corresponding-terror expert, paradigm shift of workers related security area, and construct corresponding- terror education equipment as well as education content, it is not a special group's authority, should be continued by a following research. Academical area of terrorism's construction is necessary. You need to approach by private initiatively boldly with the academic world as an active mutual cooperation politically, culturally, socially, internationally, etc, rather than developing national institute initiatively. Also, in a following research, an academical research about a correlation of crime, war, terror should be done deeply, variously. It is necessary to establish an academic foundation of terror study.
