This study is for the effective training strategy of human resources for the u-City construction to support the u-City human resource development plan of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (MLTM). One of the biggest problems concerning u-City is the shortage of advanced human resources for the u-City constructions. The characteristic of u-City makes u-City related human resources had knowledge of various fields including IT, GIS, construction engineering, urban planning and so on. But, there are only a few programs to train u-City related human resources. Therefore, this research established the objective of the training strategy for u-City human resource development as "the training strategy of human resources for the successful u-City constructions". To achieve this objective, four different core strategies are established like followings: (1) demander-oriented education, (2) regional balanced education, (3) integration education of u-City related subjects, (4) u-City related education infrastructure development. These 4 different core strategies can be achieved from 5 sub projects like followings: (1) demand estimation of u-City human resources, (2) u-City education from selected regional core universities, (3) u-City education from u-City human resource education centers, (4) online education and (5) construction of education infrastructures. These 5 interrelated sub projects can be preconditions of the successful human resource strategy development.

고대 철학자 세네카는 '사람은 가르치면서 배운다'라는 명언을 남겼다. 배움은 가르침 속에도 존재한다는 뜻일 것이다. 사내강사양성교육 참여는 이 말의 뜻을 몸소 느낄 수 있는 기회였다. 교육이 시작되는 5월 16일 아침, 원주 치악산 호텔로 향했다. 많은 사람들 앞에서 발표해 본 경험이 적은 나는 교육시간이 다가올수록 발표를 해야 한다는 생각에 긴장되었다. 교육이 시작되고, 조별로 나누어 앉아 자신에 대해 1분 스피치를 하는 시간이 주어졌다.

현재 각 대학의 사범대학에서는 저마다의 교과과정에 의하여 기하교육을 하고 있다. 해석학이나 대수학에 비하여 매우 다양하게 운영되고 있는 기하학 강좌 내용에 대하여 우선 몇 군데 대학에서의 기하학개론 및 미분기하학 강좌 내용을 비교하고, 교사 양성기관에서의 기하학 개론과 미분기하학 강좌에서 다루어야 할 필수 요소를 알아보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the health leader education on health behavior motivation, perceived health status, knowledge improvement, and life satisfaction among the living in rural area. The subjects consisted of 50 health leaders who participated in the health leader education program. Pre-and post-education tests were collected after education. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program with frequency, means, ANOVA, Paired t-test. The data significant changes in motivation, perceived health status, knowledge improvement. The data not significant changes in life satisfaction. Based on this study, a continuous health leader education program through a community health center is needed for rural community people.

국가는 전력IT 산업의 융복합화를 통하여 국제경쟁력 재고 및 국가 성장 동력으로 발돋움하기 위하여 노력하고 있으며, 이를 위하여 전력IT 10대 연구개발 과제와 인력양성 사업을 추진하게 되었다. 전력IT 인력양성사업은 크게 산업체의 인력을 양성하는 사업과 대학의 저변인력을 양성하는 사업으로 구분 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업체의 재직 자를 대상으로 하는 일반교육프로그램과 산업체 수요에 부응하는 맞춤형 교육프로그램에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 대학 및 정보보호 관련 교육기관을 중심으로 활발히 진행되고 있는 정보보호 인력양성 과정 및 체계를 살펴보고 정보보호 산업 현황을 분석하여 정보보호 인력 양성 방안을 살펴보았다. 우선 정보보호 인력의 기준 및 조건을 검토하고 정보보호 인력이 갖추어야 하는 전공 지식 분야를 분류하였다. 특히 정보보호 교육기관에서의 정보보호 관련 전공 및 유사전공을 통해서 수행되는 인력양성 방안을 기초로 산업계에서 필요로 하는 정보보호 인력양성 방안을 고찰해본다.

His study was started in the sense of examining the direction of nurturing calligraphy education professionals as the Act on Promotion of Calligraphy was enforced. The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of nurturing manpower in the calligraphy field, and to suggest a direction for nurturing professional manpower different from the existing Seodang-style and apprenticeship methods. To this end, we first looked at the current status of manpower in the calligraphy field through a fact-finding survey and prior research. As of March 2022, the overall status of the curriculum of the Department of Calligraphy at Korean universities was analyzed and its characteristics were examined. In this study, the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training and the direction of nurturing professional manpower through designated institutions were presented. For the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training, we selected an autonomous training method that enables training members to collaborate together to enhance the competency of participants. presented as Training and training for professional manpower through designated institutions Major . operation . Considering the recent increase in the number of sexual violence survivors, there is an urgent need to develop content for the training of professional workers to support victims. The purposes of this research are: (1) to investigate the status of existing training programs designed to produce workers to support sexual violence victims; (2) to conduct focus group interviews with 19 workers regarding their training needs; (3) to conduct a national-wide survey with 800 workers; and (4) to carry out a delphi study with 20 sexual violence professionals in regard to the topics and methods of training. According to the survey of practice workers, the areas of greatest need include the understanding of client characteristics, multidisciplinary approaches in training, and strengthening of basic training. The delphi study of professionals revealed the need for counseling skills, understanding the psychology of sexual violence victims, and skills to provide emotional support for victims. Based on these findings, this research suggests training content designed to provide support services customized to the types and characteristics of individual survivors.

20C까지 단순히 밝혀주고, 점멸만 하는 조명형태가 21C부터는 밝기의 조정, 칼라의 조정이 병행된 감성조명의 시대로 도래하여, 주거생활 조명, 상업용 조명, 문화공간의 조명 둥에 본격적으로 도입되기 시작했다. 특히, LED 응용조명은 자동차 분야 및 PV분야 등 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 연 4조원의 세계시장과 2,000억원의 국내시장으로 점유되고 있으며, 연평균 45% 성장 ($1995{\sim}2004$)으로, 성능은 향상되고, 가격은 년 $10{\sim}15%$로 인하되어 "미디어파사드"로 그 응용이 눈부시게 가속화 되는 실정이다. 조명기술의 눈부신 발전과 조명산업의 발전이 어우러진 가운데 조명 산업 현장에는 조명전문가의 소요가 급속히 발생되고 있는 반면에 실무형 조명전문가를 양성하는 교육기관과 프로그램이 턱없이 부족하여, 수요에 비하여 조명전문가 양성은 요원한 실정이다. 조명교육시스템을 구축하고, 실무형 조명전문가를 양성하고 있는 경북전문대학의 조명전문가 양성교육시스템을 참고로 하여, 보다 효율적인 단계별 중견조명 전문가의 양성에 대해 연구하여, 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
