현대사회는 정치, 경제, 행정, 문화 등 인류가 더불어 살아가면서 형성된 모든 영역이 정보통신 시스템을 통해 생성되고 유포되는 지식정보 기반의 사회구조로 급속히 진행되고 있고 정보화 시대가 현실화되면서 인터넷의 사용빈도도 급속히 증가하여 개인의 사생활이나 개인정보는 중요한 이슈가 되고 있는 실정이다. 네트워크와 인터넷의 발달로 많은 분야가 오프라인에서 온라인과 전자처리 방식으로 바뀌어 가고 있다. 이러한 정보통신의 변화와 개인정보의 중요성은 의료 환경에도 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 현재 의약분업이후 병원과 약국간의 종이 처방전 시스템에 대한 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 또한 전자처방전 시스템이 개발되어 있으나 아직 필수적인 인증 및 보안을 비롯한 각종 정보위협에 대한 대책 수립이 완전하지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 이러한 정보보호 서비스 유지 및 신뢰성을 보장해 줄 수 있는 PKI를 이용한 전자처방전 시스템을 연구하고자 한다.

u-Health 관련 보건 비용의 지속적인 증가와 건강 및 사전 예방에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라온라인을 통한 상담, 정보제공, 동영상 서비스 및 e-commerce등 건강 관련 서비스 시장 확대가 되고 있다. 국내 의료산업은 원무행정 분야에 대한 초기 정보화 단계에 있으며, 대학/종합 병원들의 IT예산은 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 중소형 병/의원/약국의 경우 IT 투자예산 확보 문제가 있다. 이를 대처하기 위해 u-Health와 Wellness를 통합 함으로서 BT, NT 및 IT 관련 기술을 활용하여 u-Fitwellness 시스템을 구축 Ubiquitous 네트워크를 통해 고객에게 건강과 의료관련 서비스, 제품, 정보를 제공하고 개인의 삶의 질을 향상시킴으로써 홈 네트워킹 기반 u-Health Total Solution을 통한 융합형 시스템 서비스를 제공하고자 한다.

식품의약품안전청은 안전상비의약품의 약국 외 판매를 도입하는 내용의 "약사법"이 개정(법률 제11421호, 2012. 5. 14.공포)됨에 따라 일반소비자가 안전상비의약품의 효능 효과, 용법 용량 등의 정보를 쉽고 정확하게 이해하여 안전하게 사용할 수 있도록 안전상비의약품의 기재요령을 정하고 기존 고시의 문제점을 보완하고자 의약품 표시 등에 관한 규정 일부개정고시(안)를 행정예고했다. 또한 식약청은 "의약품 표시 등에 관한 규정"이 이미 행정예고(식품의약품안전청 공고 제2012-120호, 2012. 6. 13) 되었으나 안전상비의약품의 용기나 포장에 허가 또는 신고사항 일부를 요약 기재할 수 있도록 "약사법 시행규칙"이 개정 추진됨에 따라 본 고시를 다시 행정예고한다고 밝혔다. 주요 내용에 대해 살펴본다.

Acetaminophen is one of the most commonly used over-the-counter medication in Korea. It is a safe and effective medication for the treatment of mild to moderate pain or fever when used in therapeutic doses. However, acetaminophen overdose is a frequent cause of acute liver failure. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the acetaminophen use for adult patients at community pharmacies in Korea. This study was a 11-questionnaire survey conducted from December 15, 2009 to January 5, 2010. Of the 204 respondents, 117 (57.4%) had used acetaminophen products within 6 months. Only 20 (9.8%) reported having knowledge about the daily maximum doses of acetaminophen, and 3 out of 20 knew it correctly. Only 10 (4.9%) reported having knowledge about the potentialtoxicity of acetaminophen overdose, and 7 out of 10 knew that acetaminophen overdose could cause liver toxicity. The results of this study indicates a need for pharmacists to educate patients regarding the appropriate doses and potential toxicities of acetaminophen.

This study aimed to understand the perception of pharmacy students (n=92) toward educational clerkship in community pharmaciese. The survey results showed that students perceived the need for clinical pharmacy practice-focused education. Students had a strict criterion for the eligibility of preceptors and a strong preference toward a large scale of hospital-nearby pharmacies for a practice site. Students with a previous training experience tended to hold negative opinions on the necessity of practice guidelines. To settle down community pharmacy practice system, students' needs and expectations should be considered.

This study was to identify factors influencing drug compliance based on the subjects' interview regarding community pharmacy utilization for 2 weeks, in 2005 KNHANES. Good compliance was regarded as important factors in improving the effectiveness and minimizing adverse drug reaction, resulting in reducing the medical costs. 83% of total 11,208 pharmacy visits in 7,066 subjects showed good compliance. Good satisfaction for pharmacist's medication counseling (OR=2.23, 95% CI 1.92-2.58), higher out-of-pocket money (OR=1.32, 95% CI 1.14-1.54), and users of prescription drugs than non-prescription (OR=2.21, 95% CI 1.91-2.57) drugs were significant factors for better compliance. Disease of nervous system and mental and behavioral disorders showed lower drug compliance.

Generic medication market has been increased for economic reasons in Korea. Health authorities worldwide recommend the use of generic medications nowadays. However, patients in Korea are not familiar with the generic medications and considerable percent of those do not know the definition of the generic medications. The purpose of this study was to evaluate adults' knowledge and perception on the generic medications at community pharmacies in Korea. This study was a 11-questionnaire survey conducted from August 9, 2010 to August 27, 2010. Of the 204 respondents, 63 (30.9%) responded that they knew what a generic medication was, but only 16 (25.4%) of those answered that generic medications had the same efficacy as brand medications. When pharmacists were the source of generic medication information, more patients reported having knowledge about the definition of generic medications correctly compared with other sources. Patients with negative experience with generic medications within 6 months were more reluctant to generic substitution suggested by a pharmacist than those with positive experience. Based on the results of this study, further studies should be conducted to establish the best way to provide generic medication information for patients.

인증서기반의 전자서명은 의사의 처방전을 전자문서 형태로 병원의 해당부서로 전달하거나 진료기록의 경우 내용이 임의로 수정되거나 변조되는 것을 방지한다. 전자서명은 내용을 증명하고 처방전을 기록한 의사의 신원을 확인한다. 아직 병원에서 약국까지의 처방전 이용에 전자서명을 이용하고 있는 경우는 없고 병원 자체적인 문서전달 수단으로 전자서명을 활용하는 데 그치고 있다. 그러나 머지않아 의료 전분야에 걸쳐 전자서명이 활성화될 것으로 전망하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 신뢰할 수 있는 의료정보 시스템을 보장하기 위하여 의료정보 시스템에 진자서명 적용 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 모델은 의사의 처방전과 진료기록에 대하여 문서형태에 전자서명을 관리하여 판독성과 무결성을 보장한다.

The purpose of this study is to show the problems and to suggest improvement methods on the introduction of Pharmacy Information Systems(PIS) after medical reform. Medical reform have influenced many aspects of patients, doctors and pharmacists. In the case of pharmacy, information systems have been key role in the pharmacy management after medical reform. Although one year has been passed, there are still many problems. The size of system development company, A/S, the ability of programmer and the frequent change of related laws and ordinances cause difficulties in the operation of PIS. In this paper, the case of A pharmacy in daegu was investigated for the operation of PIS. Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and mathematical programming methods can be used for reducing the aspect of subjectivity and considering the resource constraints.

This design plan aims at the designing of the pharmacy counter as the space in which the two inter-related elements of the pharmacy, for example, the pharmacist and the customers, selling medicines and transmitting health informations, etc. keep in contact with each other. To create an ambience of intercommunication for health care and relaxation, it must be set up the basic concepts like Functionality, Flexibility, Transparence and Material-Change. As the design solutions : - first of all the long counter must be divided into the independent places with character and function. - in accordance with the basic concepts functionality and flexibility each small counter must represent a one's own form language that is determined according to a given function and also open and flexible to the change of the situation. - the various kinds of display module are introduced to bring out the functionality and the aestheticity simultaneously. - to make a contrasting image to each other various materials are arranged on and around the counters.
