협업 비즈니스 프로세스의 서비스 품질(QoS)에 관한 연구

  • 오늘날 세계화된 시장 환경은 기업간 협업 프로세스의 동적 구성을 요구하고 있으며, 웹 서비스 (Web services)와 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 (Business Process Management) 기술의 발전이 이의 구현을 뒷받침하고 있다. 임의의 기업과의 느슨한 구성(loosely-coupled)을 통한 동적 협업이 활성화됨에 따라, 프로세스의 서비스 품질 (Quality of Service)이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있는데, 특히 단순한 단위 웹 서비스가 아닌 장기 실행 액티비티 (Long-termed activity)를 포함하는 협업 프로세스에서는 제한된 시간 내에 프로세스의 정상적 수행을 보장하는 것이 핵심적 요구사항이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 프로세스 수행 계획을 동적으로 생성, 관리함으로써 프로세스의 각 인스턴스들의 완료와 납기 준수를 보장할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 본 방법론은 프로세스 인스턴스의 진행과정에 따라 중복(redundancy) 계획을 동적으로 수정함으로써 각 액티비티의 수행 시간과 신뢰성(reliability)을 독립적으로 관리한다. 본 방법론의 최적화 모델은 NP-hard로 증명되었으며, 본 연구에서는 최적화 모델을 위한 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제시하고, 이를 실제 최적해와 비교하는 실험을 행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 보다 복잡한 기업간 협업환경에서의 수행 보장과 장애내감성 실현이 가능해 질 것으로 기대된다.

  • In recent, workflow technology has been spotlighted in the literature, according for e-business processes and their automations to be taken important and essential parts into account in the enterprise information processing environment, because the workflow technology ought to be an impeccable solution for automating the e-business processes. When we analyze and model e-business processes in an enterprise, it is very important to verify and validate the e-business processes before they are deployed on the real business environment. Especially, it should be very worthy for the verification and validation work to be done by a kind of graphical visualization approaches. This paper propose a business process enactment animator implemented by Java Technologies. And it supports WPDL(Workflow Process Definition Language) as well as XPDL(XML-Based Process Definition Language), both of which are the standard specification language by WfMC that is the international standardization organization for Workflow Technology.

  • The concept of a 'place' in contemporary cities has been fundamentally challenged by the social, economical changes as well as the global digital network. The complex and multi-layered contemporary everyday life blur the boundaries of the existing architectural programs. In contemporary architecture, various proposals have attempted to overcome the physical limitations. 'Activity Diagram' is one of them. Activity diagram is a diagrammatized design process In which the given program is analyzed into individual activities, then it is re-organized and finally spatialized based on the analysis. In many projects by Manuel Gausa, Ben Van Berkel and Vicente Guallart, the activity diagram is applied in various forms and they are explained with theoretical backgrounds. Based on how the given program is re-organized into assembly of activities and how diagram is applied, five analytical elements were selected to critically analyze three chosen architects' case projects. In this study, it is found that architects attempt to construct an open networked world where diverse activities are freely interconnected in spite of some fundamental limitations of activity diagrams.

Analyzing the weblog data of a shopping mall using process mining (프로세스 마이닝을 이용한 쇼핑몰 웹로그 데이터 분석)

  • With the development of the Internet and the spread of mobile devices, the online market is growing rapidly. As the number of customers using online shopping malls explodes, research is being conducted on the analysis of usage behavior from customer data, personalized product recommendations, and service development. Thus, this paper seeks to analyze the overall process of online shopping malls through process mining, and to identify the factors that influence users' purchases. The data used are from a large online shopping mall, and R was the analysis tool. The results show that customer activity was most prominent in categories with event elements, such as unconventional discounts and monthly giveaway events. On the other hand, searches, logins, and campaign activity were found to be less relevant than their importance. Those are very important, because they can provide clues to a customer's information and needs. Therefore, it is necessary to refine the recommendations from related search words, and to manage activity, such as coupons provided when customers log in. In addition to the previous discussion, this paper proposes various business strategies to enhance the competitiveness of online shopping malls and to increase profits.

  • Each participant in building construction project requires their own workspace to execute their activities. In this environment, inappropriate workspace planning in construction site causes workspace conflicts which result in a loss of productivity, safety hazard and poor-quality issues. Therefore, workspace should be regarded as one of the most important resources and constraints have to be managed at construction site. However, current construction planning techniques such as Gantt chart, network diagram and critical path method have proven to be insufficient to workspace planning. This paper contains formalized process for workspace planning in 4D BIM environment to prevent workspace related problems in construction project. The proposed process in this paper represents workspace occupation status for each activity and suitable solutions for identified workspace conflicts by integrating workspace attributes and activity execution plan. Based on the result of this study, project manager will be able to prevent probable workspace conflicts and negative effect on project performance by devising appropriate workspace plan during preconstruction phase.

  • 본 논문에서는 UML 다이어그램으로부터 시맨틱 웹 서비스 기술 표준인 OWL-S문서를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 특히 온톨로지의 기술을 위해 클래스 다이어그램을 사용하고, 프로세스의 흐름을 기술하기 위해 시퀀스 다이어그램 및 액티비티 다이어그램을 사용한다. 제안된 방법은 UML 모델의 재사용 및 기존 연구들이 처리하지 못하는 복합프로세스의 생성이 가능하다는 장점을 가진다.

  • 본 논문은 워크스페이스(workspace) 기반의 협업개발 시스템과 소프트웨어 형상관리(Software Configuration Management, SCM) 시스템의 통합에 관하여 논한다. 협업개발 시스템은 개발 구성원들 간의 유기적인 의사소통 및 산출물에 대한 버전관리 기능 등을 제공한다. 여기에 프로젝트 및 액티비티를 중심으로 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 전반에 걸친 문서의 체계적인 관리에 중점을 둔 형상관리 시스템을 결합하여 조직 내 협업 개발과 체계적인 형상관리를 수행할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose a Scorm-based Sequencing & Navigation Model for Collaborative Learning. It is an e-Learning process control model that is used to efficiently and graphically defining Scorm's content aggregation model and its sequencing prerequistites through a formal approach. To define a process based model uses the expanded ICN(Information Control Net) model. which is called SCOSNCN(SCO Sequencing & Navigation Control Net). We strongly believe that the process-driven model delivers a way of much more convenient content aggregating work and system, in terms of not only defining the intended sequence and ordering of learning activities, but also building the runtime environment for sequencing and navigation of learning activities and experiences.
