  • 옥외 장기실증시험 설비를 구축하여 154(kV) 송전 전압으로 1년 동안 자기애자(36,000lbs) 및 폴리머 애자(154 [kV] 용)에 대하여 비 또는 눈이 올 때 각 계절에 대한 누설전류 특성에 관하여 조사하였다. 그 결과 자기애자는 누설전류가 장마철, 한여름, 가을의 경우 잦은 집중호우로 첫날은 급격한 증가가 보였으면 폭우 후에는 자연세정으로 인한 폭우 전보다 더 낮게 나타났다. 그리고 겨울에 눈이 올 경우에는 적은 양의 눈으로도 자기 애자 표면에 눈의 쌓여 누설전류가 넓은 시간 높게 나타났으며, 겨울비가 올 경우에는 겨울 동안 눈으로 인해 염분 및 진애의 누적으로 폭우에 대하여 사계절 중 가장 높은 누설전류를 나타났다. 한편 폴리머 애자의 경우에는 사계절에 관계없이 누설전류 증감은 크지 않았으나 겨울비가 을 경우에는 누설전류가 수 백 $[\muA]$까지 증가하였다.

The Ultraviolet Generation Characteristics of porcelain and Polymer Insulators by Corona Discharge (코로나 방전에 의한 자기 및 폴리머 애자의 자외선 발생특성)

  • This paper describes the breakdown poperties of porcelain and polymer insulators using the UV camera. The experiment was carried out using condition of voltage at the KS C IEC 60060-1(2006). As these results, corona discharge in porcelain insulator was generated the weakness point of insulator union. And the corona discharge of polymer insulator happened in union of power source. Also, we could confirm easily weakness part of these insulators by ultraviolet image through the corona discharge. Besides, in the comparison with the exciting technique of ultrasonic detection, it confirmed that deterioration steps are corrected. These steps are possible to judge the deterioration of power facilities through reliable date. Hereafter, this study as the diagnostic technology suitable for the sites is used.

A study on the Relationship between Leadership and Agile Culture: focusing on the mediating effect of Perceived Organizational Support(POS) (리더십과 애자일 문화간의 관계에 관한 연구: 조직지원인식의 매개 효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of Agile Culture, which is attracting attention as an organizational culture suitable for responding to changes in the recent corporate management environment, and to reveal the roles and relationships of leadership, Perceived Organizational Support(POS), and Agile Culture. The research was conducted on the employees of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and its subsidiaries, and SmartPLS 3.3.2 was mainly used for the research model test. As a result of the study, both Servant Leadership and Authentic Leadership had a positive effect on POS, and POS had a significant effect on all sub-dimensions of Agile Culture(Empowerment, Collective Intelligence and Continuous Learning). In addition, POS mediated the effects of the above two leaderships on Collective Intelligence and Empowerment, but there was no mediating effect in the relationship with Continuous Learning. These results suggest that leadership and Employees' perceptions of organizational support are important to build an Agile Culture.

A Validation Study on Korean version of Heterophobia scale for Gay male (한국판 남성 동성애자의 이성애불편감(Heterophobia) 척도(K-HGM)의 타당화)

  • The purpose of the study was to validate the Korean version of the Heterophobia Scale for Gay Male (HGM). Heterophobia refers to the rejection, fear, and avoidance that sexual minorities feel against of heterosexuals. The three subscales of HGM assesses the unease/avoidance, disconnectedness, and expected rejection fromwith heterosexual male. To validate the Korean HGM, item translation, item analysis, and exploratory factor analysis were conducted. From the Using exploratory factor analysis of the Korean version of the HGM(N=213), per 13 items, a 3-factor model consisting of 13 items wereas determined. The Cconfirmatory factor analysis supported the goodness of fit of the 3-factor structure of the K-HGM (N=153) and showed adequate model fit, K-HGM showed adequate the internal consistency, convergent validity, discriminant validity and Criterion validity was good with other related scales (K-SOMS, K-MISS-G, SDS-9, and RS). In conclusion, the K-HGM is a valid measure of heterophobia for gay male within the Korean population. Based on the findings, implications, practical use, limitations, and suggestions for future study are discussed.

Impact of Agile Leadership and Organizational Justice on Job Commitment in Finance Sales (Agile Leadership과 조직 공정성이 금융 Sales 종업원의 직무 몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study conducted an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the job commitment of employees within a financial sales organization, focusing particularly on agile leadership and organizational justice. Agile leadership was subdivided into four components: adaptability, collaboration promotion, proficiency, and an agile approach, whereas organizational justice was broken down into distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Data were gathered through an online survey, and 245 valid responses were subjected to hierarchical regression analysis. The results revealed a significant positive effect of distributive justice, interactional justice, adaptability, promotion of collaboration, and an agile approach on job commitment among the employees of the financial sales organization. However, the influence of proficiency, a component of agile leadership, and procedural justice, a dimension of organizational justice, did not prove to be statistically significant. The order of influence among the significant variables was found to be: adaptability, interactional justice, promotion of collaboration, distributive justice, and an agile approach. These findings confirmed the impact of agile leadership in financial sales organizations, traditionally viewed as conservative, and suggested practical implications for the financial sector to adapt in anticipation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Investigating the Relationship between Agile Leadership and Startup Organizational Performance : Exploring the Mediating Role of Learning Agility (애자일 리더십과 스타트업 조직성과 관계 탐색 : 학습민첩성의 매개효과)

  • As the 4th Industrial Revolution progresses, the importance of startups was increasingly emphasized. Nevertheless, the five-year survival rate of Korean startups was lower than that of OECD countries. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between agile leadership, learning agility, and organizational performance of startups under the premise that organizational performance was most important for startups to achieve sustainable growth. For the empirical analysis, agile leadership was set as an independent variable, learning agility was set as a mediating variable, and organizational performance was set as a dependent variable. Data was collected from startup employees across the country, and 197 valid samples were selected for analysis. The empirical analysis used Process Macro 4.2. As a result of the empirical analysis, agile leadership was found to have a significant positive effect on startup organizational performance. Additionally, agile leadership had a positive (+) effect on learning agility, and learning agility had a positive (+) effect on startup organizational performance. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect of learning agility, learning agility was found to play a mediating role between agile leadership and organizational performance. Academically, these research results tested the usefulness of agile leadership suited to the startup culture among various leadership styles that can improve the organizational performance of startups. In practical terms, such agile leadership not only directly affects organizational performance, but also through the learning agility of startup employees. This means that by creating a culture of learning agility that encourages startup employees to continuously learn and adapt, startups can increase their chances of survival and success.

  • There has been a growing amount of research on combining Agile methods and software reuse. Most of it introduces Agile into software product line rather than software reuse into Scrum method. Meanwhile, some assets such as backlogs and incremental artifacts in Scrum development are reusable. In this paper, we identify a backlog binder that aggregates reusable Scrum assets and proposes a backlog binder reuse technique. In addition, we can apply the proposed technique and show prototyping of backlog binder reuse in job matching applications.

  • 옥외 절연물은 환경에 의한 오염과 수분에 의한 젖음 현상이 항상 발생하므로 폴리머 애자의 하우징 재료의 전기방전에 대한 열화내성과 우수한 발수성의 장기간 유지특성은 제품의 장기성능에 있어서 매우 중요한 물성이다. 실리콘 고무는 내열성, 내후성, 산화안정성, 발수성 및 내오염성 동 절연소재로서 우수한 특성을 가지고 있지만 하우징 표변에서의 방전이 발생될 때 옥외절연물에서의 성능은 실리콘 고무의 배합처방에 따라서 많은 차이가 나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 내트래킹 agent인 ATH의 첨가량의 변화에 따른 재료의 특성을 조사하고, 그 특성이 실리콘 고무 폴리머 애자의 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. ATH의 첨가량에 따라서 내아크성, 내트래킹성 및 표면 발수성을 조사하였고, 폴리머 애자를 내트래킹 휠 시험 및 선행오손 후 섬락전압을 측정하였다.

전력설비에 대한 염진해 대책

  • 우리나라는 삼면이 바다에 연하여 있어서 각종 해풍의 영향으로 바다의 해염입자가 내륙으로 비산되어 해안근지구역의 애자가 오염되고 있다. 또 최근 산업의 대규모화와 중화학공업의 발전으로 공업지역이 점차 확대되고 있어서 이 지역에서 발생하는 매연등으로 애자의 오손상태는 더욱 심확되어 가고 있다. 이러한 오손애자는 평상시의 건조상태에서 별다른 이상은 없으나 비, 이슬, 안개등의 온윤상태에서는 내락사고로 진전되는 경우가 많다. 이와같이 발생되는 사고(염진해 사고)로 인하여 각국의 전력회사는 물론 한국전력에서도 하나의 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 그래서 효과적인 방지대책을 찾아내기 위하여 계속 연구하고 있다. 여기서는 지금까지 조사연구된 염진해현상과 그 대책에 대하여 기술코저 한다.

  • 많은 SI프로젝트에서 유스케이스 모델링 기법을 사용하여 요구 분석을 수행하여 왔지만 모델링 기준과 가이드의 상이함으로 인해 프로젝트 현장에서 많은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 애자일 방법론의 장점을 접목하여 애자일한 유스케이스 시나리오 작성법 및 사용자스토리를 개념을 차용한 두 단계 우선순위 부여를 통하여 요구 분석의 효율성과 생산성 제고방안을 제안한다.
