최근 데이터와 데이터베이스의 폭발적 증가에 따라 무한한 데이터 속에서 정보나 지식을 찾고자하는 지식채굴과정 (knowledge discovery process)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히 기업 내외부 데이터베이스 뿐만 아니라 데이터웨어하우스 (data warehouse)를 기반으로 하는 OLAP환경에서의 데이터와 인터넷을 통한 웹 (web)에서의 정보 등 정보원의 다양화와 첨단화에 따라 다양한 환경 하에서의 지식채굴과정이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 상의 지식을 효과적으로 채굴하기 위한 지식채굴과정을 제안한다. 제안된 지식채굴과정은 명시지 (explicit knowledge)외에 암묵지 (tacit knowledge)를 지식채굴과정에 반영하기 위해 선행지식베이스 (prior knowledge base)와 선행지식관리시스템 (prior knowledge management system)을 이용한다. 선행지식관리시스템은 퍼지인식도(fuzzy cognitive map)를 이용하여 선행지식베이스를 구축하여 이를 통해 웹에서 찾고자 하는 유용한 정보를 정의하고 추출된 정보를 지식변환시스템 (knowledge transformation system)을 통해 통합적인 추론과정에 사용할 수 있는 형태로 변환한다. 제안된 연구모형의 유용성을 검증하기 위하여 재무자료에 선행지식을 제외한 자료와 선행지식을 포함한 자료를 사례기반추론 (case-based reasoning)을 이용하여 실험한 결과, 제안된 지식채굴과정이 유용한 것으로 나타났다.

기술사업화에 대한 중요성은 점점 강조되고 있지만 높은 기술 우수성이 항상 성공적인 비즈니스로 이어지는 것은 아니다. 또한, 기초연구 및 기술개발에 많은 투자를 하는 기업 역시 항상 높은 이윤 창출을 장담할 수는 없다. 이는 연구개발 수준이 상용화되기 어려운 단계에 존재하는 경우인 기술적인 문제와 기술이 사업화되는 시장이 불완전하여 합리적으로 작동하지 않는 시장측면의 문제 모두가 원인이 된다. 따라서 기초과학의 연구 성과를 바탕으로 이러한 시장의 불완전성 아래 연구 및 사업화 주체가 새로운 기술의 개발과 사업화를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 외부의 파트너들과 제휴 및 협력 체계를 구축하여 자금이나 인력 등 필요한 자원을 효과적으로 확보하여 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 기존 연구에서는 기술에 대한 접근방법에 따라 연구개발(R&D) 관점, 기술경영(Management of Technology)관점, 기술혁신(Technology Innovation)관점으로 많은 연구가 이루어졌으나, 기술사업화(Technology Commercialization)관점의 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기초과학을 연구하는 과정에서 필요한, 또는 실현 가능한 비즈니스를 살펴보고, 기술의 속성(암묵지, 기술가치의 객관화, 혁신 주체 간 정보의 비대칭 등)을 통해 시장의 불완전성을 이해하고자 한다. 또한, 기술이 사업화로 연결되지 않는 현상, 즉 '죽음의 계곡(Valley of Death)'을 탈피하는 것에 대한 적절한 대응방안으로써 기술사업화 협력요인을 포함하고 있는 과학기술 비즈니스의 성공요인과 함께 과학벨트의 역할을 중심으로 전략적 접근을 시도하고자 한다.

21 세기 초 경쟁 환경에서 조직이 대처하기 위한 기업환경의 패러다임도 바뀌어 가면서 지식자산은 보다 더 중요한 기업가치 창출의 요소로 자려 잡게 되었다. 그러나 아직까지 대다수의 기업은 지식경영을 수행함에 있어 조직문화나 정보기술과 같은 지식경영 영향요소 (knowledge management enabler)자체에만 초점을 맞추고 있을 뿐 이를 어떻게 전략적으로 활용할 것인가에 대한 명확한 체계를 갖고 있지 못한 것도 사실이다. 따라서 종사원들이 보유하고 있는 지식이 기업의 근본자산이 되는 호텔 기업경영에 있어 변화하는 환경에 능동적으로 대처하며, 또한 시장에서의 경쟁우위의 획득 및 유지를 위해서는 전략적 지식경영 하에서 기업의 지식경영활동이 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 호텔기업의 지식경영전략이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 형식지를 중심으로 한 시스템 지향적 지식경영전략과 앙묵지를 중심으로 한 인적 지향적 지식경영전략 모두 경쟁우위 정 (+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경쟁우위는 재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 지식경영전략은 재무성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 지식경영전략은 호텔기업의 경쟁우위를 획득 유지시키며 이를 통해 재무성과에 영향을 미친다고 나타났다. 이는 호텔기업에 있어서 모든 지식자산(암묵지, 형식지)를 기반으로 한 지식경영의 중요성을 인식시키고, 보다 지식경영활동을 활성화함으로써 호텔기업의 기업성과를 제고시킬 수 있는 구체적인 실행방안을 제시하였다.

The aim of this study is to analyze current level of knowledge management(KM) performance in major container terminals. To achieve this aim, the evaluation criteria and KM performance index from pervious research were adopted. and current levels of KM performance of four leading container terminal operators which is located in Busan port were measured. The results firstly showed that average of KM level of these terminal operators was 67.7. And also, from the results of data analysis, it revealed that the weak point of KM in Korean leading terminal operators is official system and programs such as incentive policies, learning programs, and IT support systems for organizational knowledge sharing and knowledge codification.

Workplace learning is actually vastly underutilized as of yet even though it is necessary preparation course for the skilled broadcasting people. This paper pays attentions to the workplace learning that carried out by the college students as a class activity to find the way to get a desirable result for the job training. Data obtained from the focus group discussion comprised of 14 college students majoring broadcasting. Based on the results of the discussion, it finds that students faced detailed broadcasting environments let them adjust to and realize the position and role of contents providers who are struggling to survive competitive period. The students experienced informal learning reached to the tacit knowledge - including interview skill, camera and editing details, news framing, and interpersonal relationships - through a various routes such as mistakes, feedbacks, competitions and imitations while they practiced in the workplace. From these findings, this paper can conclude that the lecturers who are leading job training courses need to be concerned and utilize workplace learning actively.

Studies in scientific visualization have disclosed a visual chain among many scientific visualizations, which starts from the photographs that have many details to diagrams that enable scientists to make specific claims due to their abstract characters. Located at both ends of the visual chain, photographs and diagrams are regarded as being different kinds and having different characteristics. The photographs - or microphotographs to be precise - that this paper discusses, however, had been removed of unnecessary details and were prepared with carful attention to illustrative functions that diagrams usually perform. Following microphotographic changes in a Korean laboratory, this article shows that the knowledge of specimen preparation was transmitted from an American leading group to the Korean laboratory through a direct contact, and that with this, the technique of taking microphotographs of the laboratory was much improved. The specimen preparation method is, however, a tacit knowledge that is invisible in both group's papers. This article argues that the method of specimen preparation is the driving force that made the microphotographs act like carefully prepared diagrams and acquire objectivity.

본 연구는 연구개발의 기술적 성과에 비하여 상대적으로 저조한 경제적 성과를 제고하기 위해 중소기업의 기술사업화를 촉진하는 한국형 기술사업화 모델 및 이를 위한 과학적 연구방법론 제시를 목적으로 하고 있다. 먼저 기술사업화의 성공실패에 관련된 연구 중 하나인 신제품개발에서 경제적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인들을 선행연구를 통해 확인하고 우리나라 중소기업의 기술사업화 추진실태와 과제를 진단한다. 다음으로 세계 R&D 동향과 국내 대기업에서 추진하고 있는 6시그마 연구혁신 모델 및 기술사업화의 경제적 성과를 제고하기 위한 과학적 연구방법론 벤치마킹 분석 등의 결과를 토대로 우리나라 중소기업들이 수행하는 연구개발의 기술적 성과는 물론 경제적 성과도 제고할 수 있는 시장중심 R&D를 위한 한국형 기술사업화 모델과 이를 위한 5가지 과학적 연구 방법론을 제시한다. 1990년대 후반부터 등장하기 시작한 새로운 R&D동향은 사업부나 고객뿐만 아니라 공급자 등 외부 파트너들과의 상호 긴밀한 협력 하에 이들의 명시적인 니즈는 물론 암묵지 형태의 니즈까지도 파악하여 이를 R&D 활동에 반영하기 시작하였다. 특히 기업은 1980년대 정보화 진전, 변화의 가속화에 따라 연구과제의 성공이 바로 기업발전으로 연결되지 않는다는 것을 자각하기 시작했다. 단순히 R&D 활동만을 중시하는 것이 아니라 기술을 어떻게 마케팅과 연계시킬 것인가가 더욱 중요하게 되었다. 신기술을 신시장에 연결시키는 것이 용이하지 않지만, 성공 시에는 높은 가치창출을 기대할 수 있으므로 기업들은 R&D활동 보다 높은 가치를 창출하려는 활동에 관심을 가져야만 한다. 이와 같은 글로벌 환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고 제4차 산업혁명시대 중소기업의 연구개발 투자가 경제적 성과로 촉진될 수 있도록 본 연구에서 제시된 시장중심 R&D를 위한 한국형 기술사업화 모델과 5가지 과학적 연구방법론이 크게 기여하기를 기대해 본다.

This study aims to reveal the ways to sharpen the edges of Korean companies through the relativity analysis between knowledge management and innovational cluster in environmental changes in resent Busan. That is, according to the knowledge management approach, the methods and directions of strengthening industrial competition were established, while the strategy of innovational clusters was suggested as a way of expanding and encouraging knowledge management. The key words of innovational cluster are in this research are the framework of Cluster theory, the importance of innovational cluster, and the change of managerial strategy paradigm. This study provide the several implication for the practice of knowledge management and the researchers. Based on these theories of knowledge management and industrial clusters, their close relationships were analyzed. As a result, industrial clusters were found to be effectively utilized to enlarge and deepen knowledge management. In addition, this suggests the efficient operation guideline of knowledge management. this study indicates both knowledge and innovational cluster should be operated and handled together in the managerial strategy. but this research has limitations in generaling the study result because it collects data from local firms only in Busan.

The importance of technology commercialization is being emphasized more and more, but high technology excellence does not always lead to a successful business. In addition, companies that invest heavily in basic research and technology development are also not always able to guarantee high profits. This is due to the technical problems when present in step research and development levels are difficult to commercialize. And the market will not work rationally is also the cause of the problem. Therefore, to effectively utilize the resources necessary to ensure such partners to build alliances and cooperation with external funding or manpower is crucial to commercialize the research results of basic science successfully. In previous studies, it has been made many studies in accordance with the approach to the technology (e.g. Research and Development, Management of Technology, Technology Innovation, etc.). But the study of technology commercialization point of view is not being done much. This study should explores the available business required, or realized in the process of researching the basic science and trying to understand the imperfections of the market through the property of technology (tacit knowledge, objectified value of technology and the information asymmetry between innovation subjects, etc.). In addition, this paper, we try to focus on a strategic approach to the role of International Science Business Belt (ISBB) with success in science and technology business as appropriate countermeasures about breaking the 'Valley of Death.
