  • This study is on the effect of Korea on the Korean brand image of Korean satisfaction from the perspective of foreign visitors. Korea representative food was designated as a potential mediator to this relationship. Survey wes conducted from 277 foreign people by using English survey and analyses results of Korean brand image reveal that quality reliability, attractiveness, and health promotion appeared to have a positive impact, while family orientation was found to have a negative effect. Results identified the positive mediating effect between formulated relationship.

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors which effect the intention to reemploy after the retirement and the mediation effect of the social capitalism for retired and prospective retired baby boomers. Starting from 2010, baby boomers have been retiring at a large scale. However retirement at a large scale without securing provision for fiancial wise in later life can lead to many issues regarding social and fiancial wise such as instability of labour market and increase of spending in society welfare cost and such on. Change of individual's self prospective and institutional support to help prepare find new career for next 3decade after the retirement needs to be concretized. Also, while in the work force, potential retiring baby boomer workers should be systematically supported with education, training and reemployment program based on individual's career orientation and allowing them to stay for a longer period in the labour market can be the implication to the solution for the economic stability and increasing social cost such as public pensions.

  • This study explores the role of organizational culture, job characteristics, and work values and orientation in shaping the competitiveness of a multinational company (MNC) based in Korea. The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of these variables on the competitiveness attributes of the organizational culture profile through MR-QAP analysis. Data were collected from 161 employees in 15 different teams at a Korean automotive company headquartered in Seoul. The results of the study revealed the impact of network characteristics associated with competitive organizational culture on competitiveness. 'found to have a negative effect on competitiveness. Among the organizational culture profiles, social responsibility, supportiveness, innovation, and performance orientation have a significant positive effect on competitive organizational culture, while emphasis on rewards and stability have no significant effect. These findings provide practical implications for understanding the complex dynamics of organizational culture and promoting strategic approaches to enhance organizational competitiveness.

자바프로그래밍을 이용한 KNGR 설계코드 개발방안 연구

  • 차세대 원자로 설계개발에 사용되는 설계전산코드에는 원자로 계통설계, 주요 기기설계등을 포함하여 약 440여개에 달한다. 이들 전산코드에 사용되는 프로그래밍 언어는 FORTRAN, COBOL, C/C++를 비롯하여 BASIC등 그 종류가 다양하다. 특히 개발된 주요 설계코드들이 구동되는 플랫폼은 그 종류가 훨씬 다양하여 같은 유닉스를 기반으로 한 프로그램도 H/W 제작사에 따라 전혀 동작되지 않음은 물론 심지어는 같은 제작사라하더라도 서로 다른 OS를 가지는 경우에는 사용할 수 없게 되어있다. 이들 원전설계전산코드들이 갖는 안정성 및 신뢰성, 유니크한 보안특성을 어느 정도 인정한다. 하더라도 향후 이들을 유지보수하거나 성능향상을 꾀한다든지 이들과 어울리면서 새로운 전산프로그램을 추가 개발하려고 할 경우 여러 가지 예기치 않은 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 최근 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 각광을 받기 시작한 JAVA는 이것이 갖는 특유의 객체지향성, 플랫폼 독립성 및 견고성, 이식성등으로 견주어 볼때 이를 향후 원전 설레코드의 개발에 적용할 경우 매우 이상적일 것으로 예상된다. 더구나 원전설계와 같이 고도의 기술집약적이면서도 여러 설계관련사가 대응되는 다원화된 업무구조를 갖는 경우 다양한 플랫폼을 지원하는 JAVA 프로그래밍이야 말로 최선의 선택이라 할 수 있다.

A Study on the Labeling Efficiency and Cytotoxicity of Hepatocyte-targeting Galactosylated Chitosan Compounds (간세포 지향성 Galactosylated Chitosan 화합물의 표지 수율 향상 및 세포 독성에 대한 연구)

  • Purpose: In prior study, we synthesized $^{99m}Tc$-galactosylated chitosan (GC) and performed in vivo biodistribution study, showed specific targeting to hepatocyte. The aim of this study is to evaluate the labeling efficiency and cytotoxicity of modified galactosylated chitosan compounds, galactosyl methylated chitosan (GMC) and HYNIC-galactosylated chitosan (GCH). Materials and Methods: GC, GMC and GCH were synthesized and radiolabeled with $^{99m}Tc$. Then, they were incubated for 6 hours at room temperature and human serum at $37^{\circ}C$. Labeling efficiencies were determined at 15, 30 m, 1, 2, 3 and 6 h after radiolabeling. To evaluate cytotoxicity, MTT assay was performed in HeLa and HepG2 cells. Results: In comparison with them of $^{99m}Tc$-GC labeling efficiencies of $^{99m}Tc$-GMC were significantly improved (100, 97 and 89%) in acetone and 96.3, 95.8 and 75.6% in saline at 15 m, 1 and 6 h, respectively). Moreover, $^{99m}Tc$-GCH showed more improved labeling efficiencies (>95% in acetone and human serum and >90% in saline at 6 h). In MTT assay, cytotoxicity was very low and not different from that of controls. Conclusion: These results represent that these compounds are radiochemically compatible radiopharmaceuticals, can be used in hepatocyte specific imaging study and in vivo gene or drug delivery monitoring.

Study on Effects of Startup Characteristics on Entrepreneurship Performance: Focusing on the Intermediary Effects of the Accelerator Role (스타트업의 특성이 창업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 액셀러레이터 역할의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • The advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), along with the expansion of government and private investment in startup discovery and funding, has led to the emergence of startups seeking to generate outstanding results based on innovative ideas. As successful startups serve as role models, the number of aspiring entrepreneurs preparing to launch their own startups continues to increase. However, unlike entrepreneurs who challenge themselves with serial entrepreneurship after experiencing success, early-stage startups face various challenges such as team building, technology development, and fundraising. Accelerators play a dual role of mentor and investor by providing education, mentoring, consulting, network connection, and initial investment activities to help startups overcome various challenges they face and facilitate their growth. This study investigated whether there is a correlation between the characteristics of startups and their entrepreneurial performance, and analyzed whether accelerators mediate the relationship between startup characteristics and entrepreneurial performance. A total of 11 hypotheses were proposed, and a survey was conducted on 302 startup founders and employees located across the country, including the metropolitan area, for empirical research. SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 were used for statistical analysis. Through this study, it was found that factors such as innovation, organizational culture, financial characteristics, and learning orientation among the characteristics of startups, rather than having a direct impact on entrepreneurial performance, are linked to entrepreneurial performance through the role of accelerators. By analyzing the impact factors of startup characteristics on entrepreneurial performance, this study presents research on the role of accelerators and provides institutional improvements. It is expected to contribute to the expansion of investment and differentiated acceleration programs, enabling startups to seize the market and grow stably in the market.

The Initial Value Setting-Up Method for Extending the Range of the Optimal Step Parameter under LMS Algorithm (LMS 알고리즘에서 최적 매개변수의 선택 폭 확대를 위한 초기치의 설정방법)

  • In this paper, we carried out the numerical examination of the initial value setting-up method to extend the range of optimal step parameter in a adaptive system which is controlled by LMS algorithm. For initial value setting-up methods, the general method which select the initial value randomly and the other method which applies the approximate value obtained from the direct method to initial value, were used. And then, we compared to the ranges of step parameter setting, the convergence speeds of mean-square-error, and the stabilities during the convergence process when the initial values were applied to the optimal directivity synthesis problem. According to the numerical simulation results, the initial value setting-up method by means of the direct method provides wider range for the step parameter, more efficient capability for convergence and stability, and more error correction ability than the general method.

  • This study aims to find the influential relation amongst Big 5 personality factors, job involvement and customer orientation of hotel employees and to provide methods to develop their personality factors suitable for a organization Firstly, detailed verification findings of regression analysis on Big 5 personality factors and job involvement were suggested as following; Job attachment of hotel employees influenced their extroversion and friendliness. Also, sincerity and stability had significant effects on job responsibility and task significance had significant. Secondly, regression analysis was performed to identify the results of job involvement and customer orientation and the detailed verification results are as following; Satisfaction of customers' needs had significant effect on job attachment and job responsibility. In addition, service for response to customers' contacts meaningfully influenced job responsibility and task significance.

  • The recent increase in the percentage of services industries has dominated in the entire industry. Emotional feeling of service workers is consequently indispensable in service industries in order to facilitate the progression of the service delivery process. In most circumstances, the emotional labor of service in service industries has been increasingly recognized. Although many studies related to emotional labor have been conducted, a precedent study will be needed to find positive factors such as customer orientation and business performance of restaurant employees accompanying emotional labor. This study attempted to practical meaning to food service companies by inquiring into such as positive effects of employee's emotional labor on the customer orientation and business performance. For this purpose, this study established hypotheses and deduced results using literature research and empirical analyses, and found implications to the service companies. The results of this study showed that the higher the emotional labor of the restaurant employees gets, the lower customer-orientation becomes, and the higher the customer-orientation of restaurant employees gets, the higher the performance of the company becomes.

Loran H-field 안테나 방향에 따른 특성 및 성능 향상 기법 연구

  • 위성항법시스템의 안정적인 정보 제공의 요구사항은 점차 증가하고 있지만, 의도적인 전파교란 및 자연환경에 의하여 성능이 저하된다. eLoran 시스템은 위성항법시스템의 단점을 보완하기위한 대표적인 지상파항법시스템으로 고출력 신호로 의도적인 전파교란에 강인한 장점이 있다. eLoran 시스템에서 사용자는 E-field 또는 H-field 2가지 종류의 수신 안테나를 사용 환경에 따라 적합한 것을 사용한다. 접지가 필요없고 상대적으로 주변 전자장비의 잡음에 강인한 H-field안테나는 두 개의 루프로 구성되어 루프간의 위상과 이득차이로 일정한 원형의 지향성을 가지지 못한다. 그러므로 수신한 신호의 방향에 따라 측정치의 변화가 발생하므로 H-field 안테나를 사용시에는 수신하는 신호의 방향에 따른 오차를 제거해야한다. 본 논문에서는 H-field 안테나와 송신국간의 기하학적 방향오차에 따른 오차를 제거하기 위한 후처리 필터를 제안하였다. eLoran 모의 신호생성기를 활용하여 오차를 분석하고 모델링하여 제거하는 기법을 개발하였다. 제안한 기법을 검증하기 위하여 시뮬레이션과 차량실험을 통하여 오차를 확인하고 제거하여 성능향상을 확인하였다.
