This study practically analyzed the relationships of safety awareness and safety practice of the day-care teacher according to the presence of CCTV and in particular, made a practical analysis about whether safety awareness have mediation effects in the relationship between presence of CCTV and safety practice. As a result of T-test analysis, safety awareness and safety practice of the day-care teacher according to the presence of CCTV is different that has been verified. As a result of regression analysis, safety awareness were positively related to safety practice. That is to say, even the mediation effects that the presence of CCTV through safety awareness related to safety practice were verified. As a result, it was concluded that safety awareness factors didn't play mediator roles between presence of CCTV and safety practice.

원자력 발전소 부분 충수운전 중에 발생할 수 있는 정지냉각기능 상실사고인 과배수 사건에 대한 확률론적 안전성 평가를 수행하였다. 본 분석의 주된 목적은 과배수로 인한 정지냉각기능 상실사건에 대하여 노심손상 빈도를 계산하고 안전성 향상방안을 도출하는데 있다. 과배수 사건은 초기 부분 충수운전중 발생하는 것으로 가정하였으며 이 때의 발전소 배열(Plant Configuration)은 영광 3,4호기의 운전절차서 및 발전소 운전경험을 근거로 결정하여. 현재 운전상태에 대한 확률론적 안전성평가를 수행하였다. 분석결과 인간오류가 노심손상빈도에 가장크게 기여하는 인자로 나타났으며 인간오류를 줄 일수 있는 대체냉각 절차를 선정하여 재분석을 수행하였다. 고려된 대체냉각 수단은 피동적인 잔열제거 방법인 열규응축냉각(Reflux Cooling)과 정지냉각펌프의 대체계통으로 격납용기 살수펌프를 사용하는 경우의 두가지이다. 본 분석에서는 두가지 대체냉각수단을 모두 채택하는 것으로 가정하여 대체냉각 사용에 따른 효과를 비교하였는데 노심손상 빈도가 1/1000로 감소 하였다. 따라서 절차서 개정에 의한 대체 냉각수단확보는 부분 충수운전중 발전소 안전성 향상에 매우 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 한국전기안전공사에서 취약계층의 전기안전을 확보하기 위한 시행하는 전기안전 긴급출동, 공익서비스의 전기화재 예방효과를 분석하기 위해 화재사고 예방효과 분석방법을 이용하여 전기화재 감소율을 산출하였다. 또한 산출결과를 이용하여 전기화재 예방건수, 전기화재에 의한 사상자, 경제적 피해 등의 예방효과를 산출하였다. 이 결과 연평균 265건의 전기화재사고를 예방하였으며, 연평균 9명의 사상자와 약 17억원의 경제적 손실을 예방할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 Arc GIS의 Network Analysis로 119안전센터의 재난 대응 권역을 설정해 재난 취약 면적을 계산하고 지역자율방재단의 재난피해 완충효과를 분석했다. 모든 값은 Min-Max Normalization 되어 동일한 Scale로 계산되었다. 지역자율방재단은 재난피해 완충 대책으로써 유의미한 효과가 있음을 확인했다. 지속적인 지역자율방재단의 활성화는 주민 참여, 지역특화적 재난 방재 대책 수립에 효과적이다.

가스시설물의 안전관리는 개별적 위험인자를 전문가가 통계적인 기준을 적용하여 위험 상황을 분석하고 있다. 또한 개별적 위험인자를 모니터링하는 안전관리 시스템 등이 현업에 적용되고 있지만 위험인자들을 종합적으로 검토하고 통계적 모델의 제한성 때문에 다양한 가스안전관리에 적용되는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 종합적으로 가스시설의 위험인자를 고려하면서 다양한 가스안전관리에 효과적으로 적용되는 지능형 위험패턴 분석 알고리즘을 제시하고 알고리즘이 효과적으로 사용되기 위한 도구를 구현하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 ESSOM기반 지능형 위험패턴 분석 알고리즘을 제시하며, 데이터 생성기, 데이터 필터 및 가시화 모듈이 탑재된 분석도구를 개발하였다.

최근 제조물 책임(Product Liability) 법의 영향으로 제품 안전(product safety)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 따라서, 그 동안 시스템 안전 분야에서 성숙되어온 여러 가지 안전성 분석 기법들이 실생활에 직접 연관된 제품 안전 문제에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 대부분의 안전성 분석 기법들이 제품 안전을 다를 수 있는 가능성을 가지고 있지만, 응용분야의 특성상 여러 가지 추가적인 고려사항이 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 논문은 제품 안전에 적용하기 위하여 기존의 안전성 분석 기법들을 검토하였다. 특히, 제품안전의 실무에 시급한 기법을 선정하여, 제품안전의 실무를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 예로 FMEA의 개선방향을 제시하였다. 제조물 책임 개념이 단순히 소송이나 보험과 같은 사후 대응 중심의 노력으로 소모되지 않고, 제품의 경쟁력 향상으로 실효를 거두기 위해서는, 무엇보다 제품 안전을 위한 실무 방법론들이 시급하게 제시되어야할 것이다.(중략)

The purpose of this study was to suggest measures to improve safety and health training by analyzing trainees who participated in the training programs. A survey was administered to 226 trainees who participated in and completed the safety and health training programs provided by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. The study results showed that the level of satisfaction of employers for the training programs was the lowest compared to the middle managers and employees. Moreover, the middle managers' job competencies were increased, and they applied newly acquired knowledge and skills to their jobs. However, there were significant differences between industries. Finally, although all levels of trainee agreed on the effectiveness of safety and health training, the perceptions of employers were lower than those of employees. Based on these study results, several implications to improve the safety and health training were suggested.

This paper proposes improvement measures of a school safety education program by analyzing the factors affecting the cognition of school safety on the school safety transfer intention and their mediating effects. In summary, the satisfaction with the contents was represented as a variable with the greatest influence on the transfer intention followed in order by satisfaction with the instructor and satisfaction with the environment. On the other hand, satisfaction with the teaching method was not significant. In addition, the general cognition on school safety education showed that it has mediating effects on the relationship between the satisfaction with the school administrator safety education and the school safety transfer intention.

This study was a descriptive research conducted to confirm the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities. Subjects were 197 caregiver's and data collection was conducted from July 1 to 29, 2022. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 28.0 program. There was a significant positive correlation between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and self-efficacy(r=.653, p<.001), and patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities(r=.467, p<.001). In addition, the complete mediating effect of self-efficacy was confirmed in the relationship between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities, and the explanatory power was 46.8%. Therefore, strengthen the patient safety management activities of caregiver's, systematic program development and educational opportunities should be provided to improve self-efficacy.

건설업에 종사하는 외국인근로자의 실태를 분석하고 그 대책을 제시하였다. 건설업에 종사하는 외국인근로자의 재해원인은 언어소통의 문제에 따른 안전교육효과의 문제점에 기인하는 부분이 크다. 언어소통문제는 전체 외국인근로자중 조선족근로자를 제외한 약69%의 외국인근로자에 적용이 된다. 전체 외국인근로자중 불법체류외국인 비율은 약15%정도이나 일부국가의 경우에는 불법체류자의 약58%에 달한다. 건설업에 종사하는 외국인근로자의 재해율은 전체 재해율의 약10%정도이며 건설업종사 내국인의 재해율과 비교하였을 때 내국인재해율 0.65%의 15배에 달한다. 외국인근로자중 건설업에 종사하는 외국인근로자의 재해율을 분석하고 건설업종사외국인근로자의 안전보건을 위한 산업안전보건법과 산업재해보상보험법의 적용성을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 전체 산업중 건설업의 외국인근로자 안전관리실태를 분석하고 제시하였으며, 건설현장에서의 외국인근로자의 합리적인 관리방안과 지속적인 관리로 산업재해예방에 더욱 효과를 거둘 수 있는 방법을 개발하여 건설업종사 외국인근로자의 생명과 재산을 보호할 수 있는 방안을 수립하는데 연구의 목적이 있다.
