This study examines the reliability evaluation concept and procedure of bulletproof materials (BRP: Bulletproof Reliability Program). ASRP, RAM analysis tasks were utilized for the study. Based on this analysis, the concept, method, performance system, and procedure of BRP were examined. The BRP task execution procedure consists of the following four steps. First, the business (evaluation) planning stage establishes the evaluation plan every year. Second, there is a testing stage that performs the general inspection, functional test, and operational test according to the established plan. Thirdly, there is an evaluation/analysis phase to synthesize/analyze the results and to judge the appropriate grade considering the performance of bulletproof materials. Finally, the follow-up step of each group according to the result. The following criteria are suggested for BRP implementation: BRP testing capability, development of BRP evaluation method, and recognition of the importance of BRP business.

This study examined the status of the laboratory biosafety of researchers in Korea during 03 Jan 2017~25 Mar 2017. Questionnaires were given out to 500 researchers working with pathogens in the laboratory of universities and institutes. According to the results, the respondents showed a high level of awareness but not compliance on the overall biosafety rules and regulations. Regarding the Biosafety facility level, 279 (55.8%) of respondents answered "know" and 221 (44.2%) of respondents answered "no". Despite the insufficient safety equipment and biosafety plans, researchers believed that appropriate safety measures could protect the workers and that their laboratories are safe. In a study involving biosafety education, 80% of the researchers had been trained in laboratory safety and 20% had never received safety education. The need for biosafety education was 66% and the satisfaction rate of education was 46%. These results suggest that the researchers already had experience in biosafety training, but they believed that continuing education is necessary. In addition, there were opinions that the most important thing to improve the biosafety status is to strengthen the training program and education system. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop a better training system for laboratory biosafety regarding the exposure risks.

The guarantee of citizens' safety from crime is the reason for a nation's existence according to the social contract, and it is also a salient task in securing the citizens' right to the pursuit of happiness, which is a constitutional right expressing the nation's duty to its citizens. First, a procedure must be made mandatory that corresponds to the Miranda rule applied during the arrest of criminal suspect, which verifies whether there exists a risk of retaliatory crime to the victim of crime, crime reporter, or witness following their report of a crime or testimony. A measure to punish those who violate this should be devised. The second is the improvement of related laws and systems, such as expanding the scope of persons subject to protection from retaliatory crimes under the current law and strengthening information protection. Third, a retaliatory crime risk evaluation index must be developed, and the evaluation results must be quantified to clearly state measures and responsibilities, in detail, for personal safety at each level of intensity. The fourth is the expanded implementation of proactive personal safety measures for victims of crime and witnesses, as well as the development and application of advanced techniques. The last is a change in the perception s of those working for the judicial body. From the initial investigation stage of the crime to the diagnosis regarding the possibility of retaliation perpetrated on an ex-convict through psychological tests, systems of general cooperation, and mutual assistance must be established.

This study was to investigate the unsuitable rate of the storage facilities, the changes in corrosion process over time after installation according to the status, the time to install the facilities, years elapsed after facilities installation, inspection of methods and motivation, and so on, based on the results of the inspection at the petroleum storage facilities conducted by domestic soil-relate specialized agency to derive optimal management plans which meet the status of soil contamination facilities. The results showed that the facilities more than 5 years after the initial leak test at the time of the installation need to be inspected periodically by considering costs of leak test and remediation of polluted soil. The inspection period can be decided by cost and leak test methods showing discrepancies for the results obtained from individual test whether it was direct or indirect. To compensate these matters, we suggested that the direct inspection method on regular schedule is recommended. On the other hand, the inspection can be voluntarily completed to ease burden of the results by inspection or equivalent level to this inspection method. Also, it may need improved construction supervision and performance test system to minimize the occurrence of the nature defects in installing the facilities as well as the upgrade program for the facilities during intervals of inspection period.

영업비밀 관련 또는 특허문제로 소송이 빈번하게 발생하는 요즘 특허 전쟁에 있어서도 해당 정보를 적절하게 보호하고 유지하기 위한 특허정보 관리체계에 있어서의 정보보안은 매우 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 보안사고가 발생했을 경우, 이에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안들에 대해 기업 전반에 걸쳐 인지될 필요성 또한 부각되고 있으며 이를 가능하게 해주는 방안으로 국제인증 기준이 떠오르고 있다. 각종 정보보호의 중요성에 따른 기업 관리시스템들이 이러한 인증체계를 도입 및 운영하고 있는 추세이며 이를 뒷받침 해주기 위해 특허법을 비롯하여 관련 컴플라이언스를 준수하기 위한 개인정보보호법(안전성 확보조치), 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률과 같은 정보보호 법률을 기준으로 제시할 수 있다. 사례 기업에서는 이 중 정보보호 국제인증의 대표격인 ISO27001을 바탕으로 현재 특허관련 기업에 필요한 정보보호관리체계를 정립 및 적용하였다. 해당 정보보호 관리체계는 특허관련 업무분장에서 주요하게 다루어지지 않았던 기술적, 관리적, 물리적 보안에 대한 부적합사항을 충족시키고 특허정보보호업무, 감사업무, 검사업무, 전산운영 등 분산된 업무를 일관된 업무로 통합하는 효과적인 관리체계가 될 수 있음을 제시하였다.

작년 11월부터 급작스레 AI 발생이 늘어나면서 2016년 11월 28일부터 도압장에 대한 엄격한 차단방역이 시행되고 있다. 특히 전남도본부에서는 각 사무소별로 담당 도압장을 지정 전담하여 가축방역사를 배치하고, 도압장의 생체차량 진 출입 시 차량내 외부의 소독 실시 및 확인, 대인소독 여부 등을 점검하는 업무를 주 야간 24시간 체계로 실시하고 있다. 또한 질병 검사 후 지자체에서 발행하는 기금류이동승인서 및 차량 이동시 지참해야 하는 소독필증 등을 꼼꼼히 확언함으로서 고병원성 조류인플루엔자 조기종식 및 확산방지를 위하여 방역현장 최일선에서 최선의 노력을 기울이고 있다. 여기에 더하여 이곳 다솔에는 오랜 경험을 바탕으로 한 가금도축검사원 3명이 포진되어, 생산되는 오리 제품의 안전성을 철저하게 확인하며 철통태세를 갖추고 있다.

유엔의 통계에 의하면, 2020 년에 전세계 60 세이상의 인구는 10 억까지 달성하고, 2050 년, 전세계에 20 억 가까운 노인 인구가 생존하게 됩니다. 끊임없이 증가되는 세계의 노령화 문제 때문에, 혼자 생활하는 독거 노인은 끊임없이 증가하고, 동시에 노인들의 순환기질환 관련 위험성은 증대하고 있다. 따라서 본 디자인연구는 이러한 노인들의 문제를 해결하기 위해 외형은 손목 시계와 같이 손목에 차는 형태로 연구되었으며, 심장과 혈압 항상 검사 측정하는 기능이 있어서, 그 수치가 안전을 위협하고 있을 때, 119 나 친척들 또는 담당의사에게 전화로 응급처리를 요청하게 되고, GPRS 는 스스로 작동, 병원에 응급조치와 함께 가장 짧은 시간에 도착할 수 있도록 것을 한다. 동시에 제품에는 환자의 진료카드가 있어 담당의사가 아니라도 진료를 할 수 있도록 하는 기능을 가진 기기에 대하여 연구하였다. 이러한 기기가 노인들에게 사용되기 위해서는 노인의 특성을 고려한 특징적인 연구가 필요하며, 노인의 감성에 맞는 기기의 특성을 파악 적용하는 문제를 연구하였다.

원자력 발전소 주요 부품에 사용되는 Alloy 600의 PWSCC 개시와 전파기구를 살펴보고 그 억제 기술을 소개하였다. ○ 균열은 경화된 표면 산화층이 깨질 경우, 입계부식, 공식(pitting), 열처리 또는 물속에 노출되었을 때 일어나는 선택부식(selective corrosion), MnS등 게재물의 용출등에 의해 시작된다. ○ 균열의 전파는 '느린 성장'과 '빠른 성장'으로 구별해 볼 수 있는데 빠른 균열성장은 균열 선단에서의 응력확대 계수(K_I)가 균열이 전파하는 임계값(K_Iscc)을 넘는 경우에 일어난다. ○ Slip Dissolution/Film Rupture Model, Enhanced surface mobility model, Hydrogen assisted creep rupture, Internal oxidation 등의 모델이 제시되어 있으며 Internal oxidation 모델이 여러 실험자료로 잘 뒷 받침되고 있다. ○ PWSCC 억제 방안으로는 부식환경과의 격리 및 보수용접이 대표적이며 부품의 교체를 통한 안전 확보의 방안도 있다. 수소량 조절을 통한 억제 방안도 제시되어 있다. ○ Alloy 600 PWSCC열화 관리 전략프로그램은 결함 발생 가능성이 높은 부위 선정, 우선 순위에 따른 계획적인 검사, 결함이 발견될 경우 완화조치를 취하거나 필요시 교체/보수를 실시하고 그 운영프로그램을 지속적으로 갱신관리하는 방안으로 유지되어야 한다.

Steam generator(SG) tube, as a barrier isolating primary to the secondary coolant system of nuclear power plants(NPP), must maintain the structural integrity far the public safety and its efficient power generation capacity. And SG tubes bearing defects must be timely detected and taken repair measures if needed. For the accomplishment of these objectives, SG tubes have been periodically examined by eddy current testing(ECT) on the basis of administrative notices and intensified SG management program(SGMP). Stress corrosion cracking(SCC) on the SG tubes is not easily detected and even missed since it has lower signal amplitude and other disturbing factors against its detection. However once SCC is developed, that can cause detrimental affects to the SG tubes due to its rapid propagation rate. Accordingly SCC is categorized as prime damage mechanism challenging the soundness of the SG tubes. In this study, reproduced EDM notch specimens are examined for the detectability and quantitative characterization of the axial ODSCC by +PT MRPC probe, containing pancake, +PT and shielded pancake coils apart in a single plane around the circumference. The results of this study are assumed to be applicable fur providing key information of engineering evaluation of SCC and improvement of confidence level of ECT on SG tubes.

The objective of this study is to provide psychological welfare promotion method of police officers who experience trauma and PTSD due to police activity in local community while handling various accidents and protecting civil life and safety at the forefront of the national disaster accident site. For this objective, following countermeasure was presented through trauma/PTSD-related literature and in-depth interview with police officers who experienced trauma and PTSD. First, psychological examination is required to be performed positively and realistically for the police officers. As police officers have high emotional labor stress not only by physical burden but also by civil service, a regular psychological examination shall be established systematically together with physical rest. Second, proper action for the regular psychological examination result of the police officers is required. Third, a psychological support system for the police officers is required to be established and for this objective, expansion of police-operated mindful accompanying center and its devoted operation are required to be performed. Fourth, an opportunity of getting rid of stress of police officers shall be provided and for this objective, required budget for activating club activity is required to be allocated and activity condition should be created.
