The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the safety, working condition and the organizational commitment among crews members of airline companies in Korea. The data were collected from 230 employees of the a private airline company who gave their informed consent and completed a self-reported questionnaire in November, 2014. A structural equation model was established. The fitness of the hypothetical model was adequate (${\chi}^2=88.424$, df=48, RMR=0.044, GFI=0.940, CFI=0.964, NFI=0.926, IFI=0.965). Analysis of the hypothetical model demonstrated that effects of safety, working condition were significantly correlated with organizational justice and organizational commitment. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to develop a safety program and working condition to encourage better organizational commitment of the pilot, leading to a brighter future for domestic airline business.

안전문화가 우리 산업현장에 정착되고, 조직구성원에게 내재화될 때 비로소 안전한 환경에서 근무할 수 있다. 아울러 올해 「중대재해처벌법」이 시행되면서 조직은 더욱 안전문화에 관심을 두게 되었고, 안전문화 측정의 필요성을 인지하게 되었다. 안전문화 수준을 진단하는 것은 조직구성원의 안전에 대한 인식과 태도의 수준을 알 수 있고, 조직의 문제점과 개선이 요구되는 사항을 확인할 수 있어 작업환경개선의 출발점이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 연구·개발된 안전문화 진단도구를 고찰하여 연구 동향을 파악한 후 안전문화 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 향후 BCMS 분야에 적합한 진단도구 개발에 관한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

지금까지 가장 널리 사용되는 원전 안전성의 평가는 설비고장이나 인간오류와 관련된 조직(Institution/organization)의 질이 설비의 신뢰도와 인적오류에 영향을 주며 원전의 안전성에 전반적인 영향을 끼친다는 것을 고려하지 않고 있다. TMI 사고는 경미한 설비고장은 있었으나 중요한 사고원인은 운전원의 오류였다. 운전원 훈련양의 부족, 절차서의 불명확성, 주제어실의 설계상의 결함 등이 함께 어울어진 안전문화와 관련한 조직실패(Organizational Failure)였다. Chernobyl사고도 전반적인 관리조절(Management Control)의 부족과 운전원의 부적절한 실험 절차서의 검토, 안전 절차서의 위배 등이 함께 연루되어 발생하였다. (중략)

본 연구에서는 인간의 의사소통이 갖고 있는 복잡한 과정을 고려하여 재난 시 위험의 소통방식에서 나타나는 오류들을 분석하고, 안전문화를 정착시키기 위한 방법 중 가장 효과적인 방법의 하나로 "위험소통"을 그 대안으로 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 안전문화를 개인의 과제가 아닌 조직 내에서의 협동과제로 인식하고, 조직 내 소통을 통한 신뢰가 안전문화에 미치는 영향력에 집중하였다. 본 연구의 제안을 통해 위험소통에 대한 새로운 원칙들을 제시함으로써 조직 내 안전문화의 새로운 방향을 도모하고자 한다.

This study aimed to identify the effect of patient safety culture perception, organizational commitment on patient safety management activities in general hospital nurses. The data were collected from 191 subjects from August 2 to August 16, 2017 using a structured self-report questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS WIN Version 22.0. The results showed that patient safety management activities had significant correlations with patient safety culture perception and organizational commitment. Also, the influencing factors on patient safety management activities were patient safety culture perception, organizational commitment, and patient safety education experience. These factors explained 33.3% of variance. Therefore, in order to improve the patient safety management activities among general hospital nurses, it is necessary to develop and apply an nursing intervention programs considering patient safety culture perception, organizational commitment, and patient safety education experience.

전남 여수에 위치한 한국남동발전 여수화력발전처는 여수 국가산업단지에 전력을 공급하는 핵심적인 역할을 하는 곳이다. 1975년부터 중유발전을 해오다 오일쇼크 등을 겪으면서 가동을 중단하는 등 크고 작은 부침을 겪었던 역사를 뒤로 하고 석탄발전으로 제2의 도약을 꿈꾸고 있다. 현재 여수화력 2호기의 보일러 설비는 운용중이고, 1호기 설비의 교체작업은 진행 중에 있다. 이 때문에 2호기 상업운전에 따른 운영부서의 안전조직과 1호기 건설에 필요한 안전조직도 별도로 운영되고 있다. 여기에 1호기의 안전은 여수화력발전처 건설관리팀의 안전관리자와 협력업체의 안전관리자가 협의 하에 공동으로 운영되는 등 조직별 전문인력이 유기적으로 협업하고 있다. 40여 년 역사를 바탕으로 새 역사를 쓰고 있는 여수화력발전처의 안전관리 노하우는 무엇일지 직접 찾아가 봤다.

An empirical study on railway controller and railway engineer who work in a domestic railway corporation was undertaken to verify the effects of emotional burnout and empowerment and organizational commitment on cooperation and safety behavior. The results of the analysis confirmed that the relations between emotional burnout, empowerment and organizational commitment as well as the relations between cooperation and safety behavior had negative effects. In contrast, the results of the analysis confirmed that empowerment and organizational commitment had positive effects on safety behavior and cooperation, and were effective because of all interactions among emotional burnout, safety behavior and cooperation. In conclusion this study convincingly demonstrates that emotional control, empowerment and organizational commitment of controller and engineer are important factors to secure safe operation of trains based on high safety behavior and cooperation behavior.

This study is to test the influence of safety management activities and employees' safety awareness on safety behavior in the construction company following the atmosphere of a safety-driven society. Recently, the perspective of many individuals and companies for safety management is changing and the recognition is spreading that physical and conscious investment on the safety of industrial sites are not an useless cost but the vital element to enhance the corporate competitiveness. CEOs have an emphasis on the safety management in their workplace as a top priority. For this study, the data were collected and analyzed from 300 employees of industrial sites. Firstly, the results showed that safety management activities and employees' safety awareness had a positive impact on organizational trust. Secondly, the organizational trust had a positive impact on safety behavior. Thirdly, safety management activities and employees' safety awareness had a positive impact on safety behavior. And also found out the organizational trust had the mediating role between safety management activities and safety behavior, and between employees' safety awareness and safety behavior. The results of this study suggested that safety management activities and employees' safety awareness in the construction companies are very important factors influencing on the safety behavior, and the investment for the safety of the construction company should be continued.
