The purpose of this study was to suggest measures to improve safety and health training by analyzing trainees who participated in the training programs. A survey was administered to 226 trainees who participated in and completed the safety and health training programs provided by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. The study results showed that the level of satisfaction of employers for the training programs was the lowest compared to the middle managers and employees. Moreover, the middle managers' job competencies were increased, and they applied newly acquired knowledge and skills to their jobs. However, there were significant differences between industries. Finally, although all levels of trainee agreed on the effectiveness of safety and health training, the perceptions of employers were lower than those of employees. Based on these study results, several implications to improve the safety and health training were suggested.

산업안전보건 관계법령의 강화와 중대재해처벌법의 시행으로 기존의 안전보건기준의 준수 개념에서 안전보건관리체계 구축으로 대한민국의 안전보건 패러다임이 바뀌었지만 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 접근은 인증항목별 구축의 관점에서만 접근이 이루어지고 실질적으로 시스템을 운영하는 사람을 중심으로한 접근은 미약하여 안전보건경영시스템 인증항목을 세부지표로 개발하여 본사와 현장 조직구성원들에게 설문을 통한 성과측정으로 건설관리자들의 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 인식수준을 파악하고자 함.

최근 스마트폰 태블릿PC 등 모바일 기기에 활용된 정보통신기술이 차량용 인포메이션 시스템 개발에도 넓게 활용되고 있다. 음성인식 기술을 이용해 차량을 조작하는 일은 그 대표적인 예라 할 수 있다. 지엔에스티(주)는 이러한 차량용 음성인식 마이크 모듈을 제조 판매하는 전문기업이다. 2009년 설립된 신생기업이지만, 앞선 생산설비의 구축과 끊임없는 연구개발을 통해 국내 차량용 음성인식 마이크 모듈 시장을 장악했다. 실제로 이곳 제품들은 국내 최고 자동차 기업인 현대 기아자동차에 보급되면서 기술력을 인정받고 있다. 이처럼 지엔에스티(주)가 짧은 역사에도 불구하고 최고의 제품을 만들며 독보적인 위상을 구축할 수 있었던 비결은 무엇일까. 이 같은 물음에 이곳의 모든 관계자들은 사업장 내 안전이 먼저 확보됐었기에 가능한 일이었다고 입을 모아 말한다. 2009년 설립된 이후 단 한건의 안전사고가 발생하지 않았을 만큼 철저한 안전관리가 전개되고 있다. 근로자의 안전과 건강을 생각하며 사람 중심의 안전관리를 실천하고 있는 지엔에스티(주)를 찾아가봤다.

우리나라는 다양한 해양활동을 즐기기에 풍부한 자연환경을 가지고 있으며, 소득 증가와 주 5일 근무 등의 사회적 여건 변화에 따라 해양에서의 여가활동이 다양해지고 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따른 국민의 해양활동과 관련된 사고 발생빈도도 함께 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 해양에서의 사고를 직접적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 국민의 해양사고 대응역량 강화를 위한 해양안전 교육 및 체험시설의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해양 재난·사고 발생현황, 안전관련 체험시설 현황 등의 여건분석과 안전 및 해양안전에 대한 국민의 인식조사 결과를 기반으로 해양안전 교육 및 체험시설 건립의 사회적 타당성을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 중대재해처벌법 시행 이후 1년 8개월이 지난 현재까지 사업장의 안전 문제에 대한 사회적 인식 부족을 확인하였다. 2023년 사업장 위험성 평가 지침 개정에도 불구하고, 안전 문화 인식과 참여율 저조가 주요 원인으로 확인되었다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로, 안전 리더십의 강조와 개개인의 셀프 리더십을 통한 자기효능감 향상 방법을 제시하였다. 사업장의 안전 문화 확산을 위한 캠페인의 중요성 또한 강조하였으며, 이를 기반으로 한 안전 문화 확산 전략의 재정립이 요구된다는 결론을 도출하였다.

This study is a descriptive research study to compare the safety perception between patients and nurses and to identify the factors affecting the nurses' safety management activities in tertiary hospitals. Data were collected with structured questionnaires from 147 patients and 147 nurses from a university hospital in J city, Gyeongnam, from July 24 to September 23, 2019, and analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The result showed that the patient's safety perception was significantly higher than the nurse's perception. The significant factors affecting patient management activity were nurse's educational level, position, effective communication, patient safety perception, and perception of importance on patient safety management. In the multiple regression analysis, knowledge about 'effective communication', and 'concerned about patient safety management', explained 54.8% of the nurses' patient management activity. Based on the results of this study, it is emphasized that nurses need to develop strategies to improve the communication and attention between patients and hospital members to improve patient safety management activities in tertiary hospitals.

본 논문에서는 게임에 사용되는 원리를 역으로 적용하여 교통안전 표지판을 인식하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템에 사용된 게임은 제작자가 (x, y)좌표에 제공하는 수치를 보고 메쉬에 표시하면 제작자가 의도한 임의의 물체의 모형이 표현되는 게임이다. 입력된 영상으로부터 교통안전 표지판 영상을 분리한 후, 표지판을 구성하는 색상과 형태에 상기의 퍼즐게임을 이용하여 교통안전 표지판으로 인식되면 해당 표지판과 내용을 문자로 출력하는 시스템을 구현하였으며 흑백 영상 처리 및 세선화과정 없는 인식으로 처리 속도가 빠르며, 기존 시스템 보다 좋은 인식률을 얻을 수 있었다.

This study was attempted in order to examine relationship of elementary school students' safety consciousness upon risk recognition of accidental type. We carried out targeting 378 elementary school students who attended 4 schools in J city and K city of J province from June 25 July 15, 2009. The statistical processing was done by SPSS WIN 12.0 Version. The statistical significance was set to p<.05. As for correlation between variables in safety characteristics and safety consciousness, and risk recognition of accidental type, the safety consciousness showed positive correlation with risk recognition of traumatic accident(r=.179, p<.01) and risk recognition of environmental accident(r=.104, p<.05).The whole data of risk recognition of accidental type, the safety education within 1 year($\beta=.139$, t=2.654, p<.01) and traffic safety consciousness($\beta=.172$, t=2.714, p<.01) were indicated to had significant influence upon the risk recognition of accidental type.

In recent urban policies, the importance of 'health' has increased significantly. In Korea, the deterioration of physical health due to environmental problems caused by rapid urbanization and the deterioration of mental health due to the disconnection of social relations in a competitive society are constantly occurring. this study aims to examine the effect of the satisfaction and safety recognition on pedestrian environment on the subjective health status focused on gender difference of the intermediating effect of social capital. I used 2018 Seoul Survey and employed Structural Equation Model multi-group analysis. According to the empirical analysis, in male groups, the satisfaction and safety recognition on the pedestrian environment affect social capital. Also, satisfaction and social capital affect subjective health status. On the other hand, in female group, perception of pedestrian environment affect social capital. In addition, satisfaction, safety recognition and social capital affect subjective health status. Therefore, interdisciplinary study in the field of health and urban policy and discriminatory policy for strategic urban policy for citizen's health is necessary.

The purpose of this study is to examine the awareness survey on the life and laboratory safety of the college students. For the research, data was collected from 442 students of health, engineering, fire fighting and food & cook department. Research tools were used SPSS win 19.0, the mean and standard deviation, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient was used. Comparing the life safety consciousness with laboratory safety consciousness, showed life safety awareness and safety laboratory has recognized the similarities (Pearson's correlation coefficient ${\chi}^2=296.456$, p < 0.001). Results of awareness survey to safety management, the safety awareness are difference with the type of respondents major subjects. This order was Food & Cook > Fire fighting > Health > Engineering department.
