본 연구는 음식물처리기 제품품질을 구성하는 차원 및 속성을 VOC(voice of customer)분석을 통해서 도출하고 소비자의 특성에 따라 음식물 처리기 제품품질 속성의 중요도 차이에 대한 분석과 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 품질속성에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 소비자의 특성에 따라 음식물 처리기 제품품질 속성의 중요도의 차이와 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 품질속성을 도출하였으며, 본 연구 결과는 향후 음식물 처리기 제품개발에 고객의 니즈를 반영하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

안전필수 소프트웨어는 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 개발과 인증을 위한 표준들이 정의되어 있고, 대부분 프로세스 중심의 인증 방식을 채택하고 있다. 프로세스 중심의 인증 방식의 단점은 제품 소프트웨어의 검증 속성을 보장할 수 없고, 표준에 따라 관점과 관심 속성이 달라서 상호연관이 있는 속성사이의 관계를 기술하는데 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서, 안전필수 소프트웨어의 표준들의 비교를 통해 특성을 살펴보고, 안전성과 보안 속성을 함께 갖는 안전필수 소프트웨어 개발을 위해, 보증 문서(assurance case) 구성을 목표 설정 표기법(goal structuring notation)으로 작성하고 결과를 고찰한다.

Cloud computing services have different characteristics from the traditional computing environment such as resource sharing, virtualization, etc. These characteristics of cloud computing environment necessitate specific properties such as user identify, access control, security control property, etc. Recently, Yoo proposed an attribute-based authentication scheme for secure cloud computing. However, Yoo's authentication scheme is vulnerable to customer attack and an adversary can modify the authentication request message. In this paper, we propose a secure and efficient attribute-based authentication scheme for cloud computing based on Yoo's scheme.

해양분야에 e-Navigation 전략이 도입되면서 안전한 항행 지원을 위해 기존의 제품을 재설계 하거나 새로운 제품 설계가 이루어지고 있다. 항행 지원에 소프트웨어시스템의 영향이 커지고 있기 때문에 안전하고 견고한 시스템의 설계는 매우 중요하며, 이를 위해 높은 품질의 확보가 필요하다. IMO에서는 이러한 제품 설계를 위해 적절한 품질을 보장하고 목적에 맞는 제품 설계에 대한 내용을 담고 있는 소프트웨어 품질 보증 및 인간 중심 설계 가이드라인을 공식 승인하였다. 가이드라인에서 품질 보증은 제품 품질, 데이터 품질, 사용상 품질을 만족할 것을 포함한다. 다양한 품질 속성을 만족하기 위해서는 품질 속성간의 우선순위화가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 안전하고 견고한 소프트웨어 시스템을 위해 AHP기법을 이용하여 제품에 따른 품질 속성을 우선순위화 하고, 전 개발 단계에 걸쳐 품질 속성이 반영되고 평가 될 수 있도록 한다.

정형기법은 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어 시스템의 요구사항을 모순, 모호함 없이 정확하게 명세하고 검증할 수 있는 방법으로, 안전성이 중요한 소프트웨어에 많이 적용되어 반드시 보장되어야 할 속성을 소프트웨어가 만족하는지 확인하는데 사용되고 있다. 본 논문은 정형기법 커뮤니티에서 선정한 여러 도전 과제 중 하나인 인공 심장 박동기(pacemaker)를 실시간 속성을 표현할 수 있는 정형기법 도구인 UPPAAL을 사용하여 모델링하고 주요 속성을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 실시간 속성으로 인해 명세 및 검증하기 힘든 소프트웨어에 정형기법을 적용하여 안전성을 확인할 수 있음을 보인다.

마이크로소프트의 SLAM 프로젝트는 C 코드를 입력 받아서 프로그램이 주어진 속성을 만족하는지를 자동으로 검사한다. 그 결과, 실제 윈도우 2000에 탑재된 디바이스 드라이버의 버그를 찾아낼 수 있었다. 그러나 SLAM에서 검사할 수 있는 속성은 안전성 속성에만 국한되었다. 사용자가 검사하기를 원하는 속성은 안전성뿐만이 아니라 궁극성도 있지만, SLAM에서는 긍극성을 검사하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 주어진 프로그램을 이진 프로그램으로 추상화 한 후에, 이진 프로그램에 대해서 CTL 모델 체킹을 수행하는 방법을 제안하였다. 그 결과 SLAM 보다도 더 많은 속성을 검사할 수 있다.

As the embedded systems closely related with our living become complex by interoperating each other via internet, the safety issue of embedded systems begins to appear For checking safety properties of the system interactions, it is necessary to describe the system behaviors in formal methods and provide a systematic safety analysis technique. In this research, the behaviors of an embedded system are described by Labeled Transition Systems(LTS) and its safety properties are checked on the system model. For enhancing the existing compositional safety analysis technique, we perform the safety analysis techniques by checking the behavioral equivalence of the reduced model and a property model after reducing the system model in the viewpoint of the property.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of take-out food selection attributes of Korean restaurant on trust and customer satisfaction and to analyse the mediating effects of trust. Collected data were statistically analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, selection attributes consists of safety, convenience, quality of food and economics. Among selection attributes, safety, convenience, quality of food and economics had a significant influence on trust. Second, among selection attributes, safety, convenience, quality of food and economics had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Third, trust had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Fourth, trust had a mediating effect between selection attributes and customer satisfaction. The conclusion section suggested strategic implications to induce selection attributes, trust and customer satisfaction based on the findings.

Smart car is a vehicle which maximizes convenience, safety, and user experience. The traditional vehicle style will be replaced by a smart car. The objective of this paper is to find essential quality attributes that consumers want. We provide a method to select a best smart car reflecting their preference based on the quality attributes. We derive Kano's quality attributes by an exploratory survey and show an example to implement their decision using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. As a result, the quality attributes were classified into two groups of attractive quality and indifference quality. The respondents evaluated that the safety of smart cars was more important than the convenience and user experience. However, the smart car was required more functions related to the convenience criteria. These results will provide important implications for smart car design.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and clarify the concept of psychological safety in nursing simulation education so that it can contribute to learning environment that guarantee psychological safety for nursing students. Using Walker & Avant's concept analysis framework, 15 research articles about psychology safety were included in this study. There were four definable attributes of psychological safety: 1) comfortable state feeling or status; 2) State that can perform without fear; 3) Sense of trust toward the organization; and 4) Feeling that there will be no harm to oneself. When antecedents, attributes, and consequences of psychological safety is considered when shaping simulation education environment, the learning effect for nursing students is expected to be maximized.
