Cultural properties should be protected more than other facility because of its symbolization of a nation's historic and conservative value. So proper and effective actions for the management of our legacies is necessary. On this study, we'll research cases of cultural properties fires and manage to show the safety system of legacy and analyze problems of the system so that we can result in improvements for the safety of our treasures. This study is not to include almost all kind of cultural assets but only confined in a category of wooden materials, so there's limit of this study. And we should consider fires of tangible cultural properties, souvenirs and folk materials later period.

회사에서 사용하는 안전표지는 여러가지 형태로 의미도 다르다. 이에 따라 작업자가 회사를 변경할 때마다 새로운 안전표지를 만나게 되는데 이 때 잘못 판단하거나 잘못 조작으로 위험을 초래하는 사례가 빈번하다. 따라서 안전표지의 규격화를 통한 기업 개선사례와 ISO.JIS규격화 동향에 대해 살펴보도록 하겠다.

국내$\cdot$외에서 많은 인명피해와 헤아리기 어려울 정도의 재산피해를 가져오는 중대산업사고가 간헐적으로 발생하고 있다. 이러한 재해를 예방하기 위해서는 안전설계기술 및 안전운전기술 그리고 정확한 안전관리 등 새로운 기술을 개발하는 것도 중요하나, 과거 사고사례를 분석하여 구체적인 사고원인을 찾아 이를 Feedback하는 것도 중요하다. 과거 사고사례의 연구는 동종설비나 유사한 설비를 운용하는데 아주 귀중한 정보자료를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 값비싼 대가를 치러 얻어진 것이기 때문이다.(중략)

해상교통안전진단은 해사안전법에 의해 시행되는 법적인 사항이다. 해상교통안전진단에서는 안전취약요소를 도출하고 취약요소에 대한 조치사항, 사업자의 의견 및 조치사항에 대한 시행주체를 정해야 한다. 안전취양요소에 대한 조치사항 중에는 사업자가 감당할 수 없는 사항이 다수 존재하지만 사업에 대한 심의, 승인 등의 권한을 갖는 처분기관과의 종속적인 관계로 인해 사업을 진행하기 위해 사업자가 그 부담을 지는 사례가 발생하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 VTS를 중심으로 그 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

해상교통안전진단제도의 개정으로 인해 해상교통안전진단의 대상사업이 축소됨에 따라 안전진단대상사업에서 제외된 100미터 미만인 선박의 안전진단 결과 부두의 평면배치가 변경되는 등 안전진단제도의 맹점이 도출되고 있다. 또한 안전진단 시행이전에 사업이 승인되어 공사 작업 중에 공사구간을 운항하는 여객선이 통항시 위험성으로 인해 운항이 중단되고 있다. 홍도 방파제 안전진단에 따른 평면배치의 사례와 솔빛대교의 사례를 통해 특별안전진단의 필요성을 제안한다.

The repetitive occurrence of similar accident is one of the biggest feature in construction disasters. Similar accident cases provide direct information for finding risk of scheduled activities and planning safety countermeasure. Many systems are developed to retrieve and use past accident cases by researchers. However, these researches have some limitations for performing too much retrieval to obtain results considering construction site conditions or not reflecting characteristics of safety planning steps or both. To overcome these limitations, this study proposes accident case retrieval system that can search similar accident cases. It also helps safety planning using information retrieval and building information modeling. The retrieval system extracts BIM objects and composes a query set combining BIM objects with site information DB. With past accident cases DB compares a query set, it seeks the most similar case. And results are provided to safety managers. Based on results of this study, safety managers can reduce excessive query generation. Furthermore, they can be easy to recognize risk of a construction site by obtaining coordinations of objects where similar accidents occurred.

선박 운항안전 지원을 위한 해양특성정보 활용 방안을 연구하였다. 국외에서 구축 운영중인 운항안전 지원을 위한 해양특성 정보시스템의 개발 사례 검토를 통하여 운항안전 지원을 위한 해양정보의 필요성 및 주요 구성 요소를 검토하였으며, 국내에서 구축 운영 중인 해양정보시스템을 사례 검토를 통하여 국내 시스템의 한계 및 문제점을 제시하였다. 또한 사례검토의 시사점 분석을 통하여 향후 국내 운항안전 지원을 위한 해양특성정보 제공 시스템의 개발 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과로 국내 해양특성 정보 제공 시스템의 현황을 파악하고, 운항 안전 지원을 위한 시스템의 활용 및 보완 방안을 제시하였으며, 운항안정을 위한 필수 정보 요소들에 대한 구현방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 운항 안전 시스템의 일부 개발에 활용될 예정이다.
