The purpose of this study is to examine the role of safety sheriffs and their necessity in order to improve the activation of safety sheriff's professionalism. Seven security sheriffs were finally selected to discuss their activities and discuss ways to improve their effectiveness. We conducted semi - structured interviews and conducted in - depth interviews with limited data and inadequate prior research. The results of this study are as follows. First, the government should get the help of citizens, citizens and residents. If the state wishes to reduce the number of safety accidents and bring positive results to the public, it should not rely solely on the utilization of institutions. Second, in order to be a safe sheriff with a positive response from the local residents, the activities of the sheriff's sheriff are not only aimed at preventing risks in the environmental domain and reducing the number of accidents, Publicity should be provided to the landlord, tenant, and residents to inform them that the activity is preventive of accident prevention. Third, under the current law, it is necessary to disclose public facilities such as roads, airports, and harbors to the private sector in order to make it possible to monitor school facilities and youth training facilities. Fourth, the safety sheriff is expected to put forward the expectations and positive results of prevention through the beginning of the inspection activities, and the role of the Korean people in becoming psychological stable and efforts to be born as safety experts are required. Finally, it is necessary to establish a concrete manual, strategic safety inspection plan.

The purpose of this study, which was conducted as a part of investigations for vitalizing the School Sheriff system proposed as a means to prevent school violence and promote school safety, was to survey recognition of elementary school parents toward the School Sheriff system and present an improvement scheme for the system. For the study, we selected as the research object a set of parents whose children attended schools with School Sheriffs and then sampled 200 parents out of them with cluster random sampling, before analyzing 189 finally. Validity of the questionnaire is verified by expert council and factorial analysis, and reliability by reliability analysis. Statistical means including chi-square test, t-test and F-test are used. The result of the study as follows : First, necessity of the School Sheriff system varies by individual characteristics. Second, recognition toward the system itself varies by individual characteristics. Third, recognition toward the role that should be played by School Sheriffs varies by individual characteristics. Fourth, there is a difference in perceiving the role and activity of School Sheriffs, Fifth, whether the system helped improving school safety varies by individual characteristics. Sixth, the satisfaction from the School Sheriffs.

본 연구에서는 학교 폭력을 방지하고 학교 안전을 위한 다양한 제도들 중 배움터지킴이와 학교보안관에 관한 선행연구 및 사건사례를 분석하였다. 그리고 지금 논의되고 있는 학교 안전지도사 자격제도에 관해 조사하였다. 그 결과 기존의 제도들에 대해 다양한 문제점들이 두각 되었고 학교 안전지도사 제도가 이러한 문제점들에 대한 방안으로 모색되었다. 하지만 학교 안전지도사 제도가 기존의 다양한 제도들을 일원화할 수 있어야 하며 교직원에게 한정하는 부분은 수정 보완 되어져야 한다. 또한 교내의 학교범죄방지와 학교안전뿐만 아니라 교외 활동시에도 관련 부처와 상호 유기적으로 대응 할 수 있는 시스템이 이뤄져야한다.

As a part of school safety network construction project, a system of school marshal in Seoul-si and a project of academy safety guard in other regions are on the way of improvement. But, the crimes in and around the school, occurring frequently, are not solved easily, as this study points out. The effective improvement way of school safety network construction project is as followings. First, to enforce assistant-class school safety teacher system in order to nurture and educate experts in school safety, as a systematic support for strengthening occupational professionalism. Second, to enforce school safety network construction projects for construct circumstances through legal fix of school safety CPTED to make students free from crimes. This study looks into the real status and problem of school safety networks, and suggests system of school safety teacher and a legal enactment of CPTED, as systematic and a planed school safety countermeasure, not temporary.

The Seoul subway system has one of the highest transport shares in the city of Seoul. A high number of passengers means that a high level of crimes of all kinds occur on the city's subway system. As such, Seoul Metro, created the Subway Protective Guards System in 2009, in an effort to enhance safety on the subway. But this innovative new system did not resolve problems. In fact, many citizens came to question the effectiveness of the new system, as it did not yield tangible results. This study seeks to deduce the problems and activation strategy of the Subway Protective Guards System. An in-depth study was conducted by interviewing subway protective guards who were squad leaders with five or more years of relevant work experience. Semi-structured interview analysis was utilized to evaluate their responses. Specifically, their responses were deduced to identify the strengths and weaknesses internal to the system and the opportunities and threats posed by the environment external to the system. This study presents measures to improve the system based on the aforementioned analysis. Measures for improvement focused on the following areas: the adoption of an education system in response to terror; recruitment and the possibility of becoming a permanent employee; obtaining partial judicial powers; improvement of work environment; and intensifying the promotion of the system.

본 논문에서는 RFID를 이용하여 PC 보안 소프트웨어를 설계 및 구현을 하였다. 본 논문에서 연구한 PC 보안 소프트웨어는 송신기인 RFID Tag와 수신기인 RFID Reader에 연결된 안테나를 통해 서로 통신하여 PC에 설치된 S/W를 이용하여 사용자 인증을 받는 PC 보안 방법이다. 이는 위조 및 변조가 불가능하며, 스니핑 공격 및 스푸핑 공격에 대하여 기존의 PC 보안 시스템보다 안전성이 향상되었다.

본 논문에서는 최근에 많은 관심이 증가하고 있는 보안 운영체제를 위한 접근제어에 대해 기술하고 이 접근제어를 FreeBSD 에 구현한 것에 대해 설명한다. 강제적 접근제어(MAC), 신분 기반 접근제어(DAC), 그리고 역할기반 접근제어(RBAC) 과 같은 접근제어 정책들을 안전한 FreeBSD 운영체제를 위해 접근제어 정책으로 사용하였다. MAC 과 ACL 의 구현은 POSIX1003.le 의 표준에 기준 하였고 RBAC 의 구현은 NIST의 표준을 기준으로 하였다. 강제적 접근제어는 군기관이나 정부 기관의 보안 요구사항들을 만족시켜주지만 보안관리 측면에서는 유동적이지 못한 면이 있다. 반면에 역할기반 접근제어는 상업적 접근제어 정책 요구 사항들을 만족시켜주는 정책으로 유동적이고 다양한 보안 관리 정책의 요구사항들을 만족 시켜준다.

Recently, the problems in school violence did not stop on the crime between the members at the school and which developed into the invasion crime of the school caused by outsiders. The school is no more the safety zone from the crime. Particularly, in the case of the elementary school, because there are nearly no people who oppose to the outside attacker and can control this, it is the place where it is vulnerable to the invasion crime. The Metropolis of Seoul implements the School Sheriff system within the jurisdiction bureau, in the public elementary school. However, actually the School Sheriff business is being managed, never applying a rule in the Security Industry Law with the main content, that is the Security Industry Law application is excluded. Because the jurisdiction on the contract of Seoul City and operating company are run, the various issues is caused. First, since it is not being considered as a security business, the commercial liability insurance for security company has no chance to applicate when the operation company and the School Sheriff have related damage generation. So the security for the indemnification of loss of the victim is weak. Second, The task of the School Sheriff is ruled just by in the individual contracts. But it is insufficient with this thing. The related duties are required some supplement like a general rule application including the obligation of the guard in the security industry law. Third, the education of the School Sheriff needs to connect with the educational programme in the security industry law. The related professional education specially needed for the prevention of school violence ought to be reserved compensation. Forth, the citizens still demand the strengthening of police patrol for the surroundings of a school in spite of the result of Seoul City's public survey. Therefore, the active relation of cooperation with the police needs to be supported legally and institutionally with the Security Industry Law application. Fifthly, the success of the School Sheriff business can be more guaranteed with the supervision of the legal and institutional device like a the Security Industry Law application or police and all sorts of administrative execution's and etc.

I would like to explain a method how to get important data from a volatile data securely, when we are not available to use network in computer system by incident. The main idea is that the first investigator who collects a volatile data by applying scripts built in USB media should be in crime scene at the time. In according to volatile data, he generates hash value, and gets witness signature. After that, he analyses the volatile data with authentication in forensics system.

In this paper, we propose a safety management system which prevents the occurrence of crime and accident from rising in school neighborhood. This system offers a monitoring method for safety of children which make intelligent space from environment and location sensing data through wireless communication between sensors attached to children and fixed sensor network in school neighborhood. Also, We propose a strategic safety management plan using opportunistic network when node is out of school zone network. Many students can easily receive the service of low cost from WSN-based School zone network than existing service from GPS individually by using our scheme.
