제안하는 연구는 식품 안전 서비스를 위한 멀티미디어 응용 개발 프레임워크에서 다채널 방식을 사용한다. 그러나 이러한 다채널 방식에서는 미디어간 동기화 문제를 유발 시키는데 수신 측에서는 새로 발생된 데이터의 시작 시점을 서로 맞춤으로서 미디어간 동기화를 실현하였다. 새로운 미디어의 시작 시 항상 제어 데이터를 먼저 전송하여 새로운 미디어 데이터의 생성을 모든 참여자 프로세스에 알린다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between empowering leadership, directive leadership, safety communication, and safety behavior. Also, we examined whether safety motivation had a moderated mediating effect on this relationship. We collected the surveys from 343 combat pilots of the Republic of Korea Air Force for the analysis. Our structural equation modeling analysis revealed that there was a positive relationship between empowering leadership and safety behavior, and safety communication fully mediated the relationship. However, there is no relationship between directive leadership and safety behavior. Also, our results showed that safety motivation moderated the relationship between empowering leadership and safety communication, but not the relationship between directive leadership and safety communication. Furthermore, the relationship between empowering leadership and safety behavior through safety communication varied significantly with the degree of safety motivation, such that the higher the safety motivation, the higher the impact of empowering leadership on safety behavior through safety communication. Finally, we discussed the implications of these results, study limitations, and practical suggestions for future research.

Authentication is one of the necessary elements in the network environment. Many researches have detected security vulnerabilities to the existing authentication mechanisms and suggested secure mutual authentication protocols by resolving these vulnerabilities. The representative ones of them are SPMA(Strong Pass Mutual Authentication) and I-SPMA(Improved Strong Password Mutual Authentication). However, these protocols cause a critical problem when the shared secret information is de-synchronized between the server and the client. This paper proposes a revised protocol to resolve the de-synchronization problem. Based on a security assessment on the proposed protocol, we consider the proposed protocol is safer than the previous ones and possible to effectively make a user authentication system mre secure.

본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 초등학교 학생을 대상으로 하는 웹 코스웨어에서 학습동기 극대화로 학습효과를 높이기 위해 학습 동기 유발 전략을 적용한 코스웨어를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 학습동기에 대한 제이론을 고찰하고 이를 웹 코스웨어에 적합한 동기전략으로 재구성하여 적용한 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발 단원은 초등학교 과학교과의 '물체의 속력'으로 교실의 제한된 상황을 극복하도록 많은 가상 실험실을 제공하며, 학습자와의 상호작용을 극대화하고, 실제 생활에서 찾아볼 수 있는 많은 상황들을 가상 체험해 볼 수 있도록 하는 기회를 제공하여 과학교과 학습에의 학습동기를 극대화 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 코스웨어는 물체의 빠르기 비교, 속력, 여러 가지 속력 비교, 물체의 속력과 안전등의 기본 학습내용과 심화, 평가, 게시판, 쉼터 등으로 구성되어 있으며, 초등학교 교육 현장에서의 활용 방안과 기대효과를 제시하였다.

This study is a descriptive research conducted to identify the factors influencing patient safety management activities of geriatric hospitals nurses and use basic data to prevent patient safety accidents. Subjects were 220 nurses and data were collected by questionnaires from february 1 to 28, 2023. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 29.0 program. Patient safety motivation was positive correlated with degree of patient safety(r=.41, p<.001), and degree of patient safety was positive correlated with patient safety nursing activity(r=.18, p<.01). Degree of patient safety(𝛽=.21, p<.001) and patient safety guidelines(𝛽=.16, p<.001) were main factors that affect patient safety nursing activity, and its explanatory power was 7.5%(Adj R²=.075, p<.001). For patient safety nursing activity, it is proposed to develop and apply a education program that strengthens practical training for effective coping after safety accidents along with risk prediction training to prevent before safety accidents.

SoC design integrates many IPs that operate at different frequencies and the use of the different clock for each IP makes the design the most effective one. An asynchronous FIFO is required as a kind of a buffer to connect IPs that are asynchronous. However, in many cases, asynchronous FIFO is designed improperly and the cost of the wrong design is high. In this paper, an asynchronous FIFO is designed to transfer data across asynchronous clock domains by using a valid bit scheme that eliminates the problem of the metastability and synchronization altogether. This FIFO architecture is described in HDL and synthesized to the Bate level to compare with other FIFO scheme. The subject mater of this paper is under patent pending.
