This study was aimed to investigate the influencing level of nursing staff's recognition for the health care accreditation on patient safety managing activities by identifying the relationship between them and other factors affecting on patient safety managing activities. Subjects of this study were 182 nursing staffs working in six geriatric hospitals accredited for health care in Seoul metropolitan area. Data was collected during April, 2016 by structured questionnaires. And SPSS/WIN 15.0 program with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were employed for analyzing them. 96.2% of the subjects have recognized the accreditation and 31.8% of them have acknowledge it in detail. The average level of recognition for the health care accreditation and patient safety managing activity were 3.60 and 4.39 point (max.5.0) respectively. Correlation between them was positive(r=.339, p<.001). Significant factors influencing patient safety managing activity were internal service quality promotion (t=5.292, p<.001) and academic background (t=2.836, p=.005). Education program or information on health care accreditation system, and action plans for promoting internal service quality for the nursing staffs including job standardization of the jobs are recommended for the better patient safety managing activities.

생산설비의 메인티넌스(Maintenance) 활동을 통해서 철저하게 손실과낭비를 배제하는 것으로서 생산성의 향상을 꾀하는 것을 목표로 한 TPM활동 즉, 전원참가의 생산성 보전활동이 제창되어지고 있는데 최근 어려운 경제환경의 저하로 많은 화학공장이 그것에 관심을 가지고 도입하고 있다. TPM의 기본적인 이념과 구체적인 추진방법에 대해서 설명한다. TPM활동에 의해 생산성 향상의 측면에서 커다란 성과를 올릴 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 설비면과 운전면에서의 안전관리에도 효과가 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

This study was a descriptive research conducted to confirm the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities. Subjects were 197 caregiver's and data collection was conducted from July 1 to 29, 2022. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 28.0 program. There was a significant positive correlation between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and self-efficacy(r=.653, p<.001), and patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities(r=.467, p<.001). In addition, the complete mediating effect of self-efficacy was confirmed in the relationship between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities, and the explanatory power was 46.8%. Therefore, strengthen the patient safety management activities of caregiver's, systematic program development and educational opportunities should be provided to improve self-efficacy.

건설 안전관리는 건설업을 행하는 과정에서 발생하는 사고 나 재해의 발생 원인과 예방을 위한 관리 대책을 수립하여 인명과 재산을 보호하기 위한 모든 활동을 말한다건설현장의 안전사고는 근로자에게는 육체적 8정신적 고통과 노동력의 상실에 따른 경제적 부담이 발생하며 기업 입장에서는 생산력의 저하와 비용의 증가=국가로서도 사회 경제적 손실이 발생함으로 효율적이고 실질적인 안전관리 대책이 반드시 필요하다건설공사가 대형화=복잡화=고층화 및 대규모 지하 굴착과 같은 고난도의 작업이 많아짐에 따라 작업 환경의 특수성과 작업 환경상 높은 위험을 갖게 되었다.

The purpose of this study was to empirically verify the correlation between the characteristics of safety officers and managers handling disaster and safety management, competence, and performance among disaster and safety work-level officers in medium-sized companies in South Korea. For this study, the researcher surveyed 509 disaster and safety management officers of various companies and analyzed the resultant data. The results of the analysis showed that, first, the characteristics of the safety officers handling the disaster and safety management systems had a significantly positive impact on performance. Second, the characteristics of the safety officers handling the disaster management systems had a significantly positive impact on competence. Third, the disaster and safety management competence of the safety officers had a significantly positive impact on performance. Fourth, in the relationship between the characteristics of the safety officers handling the disaster and safety management systems of businesses and their performance, the competence of the safety officers had a mediating effect.

This study is descriptive research to investigate level of the attitude of patient safety and patient safety management activity(PSMA) and identify influencing factors of PSMA in nursing students. The participants were 241 4th grade nursing students who had clinical practice over a year from 3 nursing colleges in G city and J province. Data were collected with structured questionnaires from March 27th to April 17th, 2015 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression with SPSS 21.0 program. As a result, the level of attitude of patient safety was 3.68 score and PSMA was 4.03 score. In PSMA, there were significant differences in practice period(p=.020) and practice satisfaction(p=.026). There was a positive correlation(p<.001) among attitude of patient safety and PSMA. The most effective factor on PSMA was practice satisfaction, followed by attitude of patient safety. Based on the findings of this study, suggest that to develop the systematic education program considering effective factors of PSMA for nursing students.

본 논문은 최근 발생된 주요 사회재난에 대해 살펴보고 재해경감활동차원에서 대응 및 개선 방안에 대해 살펴보았다. 그동안 국회의 입법 활동은 물론이거니와 국가, 지자체 또한 크고 작은 재난에 대해 그때마다 각종 대책을 쏟아내고 있지만 재난을 근본적으로 예방 또는 방지하는 데는 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이는 최근 발생된 이태원 10.29 참사에서 볼 수 있듯이 사회재난은 자연재해와는 달리 재난의 예측 어려움은 물론이거니와 전혀 예상하지 못한 상황에서 재난이 발생할 수 있음을 감안하여 재해경감을 위한 충분한 대책을 마련하는 등 예방 활동을 사전에 전반적으로 강화하여 나갈 필요가 있다. 특히 이태원 10.29 참사는 안전대책, 매뉴얼이 제대로 작동되지 않은 총체적인 안전 불감증의 대표적인 사례로 볼 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 PDCA 사이클을 중심으로 재난 예방 및 발생 가능성 최소화를 위한 재해경감활동 차원에서 대응방안을 모색하고 개선하는데 그 목적이 있다.

This study shows the difference between groups with multivariate analysis of fire prevention activities, special investigations of fire safety, and fire safety management according to the management method of apartment houses and the inspection of firefighting facilities. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in fire prevention activities according to the quality of inspection of firefighting facilities. This means that fire prevention is high if the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities is excellent and the fire safety inspection is conducted in accordance with national fire safety standards and checklists. Second, there was a significant difference in the fire safety special investigation according to the management method of the apartment buildings. The manual operated by the management entity and the management entity's management and execution help the organization members to expedite work. This expedition of work creates a high possiblity to get a good evaluation from the special investigation of fire safety. Third, analysis of fire prevention activities showed a significant interaction between the inspection of firefighting facilities and the management method of apartment buildings. The analysis shows that that there is a positive correlation between the level of fire prevention and both the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities and the degree to which the inspection is conducted to meet national fire safety standards.

This study has been done to identify the effect of safety culture perception, safety control and safety management activities as perceived by nursing home nurses. A total of 146 cases recruited safety culture perception, safety control and safety management activities. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 Program. The factor that had the most impact on safety management activities were safety culture perception (${\beta}=.40$, p<.001), safety control (${\beta}=.27$, p=.002), experience of safety education (${\beta}=.19$, p=.015), age (${\beta}=.19$, p=.027). The regression model explained 34.5% of the variances(F=5.51, p<.001). The study finding suggests that to develop the program with achievement of safety management activities for nurses of the nursing home.
