1978년 정부는 혈액의 자급자족 달성과 상업적 이용 배제라는 구제사회의 권고를 수용하여 혈장분획제제*의 국내 수급을 대한적십자사로 일원화한다는 기본 시책을 수립하였다. 이후 대한적십자사는 혈장분획제제 사업을 본격적으로 추진, 1991년 충북 음성군 감곡면에 혈장분획센터를 건립하고 제품을 생산 공급하기 시작했다. 그로부터 23년 동안 센터는 ▲혈장분획제제의 생산 및 공급 ▲원료혈장의 보관 ▲혈애검체 보관 ▲수입 혈장 확인 감독 ▲혈장 분획제제의 수입과 공급 등 주요 업무를 차질 없이 수행하며 국가보건인프라의 중추로 거듭났다. 이곳이 오랜 기간 동안 흔들림 없이 막중한 임무를 수행할 수 있었던 배경에는 '철저한 안전관리'가 자리 잡고 있다. 빈 틈 없는 시설점검과 임직원의 투철한 안전의식으로 국민보건을 책임진다는 혈장분획센터를 찾아가 보았다.

개개인의 생활 수준 향상으로 자동차가 개인 교통 수단이나 레저 생활용으로 더욱 많이 활용되면서 장시간 운전이 늘어감에 따라, 운전자의 신체적 피로는 운전 중의 사고의 원인이 되고 있으며, 장시간 운전시의 피로감의 원인이라고 할 수 있는 엔진과 노면으로부터 인체에 전달되는 진동에 대한 대비책으로, 시트 부분의 내진 및 감쇠 설계가 실제로 운전자가 느끼는 승차감 즉 안락성에 결정적인 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 국내의 경우 자동차 시트 기술은 대부분 외국 기술에 의존하고 있는 실정이어서 전문적인 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다.(중략)

사용자 망이 전 세계적으로 연결되고 이동 통신 서비스가 급속하게 확대되어 감에 따라 신뢰성과 보안 문제가 크게 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 무선 이동호스트(단말)의 특성을 감안한 호스트의 인증과 안전한 키 분배 프로토콜을 제안한다. 또한 제안된 프로토콜은 중간 에이전트나 다른 이동 호스트로부터 자신의 ID와 위치를 감출 수 있는 프라이버시를 보장한다.

'한국은 세계 원전 시장의 새로운 호랑이'(프랑스 일간르피가로 1월 14일 특집기사 제목) 등 UAE원전수주로 촉발된 우리나라의 원전 경쟁력을 집중 조명한 대표적인 외신 보도이다. 이와 함께 '1부 리그 파리 생제르맹이 3부 리그 팀에 진 느낌' 프랑스가 UAE 원전수주 공사를 빼앗긴 것을 두고 프랑스 핵안전연구소(IRSN) 부소장이 토로한 뼈아픈 이 한마디는 그들이 진한 아쉬움이 묻어있지만, 우리에게는 승리감을 뛰어 넘능 세계 최고의 경쟁력 조기 확보라는 숙제와 함께 진검승부를 벼르는 세계 강자들과의 피할 수 없는 결전의 목소리로 받아들여지고 있다.

119 신고센터 상황요원의 매뉴얼이 상황에 맞게 변경 되어야 하며, 신고자의 위치파악에 필요한 지도정보 및 GPS정보의 정확성 상활실 인력보강으로 상화요원의 심리적 안전감이 필요로 한다. 또한 부적잘한 상황 접수시에는 강력한 대응반안으로 대처 할수잇게 하여야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the narrative of VR disaster and safety Education introduced by disaster film narrative. VR(Virtual Reality) is be suitable technology for disaster and safety Education due to media characteristics as 'immersion', 'presence', 'interactivity', 'pleasure'. Disaster film narrative is able to be worth VR disaster and safety education as a variety of stories and educational effect. For this study, examine a theoretical study and a visiting research of 'Busan 119 Safety & Experience Center'. This study concludes that Firstly need to introduce catharsis effect, Secondly, build 'interactive narratives' that ensure active participation of users, Thirdly, introduce an 'adventure game' narrative element, Fourthly, introduce a hero-shaped narrative in which the user becomes a one-man hero, And lastly, need education as use user's multiple access and group experience learning. Therefore, This thesis is of academic value in that it suggest a desirable new direction of narrative in VR disaster and safety education.

The primary goals of this paper are to design an interactive education platform conveying a variety of haptic sensations to developmental disorder children when they touch the education platform. The proposed interactive education platform is composed of a kinesthetic module, a vibrotactile module, a thermal module. and a controller. The design focuses of the proposed education platform were to create sufficiently large kinesthetic forces, vibrations, and temperatures and to convey them to users. We have conducted experiments for evaluating the proposed system and found out three modules function safely and effectively as an educational platform.

수면단계는 수면감성을 평가하는데 있어서 중요한 생리지표로서 사용되어왔다. 그러나 수면다원검사를 이용한 전통적 수면단계 분류방법은 뇌전도, 안전도, 심전도, 근전도 등을 종합적으로 측정하므로 수면단계를 비교적 정확히 분류할 수 있지만 피험자에게 심한 구속감을 주는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는, 각성상태에서 교감신경계가 지배적인 반면에 수면 중에는 부교감신경계가 더 활동적인 점에 착안하여 수면단계를 간단히 분류할 수 있는 방법을 찾고자 수면단계에 따른 심박동변이도(heart rate variability: HRV)를 분석하였다. 단일채널 심전도를 이용하여 수면단계별로 HRV 의 교감신경계/부교감신경계 활성도의 비율을 분석한 결과, W(wakefulness) 단계가 NREN(non REM) 2 단계, 3 단계, 4 단계에 비하여 높게 나타났으며, NREM 4 단계는 REM(rapid eye movement) 단계와 NREM 1단계에 비하여 낮게 나타났다. 또한 교감신경계/부교감신경계 활성도 비율의 수면단계에 따라 변화하는 양상은 W, REM, NREM 1, 2, 3, 4 단계의 순으로 단조 감소하였다.

The growth of the live commerce market allows you to conveniently and simply start live commerce anytime, anywhere with a smartphone. The use of smartphone services provides continuous communication and is used while feeling psychological attachment, and it leads to psychological attachment, self-consistency with consumers themselves, and self-identity. This study focuses on the motives and perceptions of consumers using live commerce. In other words, we will examine the relationship with service attachment through the moderating effect of self-efficacy and control focus tendency as consumers' personal and psychological characteristics. In other words, the tendency of regulatory focus, which determines the direction of behavior of consumers according to their motives and goals, affects the service attachment of live commerce. We believe that self-efficacy, which is personal confidence and belief that you can plan and execute on your own for the desired outcome in a given situation or task, will control this relationship. As a result of this research, consumers who highly perceive prevention focus were more likely to avoid negative consequences and pursue safety and obligations. Their attachment to live commerce services was stronger, offsetting their confidence and self-efficacy. When using live commerce services, the more they perceive that information acquisition is beneficial, the higher their belief, and self-efficacy, so service attachment, which is an emotional experience as well as a cognitive experience, is strongly formed for consumers with a preventive focus to avoid safety-seeking and negative consequences. Through the present research results, we believe that it will be helpful in operating strategies and management for companies and small business owners who want to understand the psychological behavior of consumers in using live commerce services.

최근 건설프로젝트가 대형화 복잡화됨에 따라 건설산업의 안전사고 재해자수는 매년 증가추세를 보이고 있다. 각 건설사에서 개발되어 활용하고 있는 건설안전관리시스템의 형식적인 운용과 참여자들에게 시각적인 자료 제공의 미비로 이해도가 떨어지는 시스템을 사용하고 있는 것이 주요 원인으로 분석된다. 따라서 최근 부각되어지는 증강현실시스템(Augmented Reality, AR)을 이용하여 실제 현장과 동일한 환경에서 시각화된 3D시뮬레이션을 통하여 사용자 이해도와 현장감을 높일 수 있는 시스템 개발이 요구되어진다. 본 연구에서는 건설안전관리 시스템의 효율적인 의사소통 지원이 가능하도록 개선된시각화 기술을 적용하여 "증강현실 기반 안전관리시스템"의 인터페이스 구성을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 건설안전관리의 이론적 고찰과 시스템을 분석하고, 시각화 개선을 위한 증강현실시스템을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 시각화 화면 구성요소를 조합하여 "증강현실기반 안전관리시스템의 안전대책 시뮬레이션 VIEW"를 제안하였다.
