본 논문에서는 인터넷을 이용한 멀티미디어 자동 응답 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 멀티미디어 자동 응답 시스템은 웹을 기반으로 한 클라이언트/서버 구조를 갖는다. 인터넷을 이용한 멀티미디어 자동 응답서버는 멀티미디어 자동응답안내 및 멀티미디어 디렉토리 서비스에 따라 상대방에게 전화를 걸고, 부재 시에는 음성 및 영상 메시지녹음을 통해 상대방에게 멀티미디어 메시지를 남긴다. 또한 다중 사용자의 계정 관리 및 다중 접속을 지원하며, 멀티미디어 자동 응답을 위한 멀티미디어 안내 정보 제작 도구를 제공한다. 멀티미디어 자동 응답 클라이언트는 멀티미디어 자동 응답 안내 상연 및 전화 걸기, 음성 및 영상 메시지 남기기 서비스, 수신된 메시지 확인 서비스를 제공한다.

This study analyzed the message structure of persuasive storytelling which are expressed in the official travel guide booklets of 2010 Great Chungchung visit year. The qualitative content analysis technique proposed by Creswell was used. The results were: First, travel guide booklets used '~haseyo', '~hapsida' styles to persuade the readers in friendly manners. Second, booklets used adjectives such as 'beautiful', 'delightful' to emphasize the attractiveness of tourism product and events. With those adjectives, the message sounds more subtle and emotional to the readers so that the readers will be easily persuaded. Third, booklets used the polite ways of speaking to the readers by using '~supnida', '~hapnida'. Fourth, English version of booklets lacked of storytelling structure in message.

In stateless server, if an asynchronous cache invalidation scheme attempts to support local processing of read-only transaction in mobile client/sever database systems, a critical problem may occur ; the asynchronous invalidation reports provide no guarantees of waiting time for mobile transactions requesting commit. To solve this problem, the server in our algorithm broadcasts two kind of messages, asynchronous invalidation report to reduce transaction latency and periodic guide message to avoid the uncertainty of waiting time for the next invalidation report. The asynchronous invalidation report has its own sequence number and the periodic guide message has the sequence number of the most recently broadcast asynchronous invalidation report. A mobile client checks its cache validity by using the sequence numbers of these messages.

본 논문은 개인용 전자 비서 시스템을 위한 음성사서함의 구현에 관한 것이다. 기존의 음성사서함 서비스는 단순한 메시지 축적서비스에 불과하다. 제안된 전자 비서 시스템을 위한 음성사서함은 음성 정보를 관련 데이터 베이스와 연계하여 개인정보관리시스템에 활용할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 음성의 저장과 합성에 ADPCM과 LPC 음성 부호화 방식을 적용하였고, 음악합성에는 FM 음원을 사용하였다. 개인용 컴퓨터에 확장카드 형태로 제작된 제안된 시스템의 서비스 기능은 녹음, 편집, 저장 및 재생기능, 자동발신 및 메시지 전달기능, 동보기능, 자동수신 및 부재중 안내기능, 시보안내 및 음악연주 기능, 전화번호 및 스케쥴 관리등으로 구성되었다.

최근 경주 포항 지역에 지진피해 등 대구 경북권의 잦은 재난 발생으로 인해 증대되고 있는 노후학교 건축물의 안전성 위험 문제에 대한 선제 대응이 필요한 상황이 요구되고 있다. 학교 건축물에 건물의 위험도를 파악할 수 있는 센서들을 부착하고, 실시간 모니터링을 통해 건물의 구조적 위험성을 판단한다. 건물의 위험도가 심각한 단계에 이르면 스마트폰(Smart Phone) 앱(Application)과 음성안내방송을 통해 건물의 재실자와 관리자에게 즉시 경보를 발령하며, 대피할 수 있도록 가이드를 제시 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 재난경보방송을 위한 스마트폰 애플리케이션(application)을 통해 재난 상황을 전파하고 대응할 수 있게 건물의 위험성 발생 위치정보를 제공하며 대피 안내 정보를 제공한다. 동시에 건물의 구내방송 시스템과 연계를 통해 음성 안내방송을 자동으로 수행하며, 두 가지 방식으로 재난 메시지를 전파하여 중복성을 가지고 경보 전파를 수행한다.

In this study, we design a remote broadcasting system that can output announcement to a remote place using wired/wireless telephone. The designed remote broadcasting system uses the LTE module to amplify the telephone voice received wirelessly through the amplifier and output it. Also, a text message for broadcasting can be sent to a remote broadcasting system through a wired/wireless telephone capable of transmitting a text message, and the remote broadcasting system that receives the broadcasting text message can automatically output the corresponding announcement stored in the voice device. For security reasons, the telephone number of the receiver is analyzed by a comparison algorithm so that only the administrator and registered users can use the system. At this time, the recorded announcement broadcast is outputted through the speaker only when it is confirmed as the registered user. The system designed in this study allows the user to output announcements quickly without being limited by time and place.

Smart phones can be used in parking management to receive important notifications. An infrastructure based from such approach should consider message persistence which is currently supported through push notification systems. However, the broadcast method produces high overhead when sending notifications throughout the clients. This paper uses a filtering method to prevent unnecessary message overheads. The heuristic approach selects the mobile clients with corresponding preference values based on the notification tag values. The simulation result showed that the proposed filtering method was faster in re-establishing connections and had lower message overhead compared to conventional messaging frameworks.

This paper presents a walking guidance system for blind pedestrians in an outdoor environment using just one single camera. Unlike many existing travel-aid systems that rely on stereo-vision, the proposed system aims to get necessary information of the road environment by using just single camera fixed at the belly of the user. To achieve this goal, a top-view image of the road is used, on which obstacles are detected by first extracting local extreme points and then verified by the polar edge histogram. Meanwhile, user motion is estimated by using optical flow in an area close to the user. Based on these information extracted from image domain, an audio message generation scheme is proposed to deliver guidance instructions via synthetic voice to the blind user. Experiments with several sidewalk video-clips show that the proposed walking guidance system is able to provide useful guidance instructions under certain sidewalk environments.

퇴근길에 필요한 물품을 사려고 네이트 드라이브를 가동해 근처에 할인마트를 찾았다. 네이트 드라이브에서 제공하는 방향을 따라 할인마트에 들어섰다. 핸드폰에 메시지가 도착해서 보니 그 할인마트에서 사용할 수 있는 쿠폰이 문자메시지로 날라왔다. 쿠폰을 이용해 필요한 물건을 좀더 싸게 산 다음 다시 시계를 보니 중요한 TV 프로를 봐야할 시간이 얼마 안남았다. 차에 올라타고 다시 네이트 드라이브를 가동해 가장 빠른길 안내를 받아 가까스로 늦지않게 도착했다. 미래의 얘기가 아니다. 지금도 비슷한 서비스가 제공되고 있지만, 곧 지금보다 정확하고 편리한 서비스가 우리곁에 다가올 예정이다. 정부는 9월 14일 국무회의를 열어 소방관서 등 공공구조기관이 긴급 구조요청을 받을 경우 위치정보사업자에게 개인 위치정보의 제공을 요청할 수 있도록 하는 것 등을 주요 골자로 한‘위치정보의 이용 및 보호 등에 관한 법률안(이후 LBS법)’을 제정키로 했으며, 이 법안은 9월 20일 현재 정기국회 통과를 기다리고 있다. 또 최근에 위치정보에 관한 사건이 두 가지가 발생했다. 하나는 삼성SDI 근로자들이 자신도 모르게 휴대폰 위치확인서비스를 통해 감시를 받아왔다는 것이고, 또 하나는 조난당한 등산객의 위치확인을 하지 못해 끝내 숨지는 사고가 발생했다는 것이다. 위의 두 사건은 남의 일이 아닌 우리 자신들의 일이 될 수도 있는 것이다. 이슈가 되고 있는 LBS법의 의미와 이 법이 우리 생활에 어떻게 작용할 것인지에 대해 살펴보고자 한다

본 연구는 위치정보를 기반으로 앱과 웹에 위치정보 및 경로 정보를 관리하는 코로나 대응 및 관리 시스템이다. 현재 코로나19 바이러스 때문에 많은 사람들이 언제 어디서 감염이 되었는지 모르고 어떠한 위치에 있었는지 정확히 동선 파악이 어렵다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 앱과 웹을 활용해 사용자 위치정보 저장, 문자 전송, 지도에 경로를 안내하는 시스템을 연구하였다. 매장에는 방문자 정보를 수집하는 단말기를 설치하고 수집된 정보는 웹 데이터베이스에 저장되어 웹과 앱에 코로나 관련 서비스를 제공한다. 주요기능으로는 게시판, 코로나19 정보, 환자현황, 경로 추적 정보, 메시지전송, 통계 정보를 제공한다.
