e-navigation은 해양 환경의 보호를 증진하고 바다에서의 안전과 보안을 위한 항해 및 관련서비스를 선박의 이안에서 접안에 이르기까지 향상시키기 위해 전자적인 수단으로 선박과 해상의 해양 정보에 대해 조화로운 방법으로 수집, 통합, 교환, 표현 및 분석하는 것을 말한다. 기존 안전 확보를 위한 규제의 방식을 탈피하기 위해 사고의 원인의 많은 부분을 차지하는 인간-사용자의 실수를 사전에 방지하고 또한 사용자의 편의를 증진할 수 있는 방식을 채택하고자 사용자의 요구사항을 정리하고 그에 따른 종합적인 아키텍처를 수립하여 정책, 기술 및 이를 통한 서비스를 제공하겠다는 것이 e-navigation의 근본 목적이다. 선박의 안전 운항을 위해 현재까지 제공된 선상의 시스템이나 해상에서의 서비스를 받고 있는 많은 사용자들은 보다 효율적이고 체계적인 안전 운항과 이를 지원하는 의사결정 지원을 위해 보다 향상된 기술과 성능을 갖는 새로운 도구를 갖기를 지속적으로 원하고 있으며 관련국제기구인 국제해사기구(IMO), 국제항로표지협회(IALA), IEE, ITU 등 다양한 분야의 국제기구에서 지속적으로 논의되고 있다. 이러한 국제기구의 e-Navigation에 관한 논의에 대하여 적절한 대응, 일관성을 가진 대응을 위한 방안 마련을 제시하였다.

e-Navigation requires shipboard integrated information system to manage several kinds of data on shipboard. IEC 61162-450 may be adopted for the development of such system. Based on IEC 61162-450, this paper proposes an architecture of shipboard integrated information system, and describes a developed system. The system is composed of NMEA 2000 gateway, wireless sensor gateway, database, monitoring applications. This paper also shows the feasibility of the system through some tests.

Recent advances in sensor network technology have open up challenges for its effective routing. Routing protocol receives most of the attention because routing protocols might differ depending on the application and network architecture. In the rapidly changing environment and dynamic nature of network formation efficient routing and energy consumption are very crucial. Sensor networks differ from the traditional networks in terms of energy consumption. Thus, data-centric technologies should be used to perform routing to yield an energy-efficient dissemination. By exploiting the advantages of both ant colony optimization techniques in network routing and the ability of data centric muting to organize data for delivery, our approach will cover features for building an efficient autonomous sensor network.

This paper is a review of accounts balancing time in small distributed power trading platform using blockchain technology. First, the national VPP energy management system using the AMI applied to this study is introduced and then the accounts balancing time and process of the cryptocurrency coin payment which based on the power generation of pro-consumer certified by power big data analysis in a test bed environment is discussed. Futhermore the configuration of a power Big Data analysis system with GPU Fast Big Data that applies MapD to current lambda architecture is also introduced.

This paper describes the quality attributes of an integrated simulation software for weapon systems named Advanced distributed simulation environment(AddSIM). AddSIM is developed as a key enabler for Defense Modeling & Simulation(M&S) systems which simulate battlefields and used for battle experiments, analyses, military exercises, training, etc. AddSIM shall provide a standard simulation framework of the next Defense M&S systems. Therefore AddSIM shall satisfy not only functional but also quality requirements such as availability, modifiability, performance, testability, usability, and others. AddSIM consists of operating softwares of hierarchical components including graphical user interface, simulation engines, and support services(natural environment model, math utility, etc.), and separated weapon system models executable on the operating softwares. The relation between software architectures and their quality attributes are summarized from previous works. And the AddSIM architecture and its achievements in the aspect of quality attributes are reviewed.

전 산업분야의 변화 사이클이 짧은 격변의 시대에 공공부문의 IT는 "정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률"에 따라 구축되고 운영되고 있으며, 정부의 국정기조 아래 각 기관 조직의 전략실행 수단으로 활용되고 있으며 조직목표 달성에 기여하고자 EA를 구축하고 있다. 또한 조직의 통 폐합 등 변화에 따라 기존에 운영되고 있는 시스템 및 서비스들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 작은 예산을 통하여 적기에 빠르게 모형이 표준화되고 EA 지원시스템에 목표 아키텍처로 등록되며 현행화 되는 구조개선 작업이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 새 정부 출범시마다 변화되는 주변 환경에 따라 해당조직의 통 폐합 과정에서 추진한 지난 정부에서의 사례 제시를 통하여, 민간과 다른 특성을 가지고 프로세스의 변화에 능동적으로 대응이 어려우며 현업의 참여가 소극적인 특성을 가진 공공기관에 적합한 EA 현행화와 구조개선 사례를 제공하고 이것을 바탕으로 다른 유사 공공기관들의 업무에 활용이 가능하도록 제안 한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경을 기반으로 하는 비즈니스 생명주기는 직접적인 어플리케이션이나 서비스의 구현을 포함해서, 기획, H/W나 S/W 프로비저닝, 운용 및 관리, 평가와 같은 과정을 요구한다. 이 모든 과정은 다양한 형태의 비즈니스 자산들을 필요로 하면서, 또 다른 새로운 자산들을 만들어낸다. 반복되는 비즈니스 생명주기에서 생성된 비즈니스 자산의 재사용성을 극대화할 수 있다면, 신속하고 효과적인 클라우드 기반의 비즈니스를 추구할 수 있는데, 이러한 과정의 중심에는 효과적인 레포지토리의 구축이 우선된다. 이에 본 논문은 클라우드기반 비즈니스 시스템의 특징을 살펴보고, 비즈니스 생명주기의 각 단계에서 요구되는 레포지토리의 요구사항을 분석하여 적합한 메타데이터 및 데이터 아키텍처를 설계하고 제안하고자 한다. 또한, 오픈소스 시스템을 통해 제안하는 시스템의 활용가능성을 확인하고자 한다.

국내 금융권의 비즈니스와 운영환경에 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 따라서 생존을 위한 경쟁력을 높이고 지속적인 성장점의 확보와 계속되는 변화에 따른 위험에 대한 대응능력이 한계점에 도달한 상황은 차세대 시스템의 도입을 요구하게 되었다. 이러한 차세대 시스템을 도입하면서 기업의 단위업무 또는 기능 위주의 정보화 추진이 아닌 전체적인 관점에서의 정보화가 추진되어야 한다. 더욱이 종합적인 정보화 마스터플랜의 필요성과 정보시스템 또는 서비스의 중복 개발문제, 시스템 간의 상호운용성, 정보시스템의 복잡도 증가로 인한 정보자원 관리의 어려움 등으로 EA(Enterprise Architecture)의 도입이 불가결해지고 있다. 하지만 범정부 차원에서 시행된 EA 개발 방법을 금융권에 적용하기에는 어려움이 따르고 있다. 본 논문은 금융권을 위한 EA 프로세스 개발을 위한 선행 연구로서 금융권에 EA를 도입하기 위해 일반적인 EA 개발 프로세스에 대해 알아보고, 대표적인 EA 개발 방법론을 비교분석하여 금융권의 특성에 맞는 EA 개발 프로세스에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

최근 소형 무인비행장치(UAV; unmaned aerial vehicle)인 드론을 이용한 신산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 국외에서는 이미 드론을 이용한 농업관리와 물류배송, 공공부문 모니터링 등 다양한 산업 분야의 드론 이용을 적극 장려하고 있다. 드론 이용에 관한 관심도가 높아짐에 따라 국내외적으로 드론 응용 관련 기술 개발과 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있지만, 국내에서는 환경모니터링과 시설물 점검 등 일부 제한적으로 활용되고 있다. 국내에서는 2024년까지 드론 응용서비스로 확장되는 산업 변화에 대응, DNA(Data, Network, AI) 기술을 접목한 새로운 개방형 플랫폼 구축을 목표로 기술개발 및 산업 육성을 촉진하고 있다. 이러한 국내 기술 개발 방향에 맞추어 드론과 첨단기술을 이용한 하천조사와 관련해 드론을 연계한 하천관리 플랫폼 개발의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 드론 기반 하천조사 및 모니터링 수행을 위한 하천관리 운영플랫폼 개발을 목표로 국내외 요소기술을 분석하고 기술수준을 조사했다. 특히, 드론 기반 하천관리에 필요한 임무를 영역별로 분리해 요소기술 기반의 플랫폼 서비스를 정의하고 하천관리 부문 개방형 플랫폼 구축을 위한 시스템 구성 및 운영에 필요한 요소기술을 선정했다. 최종적으로 선정된 플랫폼 서비스와 요소기술을 기초로 시스템 적용방안을 검토하고 하천관리 운영플랫폼 구축을 위한 시스템 아키텍처를 정의 및 설계했다.

Many firms are utilizing the Internet and various information technologies to effectively manage their business operations with a goal of gaining a competitive advantage in the rapidly changing business environments. Today, the business is characterized as digital economy where information freely flows and business processes are improved with the use of information technologies. Internet technology is playing a key role in transforming the organization and creating new business models. It has become the infrastructure of choice for electronic commerce because it provides process efficiency, cost reduction, and open standards that can easily be adopted by different organizations. Here, the vast amount of data and information slow among the related parties and security issues are very critical matter of research interests by academicians and practitioners. In this research, we address the importance of security framework in managing the data shared among the related parties in the e-business and suggest the security architecture for effectively supporting the needs of e-business in an organization. This research provides valuable contributions both in academics and industry in terms of how security framework and architecture should be set in order to provide the necessary e-business.
