As the indigenous history of the city gets recorded and today's history is lively reflected as it draws breath, the city will have its own symbolic images. This study is to show the new city archives of building direction by the status survey and analysis of the city archives based on theoretical study in respect of the comprehension of the characteristics of the city and the need to archive. To this end, the city of Seoul, Busan, and Wonju, was surveyed and were given the suggestion it should efficiently build its city archive based on the results of its analysis.

Multichannel seismic survey has conducied along the South Scotia Ridge which is located in the northern part of Weddell sea, Antarctic sea, The South Scotia Ridge is part of continental crust extended from Antarctic Peninsula. It borders on Oceanic plates, the Scotia sea plate and Powell basin. Transtensional tectonics along the sinistral transform fault plate boundary led to the creation of the present tectonic geomorphology of the South Scotia Ridge. The fan-shaped deposits with angular unconformities in the central depression is interpreted as a divergent tectonic movement along the ridge.

New-tro is emerging as a new trend affecting the game industry. In this regard, this study analyzed on korean game archiving where need is emphasized. As a result, korean game archiving lacks consistency and validity due to the absense of methodology. Therefore this study conducts a preliminary study of building a game archiving methodology. First, this study analyzed the discourse of archiving science, including Documentation strategy, and the study of cultural content archiving in other fields. Then by applying it to korean game archiving, this study embodies game archiving methodology.

As the amount of information increases explosively with the development of society, the need for a digital archive has emerged in order to maintain information efficiently. There is a current standard of digital archive is OAIS(Open Archival Information System) reference model. OAIS reference model is mainly interested in long-term preservation and concerned about comprehensive content. This paper propose digital archive workflow that is used not only for long-term preservation but also for the efficient utilization with the image data. The OAIS reference model and the metadata standard should be added surge information to build a digital archive. Therefore we propose metadata model should be managed based on multi-level classes not only for effective digital image archive but also for utilization.

신선야채를 섭취한 후 타액에 분비되는 아질산 함량 변화를 관찰하여 채소와 육제품 소비에 대한 안전성을 평가하는 자료로 제시하고자 하였다. 건강한 20-40대 성인 남녀를 대조군, 야채 제한섭취군, 자유섭취군 등의 3 군으로 나누어 하루동안 실험식이를 섭취하도록 한 후 타액의 아질산 농도를 측정하였다. 하루 동안 김치와 야채, 염지육제품 등 질산과 아질산 함유 식품을 섭취하지 않은 대조군의 경우 식전 타액의 아질산 농도는 1.93 ppm으로 매우 낮았으며, 식후 1 시간과 3 시간에도 각각 2.79 및 2.54 ppm으로 큰 변화가 없었다. 대조구와 같이 하루 동안 김치와 야채를 비롯한 질산과 아질산 함유 식품 섭취를 제한한 야채 제한섭취군도 식전 타액의 아질산 농도는 3.24 ppm으로 비교적 낮은 값을 보였으나 점심으로 야채 쌈밥을 섭취한 후 1 시간과 3 시간에는 28.3과 33.05 ppm으로 매우 높았다. 타액 채취 전 하루 동안 일상적인 식사를 자유롭게 섭취한 자유섭취군의 경우는 식전 타액 아질산 함량이 7.91 ppm으로 비교적 높은 값을 보였으며, 야채 쌈밥 식사 후 1 시간과 3 시간 후에는 21.51과 28.37 ppm으로 증가하였다.

Current electronic journals subscription model based on license purchasing faces a dilemma of uncertainty in securing the perpetual access to the e-journal content that was once licensed and paid. In order to avoid future risks of suspended services this study addresses a digital archiving model and recommends a practical strategies for building a digital archive suitable for Korean library society by analyzing all of both expected problemic issues and success factors in performing the project.

이 연구의 목적은 치수 및 치근단 조직의 감염의 주요 원인들이 Porphyromonas endodontalis의 LPS가 치주인대 섬유아세포의 MCP-1 MIP-1α 그리고 RANTES의 생성에 미치는 영향을 관찰함으로써 치근단 염중의 발병에서 섬유아세포의 역할을 알아보는 것이다. 혐기성 조건에서 배양한 P. endodontalis와 E. coil의 LPS를 추출, 정제한 후, 치주인대 섬유아세포 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10ug/ml 농도의 P. endodontalis와 E. coil의 LPS로 12, 24, 48시간 동안 자극하였다. MCP-1, MIP-1α 그리고 RANTES의 단백질 농도는 ELISA를 이용하여 분석하였다. 이연구의 결과는 아래와 같다. 1. P. endodontalis의 LPS로 자극시킨 치주인대 섬유아세포에서 분비된 MCP-1의 수준은 시간과 농도에 비례하여 증가하였다. 2.E.coil의 LPS로 자극시킨 치주인대 섬유아세포에서 분비된 MCP-1의 양도 시간에 비례하여 증가함을 보였다. 이는 P. endodontalis LPS보다 통계적으로 유의성있게 많은 양을 나타냈다.(p<0.05) 3. 치주인대 섬유아세포에서 MIP-1α 과 RANTES는 거의 분비되지 않았다. 이 연구에서 세균의 LPS로 자극시 치주인대 섬유아세포 MCP-1의 강한 발현은 만성 치근단 염증의 초기에 단핵세포와 대식세포의 recruitment를 증가시키는 것고 관련되어지는 것으로 보인다.

This article argued for the need for a transformation of archives system and archival science through a review of the archival circles' discussion of dismantling and reconstructing the current national archive system. By sharply contrasting the cases of civil society 'archiving activities' with the cases of 'national archive sites', we attempted to present solutions to the current archive system from a micro perspective. In this process, the need for a shift in archival research methodology centered on archival materials was derived in relation to the deepening of awareness of archival information organization and hierarchical description to ensure archive accessibility and the meaning of policy shift.

Aziridine derivatives were utilized for the formation of aziridine N-oxides at low temperature, which were subject to easy decomposition and/or rearrangement like the protonated aziridines at room temperature. t-Butyl nitroso compound formed by the decomposition of N-oxide is easily characterized by its blue color and it is the major product in case that no branched alkyl groups are substituted on the carbon atoms of the aziridine ring and the stationary groups on the nitrogen are inert to rearrange the oxide such as the t-butyl group. The oxidative rearrangement products, however, are mainly formed when the substituents are methyl or ethyl group on the carbon atoms. It is interesting to see that the sigmatropic rearrangement of 2-ethyl aziridine gave only cis olefinic compound selectively in case that t-butyl group was substituted on the nitrogen, whereas N-hydroxy aziridine compounds were formed exclusively when t-butyl group was replaced with ethyl group.
