For given the importance of elementary school students developing the ability to solve problems using artificial intelligence (AI), problem-solving abilities should be developed using AI along with education to develop problem-solving abilities. Such students need a form that allows them to understand the concepts and principles of AI and to be easily educated in a fun way to understand basic understanding of how AI works. To this end, this study planned an 8-hour AI convergence program and operated based on self-driving cars, demonstrating that it was effective in improving elementary school students' problem-solving abilities, creativity, and AI understanding. As a result of operating the camp, students' understanding of AI was 3.56 (standard deviation 0.85), 4.00 (standard deviation 0.71), and t-value was -5.412 (p<0.001), indicating statistically improved understanding of AI, and high satisfaction and interest of students. In the future, it will be necessary to develop an educational program that allows elementary school students to devise their own ideas and create products to which AI models can be applied.
In this paper, we investigate how the online voting system can be a trust-based system from a technical perspective. Under four principles of voting, we finely evaluate the existing belief that offline voting is safer and more reliable than online voting based on procedural processes, technical principles. Many studies have suggested the ideas for implementing online voting system, but they have not attempted to strictly examine the technologies of online voting system from the perspective of voting requirements, and usually verification has been insufficient in terms of practical acceptance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how the technologies are utilized to meet the demanding requirements of voting based on the technologies proven in the field. In addition to general data encryption, online voting requires more technologies for preventing data manipulation and verifying voting results. Moreover, high degree of confidentiality is required because voting data should not be exposed not only to outsiders but also to managers or the system itself. To this end, the security techniques such as Blind Signature, Bit Delegation and Key Division are used. In the case of blockchain-based voting, Mixnet and Zero-Knowledge Proof are required to ensure anonymity. In this study, the current status of the online voting system is analyzed based on the field system that actually serves. This study will enhance our understanding on online voting security technologies and contribute to build a more trust-based voting mechanism.
It can be said that it has various effects on the organization depending on the leadership of the boss, including the CEO, who is the main agent of management. In this study, Servant Leadership is the subject of research, and the concept of Servant Leadership is established as Servant Leadership, in which subordinates who are members of a corporate organization perceive their bosses in the course of performing their duties. In this study, we examined the impact of Servant leadership on job satisfaction and non-financial organizational performance, analyzed the impact of Servant leadership on subordinates, and analyzed the mediated effects of ethics in relation to Servant leadership and job performance. The subjects of this study conducted a survey of 300 workers at small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide from March 15 to April 20, 2021, and used 273 data as empirical analysis data. Data analysis uses the SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 Statistical Analysis programs. Research has shown that Servant leadership is affecting job satisfaction and non-financial organizational performance. These results are absolutely necessary for management practice in various ways, such as strengthening servant leadership, to enhance job satisfaction and non-financial organizational performance, so it is necessary to develop and implement a program to feel unity with the organization. Therefore, organizational leaders need to create new ideas and actions to suit their objectives. To do so, it suggests that it is important to create a horizontal organizational structure in which fresh views can be derived rather than a vertical organizational structure that follows only the command system.

The advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), along with the expansion of government and private investment in startup discovery and funding, has led to the emergence of startups seeking to generate outstanding results based on innovative ideas. As successful startups serve as role models, the number of aspiring entrepreneurs preparing to launch their own startups continues to increase. However, unlike entrepreneurs who challenge themselves with serial entrepreneurship after experiencing success, early-stage startups face various challenges such as team building, technology development, and fundraising. Accelerators play a dual role of mentor and investor by providing education, mentoring, consulting, network connection, and initial investment activities to help startups overcome various challenges they face and facilitate their growth. This study investigated whether there is a correlation between the characteristics of startups and their entrepreneurial performance, and analyzed whether accelerators mediate the relationship between startup characteristics and entrepreneurial performance. A total of 11 hypotheses were proposed, and a survey was conducted on 302 startup founders and employees located across the country, including the metropolitan area, for empirical research. SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 were used for statistical analysis. Through this study, it was found that factors such as innovation, organizational culture, financial characteristics, and learning orientation among the characteristics of startups, rather than having a direct impact on entrepreneurial performance, are linked to entrepreneurial performance through the role of accelerators. By analyzing the impact factors of startup characteristics on entrepreneurial performance, this study presents research on the role of accelerators and provides institutional improvements. It is expected to contribute to the expansion of investment and differentiated acceleration programs, enabling startups to seize the market and grow stably in the market.

R&D projects for product development are crucial for ventures' growth and success. Current study summarizes existing studies that identify the relationship between startup ventures' R&D department, R&D investment, and R&D cooperation on product development performance, and highlights the effects of business model as well as the roles of R&D activities for product development project that have been traditionally emphasized. In order to consider the effects of business models that were not previously available, the effects of these factors on product development performance were comprehensively analyzed. The research results with 180 venture cases surveyed on venture companies in the growth stage in Korea, showed that the effect of product development project activities measured by R&D department, R&D investment and R&D cooperation on product development performance is not evident. However, the effect of business model on product development time and product development performance measured by product innovation was confirmed. In particular, it was found that the clarity and uniqueness of the business model interacted with the R&D investment to shorten the product development time and directly increase the innovativeness of the developed product. Based on these analysis results, the implications of this study, limitations of the study, and the future research directions were described.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of a visual-analogical learning model based on theoretical research on visual thinking and analogical learning. To examine the effect of visual-analogical learning, both an experimental group and a control group were selected from 6th graders at H elementary school in Yeonsugu, Incheon and tested on creativity and science achievement Results of this study showed as that visual-analogical learning produced statistically significant differences for changes in student creativity, For the individual components of creativity; openness, fluency, and originality, results showed greater increases for the experimental group, whereas flexibility showed only statistically significant differences. In regards to science achievement, the experimental group showed a bigger increase than the control group, but these findings were statistically nonsignificant For changes to creativity in the group divided according to creativity score, this instructional method was more effective in the middle and lower group than the higher group, An investigation of attitude, revealed a positive student reaction students felt these science classes to be more interesting than previous science classes. Moreover, students wanted to create new innovative product themselves.

The purpose of this study was to analyze physics problem solving processes according to students' cognitive style in the area of 'Force and Motion' at high school level. Students who have already learned t e area of 'Force and Motion' during the first semester of the 10th grade have taken physics test and cognitive style test to choose students who have basic knowledge of physics and reflective or impulsive style. Four students who got over 19 points in the cognitive style test were selected as reflective students, and another four students who got below 12 points were selected as impulsive students. After explaining the purpose and procedure of this study, think-aloud method was introduced to the students, and the students practiced it. After that, the students solved three quantitative and qualitative problems each. Then, the questionnaire on the belief system on physics and physics problem solving and prerequisite knowledge test were also administered. By recording the students' problem solving processes, protocol was made and analyzed. After solving the problems, the students expressed their confidence, intimacy, and preference on each problem by the five point Likert scale. Impulsive students tended to succeed in solving more problems, less intimate, and more spontaneous and positive in seeking alternative solution when confronted with unacquainted problems. On the other hand, reflective students used more time in executing the problems even without planning, and used more time in solving problems and verification. Whether making effective plan or not was important rather than how much time they used in the planning step. In addition, repeating steps were more likely shown to impulsive students; they tended to be attached to their first idea.

The purposes of this study were to examine the characteristics of teacher help in small group Thinking Science(TS) activities and analyze the way students respond to teacher help. For this study, twenty-four 5th grade and twenty-four 7th grade students were selected, to undertake TS activities. Out of the 8 activities students participated in, the verbal interactions in activity 4 and 6, by students in four small groups, which incorporated relatively active argumentation was analyzed. Students' cognitive level was identified through a science reasoning task and the students were grouped heterogeneously according to their cognitive level. This study showed that teachers predominately used simple confirmation questions in preference to metacognitive question. Also, teacher help varied according to one's personal traits, work experience and degree of activity recognition. It was discovered that when the teacher provided student appropriate metacognitive questions and sufficient feedback, students actively engaged in argumentation. On the other hand, when the teacher asked simple confirmation questions and interfered in the activity, students did not participate in argumentation actively.

The purpose of this study is to design an effective innovation model for communication-centered public services, based on the case of Korea Midland Power Co., Ltd (KOMIPO). This study analyzed customer and employee participation activities at KOMIPO, focusing on communication activities to derive the best practices. The study comprised of the following stages: (1) Preparation stage to assess the current situation and promote change management; (2) Problem-solving stage for improving public services; (3) Problem-solving stage for improving work processes; (4) Problem-solving stage for strengthening collaboration, and (5) Design stage for an innovation model. Based on the results of this study, an innovation model was developed for public services by applying the double-diamond design process. The proposed model presents a process structure, which is derived through an iterative process of primary divergence (discovery) and convergence (definition), and secondary divergence (development) and convergence (delivery). This study also proposed the possibility of applying the Idea-Power-Plant activities of KOMIPO's best practices to the proposed model. While this study proposed an innovation model for communication-centered public services through the analysis of a specific public company, the results of the study provide broad insights for effective operations management through efficient communication based on the participation of customers and employees in public institutions.

The importance of hydrogen fuel cells continues to be emphasized, and there is a growing demand for education and training in this field. Among various educational environments, metaverse education is opening a new era of change in the global education industry, especially to adapt to remote learning. The most significant change that the metaverse has brought to education is the shift from one-way, instructor-centered, and static teaching approaches to multi-directional and dynamic ones. It is expected that the metaverse can be effectively utilized in hydrogen fuel cell engineer education, not only enhancing the effectiveness of education by enabling learning and training anytime, anywhere but also reducing costs associated with engineering education.In this research, inspired by these ideas, we are designing a fuel cell education platform. We have created a platform that combines theoretical and practical training using the metaverse. Key aspects of this research include the development of educational training content to increase learner engagement, the configuration of user interfaces for improved usability, the creation of environments for interacting with objects in the virtual world, and support for convergence services in the form of digital twins.
