In order to infer whether the Special Act on the Punishment of Child Abuse Crimes, etc. actually brought about a change in the social perception shared about child abuse in our society, we used big data to examine the change in the perception of child abuse by the public. This study selected 'child abuse' as the keyword and collected and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, before the implementation of the Special Act in 2013, the words "china" are kindergarten, teacher, body, problem, reporting obligation and neglect compared to the following. After the implementation of the special law, daycare centers, incidents, eradication, campaigns, domestic violence and preventive education were newly introduced. Second, the interconnection of key words in the previous picture of 2013 shows that the left group focuses on measures to introduce to prevent child abuse while the right group consists of keyword intended to view child abuse in conjunction with domestic violence. They are still seen as a group of divorces, discipline, neglect and parental education, which they still perceive as a family problem. Since the implementation of the Special Act in 2013, it will be divided into four groups, and the top group will be highlighted by the keyword related to child abuse cases, part of suspected cases and awareness of child abuse. In addition, the Act on the Special Cases of Child Abuse and the Child Protection Agency clearly appear as a child protection system.
The purpose of this study is to suggest the revision direction of the Korean Child Welfare Law based on the results of the comparative analysis on the Korean Child Welfare Law and the Japanese Child Welfare Law. The main results are: Both laws have only two provisions about children's participation right. The child protective system in Japan secures the swiftness of within-two-months period of temporary protection through the child consulting center, the investigation right by the child welfare worker, publicity, enforcement on the parents' rights, and the network with the nearest child supporting center. Furthermore, those provisions with the notifying obligation by a finder of the child who needs protection and the limit of protection period are guaranteed in order to ensure the effectiveness of law enforcement. However, Korean child protective system functions only as pre-substitutive service. While the provisions for the disability children account for 21.2% of the total Japanese law, there is no provision on that in the Korean law. The Japanese law is substantially different from the Korean law in a sense that it obligates the minimum quality criteria of child service and national financial burden on the child welfare. While the Japanese law clearly stipulates the national responsibility in relation to the degree of the rights, the Korean law does not directly touch upon it. Furthermore, the Japan's law guarantees that not only children but also protectors retain the right to choose and apply for services.
It is the purpose of this study to propose improvement options and guidance methods for public design around elementary schools from the perspective of child friendly cities. The study first takes the Convention on the Rights of the Child as a benchmark, and integrates relevant United Nations documents on child friendly cities and those on child friendly cities in Shenzhen to derive five principles of public design around child friendly schools, namely, safe environment, protective measures, pedestrian friendly environment, independent environment for going out, convenient and fun environment. Subsequently, this study investigates the public design of 25 elementary schools in Futian District, Shenzhen, China, evaluates the quality level of public design according to the five principles, and points out the problems that exist in public design with lower quality level. Furthermore, in response to the existing problems of public design around elementary schools in Shenzhen, this study improves them from three aspects: public space, public facilities and public media design. More importantly, the design reinforces the safety and child protection of the environment, facilitates children's walking and independent going out, and provides a convenient and fun design that meets the physical and psychological needs of children, designed to be child-friendly. Not only does this design provide guidance for the construction of the environment around the elementary school in Shenzhen, but also provides guidelines for the construction of a child-friendly city in Shenzhen.

Second, 1.29 million children (11.9%) are living in condition of housing poverty below minimum resident standard and are concentrated in certain areas. Third, the policy on housing poverty of domestic child is almost absent and focuses on the elderly, young people. this study discussed political and practical solutions based on these research results. On the basis of these research results, as policy suggestions we proposed housing policy making based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, evidence-based housing policy enforcement and, residential policy suggestions under the responsibility of central government, and as practical suggestions community working as the subject and related agency's solidarity from prevention activity of housing poverty and child advocacy point and we discussed way for issue and analyzed related laws, policies, commitments.

Objective: The aim of the present study was to develop and validate a recognition scale for childcare teachers' rights. Methods: Statistical methods for data analysis involved the use of SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. To confirm the reliability and validity of the developed scale, various analyses, including item quality assessment, item discrimination, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis, were conducted. The maximum likelihood estimation method was employed for model fitting. Goodness of fit was assessed using SRMR, RMSEA and its 90% confidence interval, CFI, and TLI. Through these analyses, the scale's reliability and validity exceeded the standard. Consequently, 5 factors and 30 questions were ultimately selected as the recognition scale for childcare teachers' rights. Results: First, a recognition scale for childcare teachers' rights was developed to reflect changes in childcare settings. Second, an objective measurement was incorporated into the recognition scale of childcare teachers' rights.
