In this paper, we consider the comparisons of the personal preferences of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and conjoint analysis (CA) which contain very relatively small number of alternatives. However, a direct performance comparison is not easy because these two methods have a much different process to achieve the final decision. Therefore, we adopt a validity and reference method with empirical case study for cosmetics preference of female college students. In case study, conjoint analysis has the merit of measuring internal validity; however, AHP has the merit of measuring predictive validity.

수소를 기반으로 하는 신재생에너지의 생산, 관리 및 이용 시스템을 연계하여 운전하는 Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 국내 도서 선정은 지자체별 이해관계와 지역발전계획에 따라 첨예한 논란을 수반할 소지가 있다. 입지 선정 절차상에서 예비후보지 선정과정이 형식적이거나 입지선정기준이 없어 입지선정을 위한 평가항목, 평가기준, 항목별 배점 등이 분석자의 의도에 따라 조정될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 또한 각 지역에 대한 입지선정을 위한 기준이 있다 하더라도 추상적이거나 객관적이지 않은 기준이 많아 입지선정에 직접 적용하기 어렵고, 자연환경, 사회경제, 법제, 입지조건, 부하특성, 지자체 호응 등 인자들의 평가의 형평성이 결여될 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 의사결정도구로 이용되는 계층분석법(AHP)을 입지선정절차에 적용하였다. 객관적인 정보가 제공 가능한 평가항목을 설정하고, 관련 전문가들의 설문조사를 통하여 주관적인 중요도 결과를 취합하였다. 이 결과를 계층분석법을 활용하여 평가항목별 가치를 측정하여 가중치를 부여하였고, Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 후보도서의 순위를 제시하였다.

This study aimed to find major issues on negotiations of the BTL project, to analysis the degree, and to investigate the underlying cause and propose solutions. Data were collected from authorities in charge and the companies which have participated in BTL projects. Also, the weights of major issues were analyzed using Analytic Hierarchy Process method(AHP), which uses pair-wise comparison between variables, and the degree of them were listed in the quantitative way. As a result, 4 part had each 2 reasons and others had one reason among 6 negotiation parts of first step. In addition, the solutions were indicated.

물산업은 인구증가, 기후변화에 따른 물부족 심화, 수질오염 등으로 21세기를 선도할 블루골드(Blue Gold) 산업으로 부상하고 있다. 또한 수자원 개발, 상하수도, 산업용수 등 전반적인 물산업 분야의 성장이 예측되며, 특히 담수화 시장은 가뭄과 같은 물부족에 대한 항구적인 대안으로서 빠른 성장이 기대되고 있는 시장이다. 글로벌 물시장은 2017년 기준 약 800조원으로 매우 큰 시장이지만 같은 기간 한국의 물시장은 14조원 규모로 12위에 불과했다. 글로벌 물시장에 비해 국내 물시장의 규모가 작고, 공공성과 보수성이 큰 물산업의 특성상 국내 물산업 기업들의 영세화가 가속화 되고 있는 상황이다. 혁신적인 신규 벤처기업들은 그 자체로 국가의 경제성장에 동력을 제공할 뿐 아니라 기존 대기업들까지도 혁신시킬 수 있는 새로운 아이디어와 방안의 보고로 중대한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 공기업을 필두로 물산업 내 창업기업을 통해 정체되어 있는 국내 물산업을 활성화하고자 하는 여러 노력들이 진행되고 있으나, 물산업의 혁신을 위해선 산업 내 창업기업에 대한 민간 투자가 필수적이다. 하지만 물산업은 타 산업에 비해 창업기업이 적고 급속한 성장이 어렵기 때문에 투자자들이 선호하지 않는 산업 중 하나이다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존 투자자들을 대상으로 진행된 투자결정요인에 대한 연구를 AHP 분석을 활용하여 물산업 창업기업을 대상으로 진행하고자 한다. 선행연구를 통해 도출된 투자결정요인을 토대로 쌍대비교 설문지를 제작하여 물산업 창업기업 대표들에게 설문을 진행하고 AHP 분석을 통해 창업기업이 보는 투자자의 관점과 기존 연구된 투자자의 관점과의 차이를 비교해보고자 한다.

the reduction of the interior nosie level has been the main interest of NVH engineers in the development of vehicles. However, the consumer's perception on the car noise is affected largely by the psychoacoustic characteristics of the noise, as well as the sound pressure level. In this study, the quality of the vehicle interior nosie is analyzed by employing the subjective evaluations and by representing them in temrs of the objective quantities. The subjective evaluatins were performed for the seven vehicles in the range of subcompact to luxury cars. The methods of paired comparisons and semantic differential were used to study the preference, the quality of interior noise and their correlation. The linear regression models were obtained for the subjective evaluation and the sound quality metrics.

급변하는 동북아 항만물류환경 속에서 부산항이 동북아 물류중심지로 발전할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해서 SWOT/AHP 분석을 이용하여 부산지역 항만물류클러스터를 둘러싸고 있는 대내외적인 환경 중 중요한 요인들을 파악하여 각 요인들에 대해 쌍대비교 평가를 수행한 후 우선순위를 도출하여 부산지역 항만물류클러스터를 발전시킬 수 있는 전략적 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 도출된 우선순위를 바탕으로 전략수립의 단계는 제시하였지만, 전략별 세부추진방안은 구체적으로 제시하지 못하여 차후 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

This paper presents a method of designing a Bit-Serial Reed-Solomon encoder using Berlekamp's Bit-Serial Multiplier Algorithm and the implementation of the (255, 223) Bit-Serial Reed-Solomon encoder using TTL logics. It is shown from these results that this encoder require substanitially less hardware than the convenional Reed-Solomon encoders.

When frequency domain high amplitude impulse is inserted before IFFT in OFDM transmitter, the PAPR of OFDM signal in tme domain can be effectively reduced. In this paper, the degree of PAPR improvement of OFDM communication system with CQAM subcarrier modulation is analysed by adopting impulse insertion technique before IFFT of transmitter. Furthermore, it is verified that additional PAPR performance improvement can be obtained by finding optimum position of impulse insertion for maximizing PAPR reduction.

가스하이드레이트의 국내 부존 가능성이 확인됨에 따라 가스하이드레이트 개발기술 및 부존 정보의 확보를 위한 가스하이드레이트 연구개발사업이 추진 중에 있다. 가스하이드레이트 개발사업과 같은 국가주도 연구개발사업의 경우 사업의 타당성 확보와 효율적인 추진을 위해서 사업 및 개발기술의 가치를 객관적으로 평가해야 할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가스하이드레이트 개발사업의 가치평가를 위한 주요 속성들을 결정하고 속성별 쌍대비교를 통해 중요도를 도출 할 수 있는 Fuzzy AHP 방법론을 사용하여 상대적 가중치를 도출하였다 연구 결과 가스하이드레이트 개발사업 및 기술의 가치는 상위계층으로 직접가치와 유발가치로 나눌 수 있고, 하위계층으로 총 8개의 속성으로 분류 할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 중요도 분석결과 가스하이드레이트를 직접 개발함으로써 얻을 수 있는 개발가치가 사업시행으로 인한 탐사개발 기술의 확보로 유발되는 가치보다 높은 중요도를 가지는 것으로 평가 되었다. 또한 개발가치의 세부항목 중에는 에너지 안보 증진 효과가, 유발가치의 세부항목 중에는 인력양성효과가 가장 중요한 가치평가 요소로 나타났다

In this paper, we estimate the Translog cost function in Korean manufacturing, using capital (K), labor (L), material (M), electricity (E), fuel (F) data over the period from 1970 to 2005. Especially, this paper investigates the impact of imposing concavity in the estimation of a Translog cost function. Although the value of log-likelihood is somewhat reduced in a concavity imposed function rather than a function which is not, a concavity imposed function satisfies regularity conditions (monotonicity, positivity, concavity) at all data points. We also calculate price elasticities using a concavity imposed Translog cost function. Electricity complements capital so electricity demand increases as capital demand increases. Meanwhile, electricity substitutes labor, fuel, and material. These results show that Korean manufacturing experienced a structural change of increase in electricity demand.
