  • 최근 통신서비스 시장 전반적인 성장정체와 경쟁 심화의 영향으로 주요 통신서비스 사업자들은 '고객만족'을 경영의 핵심요소로 설정하고, 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 이는 신규가입 자 유치가 쉽지 않은 상태에서 고객만족도가 하락할 경우, 결과적으로 가입자 이탈로 이어져 단순한 기업 이미지 하락차원을 벗어나 사업자의 수익에도 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것을 반영하고 있다 이와 관련, 과거의 요금이나 마케팅 차원에서의 가입자 기반 강화 노력에서 탈피해서 서비스 품질에 대한 근본적인 개선과 가입자의 욕구를 미리 파악, 서비스를 제공함으로써 가입자 불만을 최소화하려는 움직임이 증가하고 있다. 특히, 2002년 9월 정보통신부 주도로 초고속인터넷 서비스를 중심으로 서비스수준협약(SLA: Service Level Agreement) 제도가 도입된 이후 아직까지는 제도, 정책, 환경 등의 측면에서 초보적인 수준을 벗어나지는 못 하고 있지만, 통신사업자 입장에서는 점차 증가하는 가입자의 불만에 대응책과 경쟁 사업자 대비 차별화 방안 모색의 필요성 증가로 인해 그 활용도가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 통신서비스에 대한 SLA 제도 도입과 관련해서 SLA 제도에 대한 사용자의 반응을 파악, 향후 품질보장형 네트워크의 구축, 사용자의 고품질 서비스에 대한 요구 증대, 사용자 보호정책 강화 푸진 등에 따른 통신사업자 입장에서 참고할 만한 사항을 제시 하고자 한다.

The Analysis of Reflect Level according to Reflect Journal in HW Design Learning based on Online Simulation (온라인 시뮬레이션 기반 HW설계 학습에서 성찰일지 내용에 따른 성찰수준 분석)

  • In this study, for the purpose of reflection level analysis of high school students in HW design learning which is based on online simulation, we carried out 5 lessons of HW learning and analyzed there reflection levels for 5 individual time of reflection content. The reflection level analysis results for each time of learning shows that the reflection level of the $3^{rd}$ time learning of D-Flip Flop is the highest score with 1.23. The correlation analysis result between the reflection contents presents that high positive correlation between learning content and task resolving method(r=.781, p<.01), and negative design correlation between task resolving method and alternative resolving method. The HW learning satisfaction survey result shows 4.2, and most of the participant students provided opinions that the HW design learning is required and current learning contents is a bit difficult to follow. We could recognize HW design learning is required to have composition of curriculum with basic and advanced contents, and on-off lines combined.

A Comparative Study on the Poverty Trend and Driving Factors in Welfare States (복지국가의 빈곤 추세와 변화요인에 관한 비교연구)

  • Since the 1980s, the western welfare states have experienced a wide spectrum of socio-economic changes; changes in population composition, the economic globalization, the post-industrialization, an increasing flexibility in the labor market. etc. This study examines the trend of poverty in welfare states, and analyzes how those socio-economic changes are related to it. For these purposes, this study first calculates the poverty indices for several years in 10 welfare states using the Luxembourg Income Study database, and then decomposes the index by subpopulation and income sources. Major findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First of all, the welfare state in general has experienced an increasing trend in the degree of poverty since the 1980s. In particular, poverty has greatly intensified in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Many other welfare states including Canada, Germany, Sweden, and Norway have also experienced substantial increases in poverty. The increasing trend of poverty is not wholly due to changes in population composition such as increases in the aging population and one-parent(mother) families. Contrary to the traditional belief, these population groups are not as much poor as the working-age population. In particular, the degree of poverty in the elderly is less severe than in the working-age group. Furthermore, since the 1980s the market income poverty in the aging population has shown a decreasing trend in many welfare states. The degree and trend of poverty in one-parent families vary greatly across countries, owing to the labor market and income transfer policies. The most important reason for the increasing poverty trend in the welfare state is that the degree of poverty has been deepening in the working-age population. Especially, the market income poverty of the working-age population has considerably increased in every country except the Netherlands. Structural changes in the economy and the labor market may drive the increasing trend of poverty. Further studies and deliberate anti-poverty policies are needed to tackle the factors relating to the increase in the market income poverty.

  • Providing gifted education should be based on the principle of differentiation, that is, paying close attention to the individual characteristics of the gifted. The gifted are known to be the fast learners with autonomous studying ability and high levels of thinking and creativity, which certainly differentiate them from the ordinary others. Thus, the program for the gifted should fundamentally differ from other general programs. The need for gifted education is growing as our society has turned into the knowledge-based society. Fortunately, on December 28th, 1999, a law in favor of gifted education was passed. According to the law, gifted education will be actively provided under the government's support from the year 2002. In this context, this study is intended to search for the model of developing instructional materials for the gifted. The output materials of this study are to be used in gifted schools which will be built in the near future. The curriculum for the gifted consists of three parts: basic curriculum, in-depth curriculum, and optional curriculum. The learning and instructional materials developed in this study are to be used for the in-depth curriculum. In order to develop the materials, various theoretical models related to gifted education were reviewed. Finally, a theoretical model was developed. On the basis of the model, several instructional materials are developed and the possibility of application are considered.

The Effects of the Number, Ratio of Advanced Courses, and Variety in Science Elective Subjects on the Growth of High School Science Course Students' Attitude Towards Science (고등학교에서 과학 선택 과목의 수, 심화(II) 과목 비율, 교과 다양성이 이과 학생의 과학에 대한 태도 성장에 미치는 효과)

  • We fitted latent growth models of attitude towards science using the Korea Education & Employment Panel 2004-2007 data with 343 high school students. The growth model show better fit indices compared to the no growth model. The intercept and slope showed significant variances, and thus, we added control variables of the number, ratio of advanced courses, and variety in science elective subjects, and the achievement percentile for middle school. In the conditional growth model, the previous achievement has significant positive effects on the intercept and the ratio of the advanced courses and variety of science subjects show significantly positive effects on the slope. Based on the results, it supports the 2022 Revised Science Curricular that high school credit system should provide students with basic 'Physics,' 'Chemistry,' 'Biology,' and 'Earth Science,' credits in 'general electives', various integrated subjects in 'converged electives', and highly advanced subjects in 'career electives.'

  • As a competition of the internet shopping mall is getting worse, the manager of the internet shopping mall has to know about the internet shoppers. To know about the internet shoppers is an important and difficult task. Accordingly, this paper is designed to take a look at the direction and the patterns of the development of new products as well as changes in the needs of clients in the concepts of client-satisfaction administration executed in the administration of enterprises. In order to outlive from these economic situation and struggle for existence, we are in need of detailed strategies and service for only a customer, and differential goods from other items. The purpose of this study was to review the gap between the progress of individualization and consumrirs' expectations on the Internet shopping malls centering around the apparel shopping malls - which are most obliged to satisfy the consumers who are extremely individualized - and thereupon, explore the directions for development of on-line shopping mall designs.

  • 컴퓨터교과는 학생들의 일반적인 학업성취 개인차 요인과 더불어 필수 교과가 아니기 때문에 학교 혹은 교사마다 교육하는 내용이 상이하여 학생들이 상급학교로 진학하였을 때 학생들 간의 수준 차가 심화된다. 이러한 다양한 수준차가 있는 학생들을 교사 1인이 한정된 시간 안에 모든 학생들의 수준에 맞추어 지도하는 것은 대단히 어렵다. 또 넓은 컴퓨터실에서는 학생들의 주위가 분산될 우려가 많으므로 학생들의 행동을 수시로 관리할 필요가 있다. 이러한 컴퓨터교과 실습수업 시에는 보다 효과적인 지도방법이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터교과 실습지도 방법의 장단점을 분석하고, 컴퓨터교과 실습수업 시 널리 사용되는 시범 실습법의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 도우미학생 활용 시범 실습법을 제안하고, 중학교 컴퓨터 정규교과 시간에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 도우미학생 활용 시범 실습법이란 교사는 실습내용을 설명하고, 모든 학생들은 교사의 설명과 동시에 실습을 하며, 도우미학생의 실습내용이 빔 프로젝트를 통해 다른 학생들에게 보여짐으로써 교사의 시범을 대신하는 방법을 말한다. 컴퓨터교과는 설명만으로도 실습 가능한 내용이 많아 이러한 지도방법이 가능하다 이 방법은 실습내용을 최소한의 작은 단계로 구분하고, 각 단계별로 교사의 설명과 개별지도, 모든 학생의 실습과 관찰이 동시에 이루어진다. 이 방법은 교사의 행동이 자유로워 설명과 동시에 개별지도가 가능해 개별지도의 확대를 가져올 수 있으며, 학생들에게 보다 많은 즉각적인 피드백을 줄 수 있으며, 학생들의 행동을 수시로 관리할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 본 연구에서는 검증도구로 'html 태그' 단원 5차시 분량의 과제수행능력평가도구를 개발하여 사용하였다. 검증결과 학업성취 중하수준의 도우미학생 활용 시범 실습으로 수업한 집단은 통제반과 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 학업성취 중상수준의 도우미학생 활용 시범실습으로 수업한 집단은 통제반에 비해 과제수행능력에 있어서 유의미한 차이를 보였다 이로써 제안한 지도방법의 효과성을 입증하였다.

  • This study is aimed to develop adventure-game style learning program for offering different levels curriculum in mathematics and figure areas in elementary schools. The 7th mathematics curriculum introduced different levels curriculum considering learners' ability, aptitude, requirement, interest so that it could improve learners' growth potential and educational efficiency. But in reality, it is quite difficult to increase educational efficiency by conducting individual learning classes according to students' ability due to the big differences among students' levels in addition to high population in each classroom. The purpose of this study is to offer different levels curriculum based on van Hiele theory and develop adventure-game style learning program to increase interests of the learners. This program can improve students' academic achievement by offering differentiated curriculums to learners who need advanced or supplementary learning materials. And it also enhances leaners' spatial-perceptual ability by offering various operating activities in figures learning.

  • Major Characteristic of the 7th National Curriculum in science is to provide deep and supplementary learning, depending on the level of each learner. In the level-oriented curriculum, coursewares are used to present teaching materials to various levels. In most coursewares, however, they provide their contents at a uniform level and hence it is hard to expect level-oriented learning. This paper presents learner's modeling for developing student's level-oriented dynamic tutoring system for science class , Instructional module of this system made by component unit is able to be reconstructed dynamically. Learning module is constructed using a hybrid model mixed of Overlay and Bug model. Testing module interprets diagnostic errors to be established by given differentiated weight in accordance with item's difficulty and discrimination. Through ITS student modeling, this system presents various problem solving methods reconstructed by learner's level differentiated.

  • In this thesis, look around about problems of the present mathematics education, and then it devised the alternative plan to improvement of educational spot that mathematics instruction which considers an individual differences it applied the portfolio. To minimize the level deepening of knowledge, we choose the instruction which classified by level in the classroom. Above all things, we lay emphasis on searching the method to student for oneself can feedback about studying contents. We also carry out this method to students in Sang Dong middle school from 2002 to 2005. Therefore, we develop the instruction it applied the portfolio, to effectual studying participation of the students. Go through this process, we settle down the instruction which classified by level it applied the portfolio in the classroom at 2005 and produce a result that the instruction have an positive effect on the students' cognitive and sentimental filed.
