본 연구의 목적은 모바일 헬스케어 앱의 사용자 경험 요인을 분석하여 제안하는 데 있다. 의료 관련 앱은 주로 의료 서비스 제공자 중심의 기능으로 디자인되어 개인의 서비스 접근성이 낮으며, 데이터 활용에 대한 고려가 부족하다. 개인이 주도적으로 건강 데이터를 활용하기 위해서는 개인 - 건강 데이터 커뮤니케이션을 고려한 앱 개발이 필수적이며, 이와 관련된 사용자 경험을 평가하는 도구가 필요하다. 먼저 문헌 조사를 통해 사용 편의성, 사용 만족도, 정보 구조, 유용성, 정보 품질, 심미성 6가지 사용자 경험 요인을 수집하였다. 이후, '나의건강기록' 앱을 대상으로 사용자 심층인터뷰를 진행하여 모바일 헬스케어 앱 사용자 경험에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하였다. 심층인터뷰 결과, 사용자 경험 요인에 정보의 이해용이성 요인이 새롭게 도출되었다. 정보의 이해용이성은 건강 정보를 알기 쉽게 제공하여, 사용자들이 어려움 없이 정보를 이해할 수 있는 능력을 의미하고 건강정보이해능력과 관련이 높다. 각 도출된 요인은 정보 주체(사용자)의 편의성, 활용성, 유지율을 높일 수 있는 모바일 헬스케어 앱을 디자인하는 데 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 효율적 인적자원관리의 실행과 유지에 있어서 '일과 삶 균형(WLB: Work-Life Balance)' 정책의 중요성을 이론적·실증적 접근방식으로 규명하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 WLB 정책을 유연근무제, 친가족정책, 개인신상지원 프로그램 등 3가지 차원으로 구분하여 제시하였으며, 분석대상을 공공조직과 민간조직으로 구분하여 기존 연구와의 차별화를 도모하였다. 연구모형 개발과 가설검증을 위해 제3차 여성가족패널(KLoWF) 자료를 바탕으로 WLB 정책과 정책 부합성, 직무만족도, 이직의도 간의 관계를 분석하였으며, 설문조사를 통한 양적 분석의 한계를 보완하기 위하여 공공조직 및 민간조직 여성 근로자와의 심층 인터뷰를 통한 질적 분석을 병행하였다. 분석결과, WLB 정책과 조직 효과성 간의 관계에 있어 공공조직과 민간조직 간의 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며 심층 인터뷰를 통해 이러한 결과가 공공조직과 민간조직의 상호 이질적인 조직 문화, 제도, 구조적 특성에 기인하고 각 영역 구성원들의 서로 다른 욕구 및 동기 유발 체계에 의한 것임을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 각각의 조직 특성에 맞는 수요자 친화형 WLB 정책 구축의 필요성을 제안하고, WLB 정책 시행 측면의 문제점 및 개선방안 등을 제시하였다.

The purpose of the study was to prospect for mutual maturity between therapist-client in Music and Imagery music therapy session from therapists' points of view. Qualitative data has been collected by in-depth interview of therapist-client mutual maturity process, then analysed with grounded theories. The questions of the study were to ask process of mutual maturity experienced by music and imagery therapist and meaning of the experience itself. Therapists ware to answer the moment of mutual maturity, realization and meaning of mutual maturity process through semi-structured in-depth interview. The four therapists who participated in the interview are certified MIT(Music & Imagery Therapist) by Lisa Summer and currently in training GIM. From the in-depth interview, 81 concepts have been collected and have been divided into 20 categories in open coding, then rearranged into 9 categories in axis coding. To explain music and imagery therapists' maturity process through grounded theory paradigm, as a result, the main phenomenon of experience was 'to deal with counter-transference'. When dealing their counter-transference, therapists experienced their maturity process. Supervision and musical/non-musical self-reflection are also used for interactive intervention medium. So, maturity of therapists leads to knowing and accepting herself and mature therapists are able to help clients mature.

With the advent of the so-called Web 2.0 age, the interconnections of various contents on the web, as well as the user-participatory services from blogs, web-based communities, picture sharing sites, and social networking sites, to the sites for collective knowledge productions, have been further vitalized. As the User Generated Contents(UGCs) are flourishing on the web, they have channeled users' desires for self-expression and social acknowledgement, and yet have created the new kinds of invasion of privacy. This study attempts to look at how the networked individuals' everyday perceptions of privacy have been reconstructed in the age of Web 2.0. By investigating how users have used the UGCs for their sociality on the web and how they have set the boundaries of the private and the public in these public or semi-public disclosures of self-expressions, it has traced the changing perceptions of privacy in everyday communication practices. For this study, it has interviewed Korean youngsters in their 10s and 20s who have grown up with the Internet and have received self-expressions and social communication on the web as everyday activities. Based on their interviews, it inquires into the concurrent notion of privacy and discuss its cultural implications.

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of reading education of the specialized high schools for an alternative education. Among the specialized high schools for an alternative education, five schools were selected for the study. To achieve the study purpose, interviews were conducted with the teachers in charge of reading education of the schools. The interviews were recorded and transcribed. According to the study results, there have been attempts to integrate curriculum and reading education based on humanities. Students were actively participating in planning and conducting reading programs. Furthermore, there were Library Assisted Instructions. In order to proceed successfully with the reading education, there were several important factors as follows: 1)there was an organized system to support reading education by teachers, schools, and school libraries. 2)students' interests and needs were reflected in designing reading programs, 3)reading programs were adjusted according to students' needs and interests, and 4)reading activities were emphasized.

This article or study subjectively explores actual experiences of a human book from a phenomenal viewpoint and is based on considerable amounts of reference literature and the collecting/analyzing of precedent theses data. Selecting specific research samples and conducting in-depth interviews were made to elicit the phenomenal marks or responses in human book experiences. Samples included a total of three human book practicing teachers belonging to Gyonggi Provincial Office of Education, who were picked out or chosen according to their rich performance experiences/activities over a two year period. They were interviewed in four different basic topic areas or parts sectioned out to the following: 1) actual needs of a human book; 2) experiences in human book; 3) changes of cognition to the human book; and, lastly 4) improvement in the application of a human book. As a result, the number of schools, the number of readers, and the number of people who participated in human book activities continued to expand. In addition, human book activities have become an opportunity for growth not only for participating readers, but also for the human book itself.

The purposes of this study are to compensate for the deficiencies of the presidential records using the documentation strategy and to establish a long-term plan for collecting presidential records that should be considered as references in country governance. For these purposes, this study examined literature reviews, foreign case studies, and the presidential records collection of the United States and Korea, and conducted in-depth interviews in relation to the presidential records collection. Semistructured questionnaires were used for in-depth interviews and 15 target organizations, such as a foundation and memorial affairs agency, central government agencies, and university-affiliated organizations, were selected. A total of 14 records collectors of 12 organizations (82%) of all 17 records collectors of 17 organizations (100%) participated in these interviews, and the interview results were analyzed according to the grounded theory of qualitative research methodology. Based on the accumulated results, this study proposes an effective model in designing collection strategy and operating and collecting presidential records through the use of documentation strategies.

The enforcement of the digital switch been two years, but more than half of the viewers are still not enjoying the benefits of it. Therefore, the government proposed that 8VSB transmission method so that majority of the viewer is able to enjoy the benefits of a digital switch. However, the claim has been suggested that 8VSB transmission method will have negative impacts on broadcast market feedback. In this regard, this study verified the effect of 8VSB and the method of minimization on the broadcast market. This study has conducted in-depth interviews concerned experts to achieve this purpose. Results of an interview revealed that the negative impact on the market of content and platforms, network is very small. In other words, the majority of the experts argued that the policy of government about 8VSB transmission are inadequate and it is improved to broaden the choice of the broadcast consumer.

This research has studied developing the persona model based on alan cooper's user oriented design which is newly in the limelight in the field of product design process. As developing the persona model, In-depth interview and FGI(focus group interview) has been conducted for extracting car navigation user group's motivation and using attribute. Based on research, three different car navigation user group were divided-low using & understanding the function group, medium using & well understanding the function group, heavy using & well understanding the function group. This research yielded the foundation for setting the persona model and this persona gives the key factor for producing the user oriented user Interface design after all.

As artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a promising future technology among the fourth industrial revolution, we are trying to apply artificial intelligence technology across all area of society, including libraries. This study investigated the effects, issues, and implications of artificial intelligence on university library services. As a research method, in-depth interviews were conducted with IT experts of university libraries in North America, and conclusions and discussion were drawn from interview results and related documents. Research results revealed that university libraries in North America were trying to build an infrastructure that facilitates information access and retrieval based on artificial intelligence systems and to provide new services in collaboration with AI research institutes in universities. This study raised issues regarding the expansion of the role of libraries and librarians, privacy, and data quality. It was also discussed that the need for re-education of university librarians to become software engineers who play a role in disseminating knowledge. In addition, this study suggested the investment for the establishment of the information system and an artificial intelligence research center in the library. The study discussed limitations of research due to changes in the research environment and suggestions for future research.
