The purpose of this study is to explore the theoretical research on the tendency of Intersubjectivity. To this end, this paper is how intersubjectivity in psychotherapy was exploring the theoretical concept of the importance. Looking specifically, was undertaken to examine closely divided as follows : first, the concept of and theoretical research on the tendency of Intersubjectivity, and second, the intersubjectivity as development process and the third, attachment and intersubjectivity, fourth, intersubjectivity in Psychotherapy. Through this study, Intersubjectivity, whether how is having an impact in the human development, how it can be applied in the psychotherapy field, could be utilized to provide a rationale and its theoretical basis.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of leisure satisfaction on psychological wellbeing. The study conducted a survey of people aged 65 and over from five seniors welfare center located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The results were as follows. First, the leisure satisfaction by demographic characteristic had shown significantly difference partially in gender, education level, and leisure types. Second, the psychological wellbeing by demographic characteristic had shown significantly difference partially in gender, age, and education level. Third, the leisure satisfaction had a significant effect on the psychological wellbeing partially and it was confirmed that the leisure satisfaction was a mightily important factor to increase psychological wellbeing and Quality of Life.

Teaching-learning activities in a school class is influenced by the development of a information science in the 21 century. Recently, the instruction in a school class use a multimedia teaching-learning contents chiefly. A great number of teachers don't recognize a foundation of the effects on teaching-learning contents utilizing multimedia. In this paper, I propose to analyze and verify the foundation of effects on cognitive psychology of multimedia teaching-learning contents. The principal method of this study is to synthesize and analyze researches of scholars or literature study largely. In this paper, the foundations of effects on multimedia teaching-learning contents are following: the dual encoding of information process, the skill on direction and speed-regulation of learning, and the others educational strength. The theoretical conviction in multimedia teaching-learning contents is operated as the confidence of education contents & media utilized by teachers and learners, and is anticipated as the growth of the quantitative and qualitative learning activities.

The purpose of this study was to research the relationships among psychological capital, job attitude, and service climate of employees in hotel corporations. Psychological capital has been demonstrated to be important for performance at both individual and group levels of analyses. In addition psychological capital has been shown to provide additive value to more established measures of employee's positive job attitudes. To accomplish this study, it was determined that the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 295 employees in hotel corporations. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Psychological capital has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, Psychological capital has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Third, Service climate was also found to have moderating effect upon the relationship between psychological capital and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

The study empirically examines if transformational leadership and implementation of corporate training programs positively affect employees' affirmative psychology toward the organization, which has been actively studied in 2000s meeting the needs of the times. The study, further, examines if the employees' affirmative psychology toward organization has any significant relationship with perceived organizational support, The study finally examines if the perceived organizational support has any influence on organizational performance. Researchers have recently studied on these issues, but there have been few empirical studies. In addition to those causal relationships, the study also examines how the employees' affirmative psychology toward organization and perceived organizational support moderate those relationships, if any, among the variables, by which the study would contribute to building theoretical foundation of affirmative psychology. The results show that all the studied relationships be accepted as hypothesized, which may imply that leaders should exploit their own leadership capacity and organizations should improve their corporate training programs, which may consequently have positive impacts on organizational performance.

This study was conducted to explore important factors to consider when designing voice-based psychological counseling agents amid the increasing use of conversational agents in counseling and psychotherapy. 48 participants selected their preferred agent's voice among four types (young women and men, middle-aged women and men) and had a conversation with a psychological counseling agent. They also evaluated the reasons for voice selection, mood changes, perception of the agent's characteristics, and counseling outcomes. As a results, the agent's voice type selected according to the user's gender was not statistically significant. However, the qualitative analysis showed 'comfort' of the voice was an important factor. Next, the user's mood improved significantly after the conversation with the agent, which confirmed the intervention effect. Finally, it was found that expertness and attractiveness perceptions toward the agent contributed to the counseling outcomes. The implications of the study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

This study was conducted to classify college students using games based on the stress, satisfaction and balance of basic psychological needs and to identify how gaming behaviors differ according to the divided clusters. This study used data of 447 college students who used games with the support of JangHoon Scholarship Foundation. As a result, the college students using games were divided into four groups with different characteristics according to stress, satisfaction and balance of basic psychological needs. Also, the level of gaming behavior was different according to the degree of satisfaction of basic psychological needs. The lower the stress and the higher the balance when the level of satisfaction was similar, the lower the level of gaming behaviors was. This study confirmed the importance of satisfactory balance of basic psychological needs as well as satisfaction, and supported the biopsychological perspective by suggesting that there are significant differences in gaming behavior according to clusters.

중국의 고령화 사회의 현황을 연구배경으로 중국의 고령층 TV프로그램의 발전현황 및 노인층의 심리 및 생리적 수요를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 문헌 검색, 인터넷 검색, 인터뷰 등 다양한 방식으로 중국의 노인층을 대상으로 한 TV프로그램의 현황에 관한 조사를 진행하였으며, 노인층을 대상으로 한 TV프로그램의 특징과 문제점, 중국이 고령사회로 발전하는 과정에서 나타나는 노인층의 생리 및 심리적 수요를 한중일의 성공적 TV프로그램 사례를 토대로 분석을 진행하였다.

사이버 공간은 현실을 충실히 반영하지 않으며, 현실과 완전히 분리돼 있지도 않다. 하지만 사람들은 이 공간에서 자신의 행동과 생각이 증폭되고 확장되는 경험을 한다. 이뿐 아니라 상상만 했던 행동이 실제로 일어나기도 한다. 사이버 공간이 컴퓨터로 연결된 기계의 공간이 아니라 인간의 심리적 공간이 되기 때문이다. 이는 사이버 공간에 있는 캐릭터가 인간의 심리를 대변, 인간에게 사이버의 매력에 빠지도록 유도하기 때문이다. 이에 본지는 연재를 통해 <디지털콘텐츠 매력, 캐릭터의 원형을 찾아서>라는 주제로 어떻게 매력적인 캐릭터가 탄생하고 변천했는가를 살펴보고자 한다. 이번호에는 캐릭터 연구 중 '악'을 대변하는 캐릭터를 집중적으로 살펴보고자 한다.

본 연구는 호텔직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 심리적 주인의식이 직원의 고객지향성의 관계에 미치는 매개효과에 대해 연구하였으며 서울지역에 소재한 특급호텔 직원을 대상으로 실증분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과, 직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감이 고객지향성에 유의한 영향력이 있고 심리적 주인의식이 직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감과 고객지향성의 관계에 완전한 매개효과를 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 호텔 인사담당자를 위한 직원관리에 대한 이론적 의미와 시사점 그리고 향후연구방향을 제시하였다.
