본 연구의 목적은 한국의 사회심리적 간호현상을 밝힘에 있다. 이를 위한 자료는9명의 임상경험이 많은 병원 간호사들을 심층면담하여 수집하였으며, 분석은 해석학적 현상학과 근거 이론 방법에서 사용하는 계속비교 분석 방법을 이용하였다. 사회심리적 간호는 ‘정보제공’, ‘위로’, ‘상담’, ‘지도’의 네가지 범주로 구분되었다. 이 중에서 정보제공이 가장 많이 사용되었고 중요하게 여겨 진 반면, 상담과 지도는 흔히 사용되지 않았다. 이는 상담과 지도는 고도의 의사소통 기술, 인간관계에 대한 이해, 그리고 타인에 대한 감성등이 요구되었기 때문이다. 사회심리적 간호제공에 방해를 주는 요인도 밝혀졌다. 첫째, 가족이나 보호자들의 상주로 인해 간호사들이 사회심리적 간호의 임을 이들에게 떠넘기는 경향이 있었다. 둘째, 간호사의 특성, 즉 치료적 인간관계를 확립할 수 있는 간호사의 능력부족이 방해요인이었다. 셋째, 신체적 간호만을 중시하고 높은 간호사대 환자 비율을 가진 병원 시스템이 방해요인이었다. 넷째, 조밀한 병상등의 병원환경도 해요인으로 나타났다. 사회심리적 간호는 간호사-환자-보호자 관계를 치료적으로 형성 유지할 수 있는 간호사의 능력에 따라 결정되었기 때문에 이에 대한 분석을 계속하였으며, 치료적 관계형성과 유지에 영향을 주는 요인은 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 간호사의 기술적, 신체적 간호의 유능성이 치료적 관계형성에 필요하였다. 둘째, 환자 및 보호자와 신뢰관계를 구축할 수 있는 능력이 필요하였다. 셋째, 환자의 요구에 따르는 역할을 제대로 수행할 수는 능력이 필요하였다. 즉, 치료적 관계형성은 환자와의 신뢰형성만으로는 부족하며, 환자와 보호자의 요구에 따르는 역할, 즉 정보제공자, 위로자, 상담자, 지도자의 역할까지도 수행할 수 있어야 함을 의미한다. 이 외에도, 간호사들이 치료적 관계를 형성하고 유지하기 위하여 사용한 대책들을 제시하고 논의하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 사회심리적 간호의 범주, 방해요인, 촉진요인 등을 설명하고 기술하였기에, 우리나라의 간호사들이 사회심리적 간호를 위해 어떠한 일들을 주로 수행하며, 어떻게 환자 및 보호자들과 상호작용하면서 간호중재를 펴나가는가를 이해하는데 도움을 주리라 여겨진다.

This paper aims to examine the mediating effects of psychological capital on the relationships between learning organization and innovative behavior. 310 sheets of questionnaires were gathered from the organizational members of the companies in 5 cities, including Seoul and Pohang and analysed using structural equation modelling technique. The results show followings: First, the human factor of learning organization has a significant influence to the innovative behavior and the psychological capital. Second, structural factor of learning organization has a significant influence to the psychological capital but does not have a significant influence to the innovative behavior. Third, the mediating effect of psychological capital has a significant partial effect between human factor of learning organization and innovative behavior, and full effect between structural factor of learning organization and innovative behavior. The results of this study implies that some guideline could be used in promoting learning organization and making implementing strategy.

The purpose of this study was to develop psychological skill training program for actor with considering the ecological validity of social, cultural environment in Korean but also examine the effect of psychological skill training through psychological counseling and field study to decrease stage-anxiety. The experimental group were 2 actors, who were selected by purposive sampling. The psychological skill training program to decrease stage-anxiety for actor was composed of five stages, 12times and categorized as orientation, breathing regulation, progressive relaxation training, group counseling, heart rate bio-feedback training, self concentration, routine training, behavior therapy & self reinforcement, image training. The effects was examined on stage performance anxiety scale, psychological counseling and observation of experts. As the result of applying the psychological skill training to decrease stage-anxiety, cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety were decreased. According to the result of counseling and observation, they were changed affirmative on self confrontation, harmony and rapport between actor and object. This result demonstrated the psychological skill training & counseling to decrease stage-anxiety for actor were effective.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between parental psychological control and adolescent school adjustment mediated by hope of adolescents. Four hundred three middle and high school students participated in this study. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, Pearson's correlations, structural equation modeling(SEM), and multi group analysis. The average level of school adjustment was significantly higher in male adolescent group compared to female adolescent group. Adolescents' hope partially mediated the relationship between parental psychological control and adolescents' school adjustment. The proposed model was not significantly different as a function of gender. These results suggest that adolescents' school adjustment could be improved by reducing levels of parental psychological control and enhancing adolescents' hope.

This study deals with the psycho-social development of children raised by disabled parents. In particular, we are willing to examine the influence of parental factors such as social engagement and future forecast on the change of children's psycho-social development. Using the three waves of Korean Welfare Panel Study data, these predictors were examined through the Latent Growth Curve Modeling. The result shows that parent's disability has a negative influence on their children's psycho-social development. However, similar to the findings of the previous studies, the degree of this influence tends to be decreased as children grow up. Lastly, two parental factors have a direct influence on the psychological development of children. Furthermore, parent's social engagement has an indirect influence on the change of sociality of children through the psychological change of them. This result means that we should encourage disabled parents to participate actively in social activities and think positively about their future.

The objective of this study is to provide psychological welfare promotion method of police officers who experience trauma and PTSD due to police activity in local community while handling various accidents and protecting civil life and safety at the forefront of the national disaster accident site. For this objective, following countermeasure was presented through trauma/PTSD-related literature and in-depth interview with police officers who experienced trauma and PTSD. First, psychological examination is required to be performed positively and realistically for the police officers. As police officers have high emotional labor stress not only by physical burden but also by civil service, a regular psychological examination shall be established systematically together with physical rest. Second, proper action for the regular psychological examination result of the police officers is required. Third, a psychological support system for the police officers is required to be established and for this objective, expansion of police-operated mindful accompanying center and its devoted operation are required to be performed. Fourth, an opportunity of getting rid of stress of police officers shall be provided and for this objective, required budget for activating club activity is required to be allocated and activity condition should be created.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-leadership, psychological empowerment and job satisfaction in dental hygienists, who form major manpower directly affecting dental care service, and to develop a plan for good-quality intra-organizational personal improvement. To collect data, convenience sampling was performed from May 1 to June 10, 2017 among clinical dental hygienists working at dental hospitals and clinics in Chungcheong and Jeolla Provinces and a self-administered questionnaire was used. Self-leadership was positively correlated with psychological empowerment and job satisfaction; psychological empowerment was positively correlated with job satisfaction. The factors for job satisfaction included psychological empowerment, dental system and self-conformity, and self-leadership. It has been confirmed that there is correlation among self-leadership, psychological empowerment, and job satisfaction in clinical dental hygienists; therefore, it is necessary to use positive psychological empowerment, establish a proactive self-leadership convergence program, and pay attention to the good direction and management of dental organizations with the objective of improving job satisfaction in dental hygienists.

In modern society, the necessity of Color and Psychology Therapy is increasing for psychologically calm children who are less taken care by their parents in busy daily life, and helping them adapt to the environment. Therefore, we need to understand sensitivity status of children with paintings that they draw. Currently, most of empirical studies on their sensitivities are based on psychological and engineering perspectives. This study was designed to provide a system to extract psychological status of children from their pictures by distinguishing harmony of colors using information of solid colors and arrangement of colors in the image space. For achieving this research purpose, first of all, sensitivity database was constructed based on the image space of colors. Then, using the K-Means algorithm, the image was clustered and a wide amount of color values were divided into groups. After that, children's sensitivities were extracted by matching groups of color values with database, and color psychological status of children was observed using the color distribution chart in their paintings.

This study examines the psychological factors of consumers to On-Demand O2O service which is different from the previous study on O2O service. To investigate the relative influence of consumer's psychological attachment of On-Demand O2O service, enjoyment, and trust on consumer's satisfaction and attitude, I conducted qualitative and quantitative surveys to investigate consumers' perception. Through the quantitative survey on 152 participants, the study shows that the consumer's psychological attachment to the service has the greatest influence on the attitude toward On-Demand O2O service and the trust has the highest effect on satisfaction with service. This study is meaningful in that the consumer's psychological factors to the O2O service is examined from the consumer's point of view. This study suggests that the consumer's attachment and trust should be considered primarily to expand the On-Demand O2O service.

Background: The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of daily mindfulness in parents with 3 to 5-year-old children on their stress and psychological well-being. Methods: Based on the previous studies, this study established a research model in which parent's mindfulness affects their psychological well-being by the mediation of stress, and verified the relationship between them using 283 parents data set. Results: First, mindfulness and psychological well-being in the ages of 40s was significantly higher than the 20s~30s. Second, parent's mindfulness and psychological well-being showed high positive correlation, and stress showed high negative correlation with mindfulness and psychological well-being. Third, it was verified that mindfulness not only directly affects psychological well-being but also indirectly influences psychological well-being by reducing their stress. Conclusions: This study suggests that daily mindfulness in parents with 3 to 5-year-old children is effective in managing their stress and improving their psychological well-Being.
