In this paper, we propose a phenomenon that analyze the impact of market sentiment on China's real estate market through the perspective of behavioral economics. Previously, real estate market analyzation basically focus on some fundamental principles which include market price, monetary policies and income, etc. However, little research has explored market sentiment and its influence. By using principal components analysis (PCA), this study first creates buyer's sentiment and seller's sentiment to measure the heat of China's real estate market. Different from using traditional estimation method, the vector autoregressive model (VAR) is used to analyze how both sentiments affect real estate return. The overall results show that from unit root test and impulse response analyzation, the impact of seller's sentiment is positive to real estate market while buyer's sentiment is negative. At the same time, the higher seller's sentiment will have different influence on the housing market compared with the higher buyer's sentiment.

The purpose of this study is to explore the causal and precedence relationships between the housing sub-market and the results of a consumer sentiment survey about the housing market. This study investigates the relationships between the survey results and an apartment deal price index by size and bidding price rate in apartment auctions by extending research related to consumer sentiment surveys. We surveyed the Seoul Metropolitan Area and analyzed the results using a unit root test, cointegration test, Granger causality test, and cross-correlation test. It was confirmed that causality exists between the survey results and apartment deal price index by size and bidding price rate, and it was also confirmed that there are correlation and precedence relationships between them.

We may have had experience to use meaning of stress once at least. Because various mental and physical frustration, conflict, deprivation, and pressure have been happened around the us while we live our whole life. The stress is always existing at our surroundings as much. Now, most stress measurement method is composed of mental method and physical method. The accuracy of stress grade lacks to the disproportion of subjectivity, objectivity, and a science trait. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the index processing algorithm for a stress relief better, after mixing mental measurement result and physical measurement result.

본 연구에서는 경기도 일대 2곳의 대형 아파트 현장의 외국인 작업자 165부의 유효 설문지를 바탕으로 외국인 작업자들의 습관적 행위, 공격성, 상황회피, 심리불안 요인이 위험행동과 안전사고 위험지수에 미치는 영향 관계를 가설검증을 통해 습관적 행위, 공격성, 상황회피 및 심리불안 요인은 위험행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 습관적 행위 요인은 안전사고 위험지수에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 공격성, 상황회피, 심리불안 요인은 안전사고 위험지수에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 위험작업 행동은 안전사고 위험지수에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 개인적인 성향과 연관이 있는 습관적 행위, 공격성, 상황회피 및 심리불안의 상태가 위험작업으로 발전할 수 있고, 이러한 위험작업행동은 안전사고로 이어질 수 있는 결과를 알 수 있었다. 따라서 외국인 건설현장 작업자의 증가로 인한 안전사고의 증가 문제는 외국인 작업자 때문이기 보다는 외국인 작업자 개인의 성향에 초점을 둘 필요성이 있다고 판단되며, 각 사업장에 직접 투입된 외국인근로자의 성향분석과 그에 따른 개선방안을 도출하면 사고를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

The purpose of the present study was to examine the emotional characteristics related to gifted children's happiness, such as happiness index, optimism, psychological wellbeing, and school education happiness. For the study, 201 gifted students who were currently enrolled in gifted education centers, 124 potentially gifted students who were nominated by teachers for their scientific interests and high performances, and 141 general middle school students participated in the study. The results indicated that both the gifted and the potentially gifted students showed significantly higher emotional characteristics related to happiness compared to the general students. There was no significant difference between the gifted and the potentially gifted in the diverse aspects of happiness. Interestingly, significant interaction between gender and giftedness was found. Girls were happier when they were identified as the gifted, compared to the boys. Variables related to the happiness were also investigated, and the results indicated that the peer relationship and the family happiness were the most important variables that explained gifted children's happiness in general.

Due to COVID-19 and soaring participation of individual investors, large-scale transactions exceeding system capacity limits have been reported frequently in the capital market. The capital market IT systems, which the impact of system failure is very critical, have encountered unexpectedly tremendous transactions in 2020, resulting in a sharp increase in system failures. Despite the fact that many companies maintained large-scale system capacity planning policies, recent transaction influx suggests that a new approach to capacity planning is required. Therefore, this study developed capital market IT system capacity planning models using machine learning techniques and analyzed those performances. In addition, the performance of the best proposed model was improved by using sentiment index that can promptly reflect the behavior of investors. The model uses empirical data including the COVID-19 period, and has high performance and stability that can be used in practice. In practical significance, this study maximizes the cost-efficiency of a company, but also presents optimal parameters in consideration of the practical constraints involved in changing the system. Additionally, by proving that the sentiment index can be used as a major variable in system capacity planning, it shows that the sentiment index can be actively used for various other forecasting demands.

The purpose of this study is to develop the Internet vulnerability index of adolescents. To do this, we used the original data of long - term follow - up survey for the internet overdependency cause analysis conducted by NIA in 2018, and analyzed the correlation between alternatives of internet vulnerability index and personal psychology by using linear regression analysis. Factor analysis showed that the relationship with the surroundings was indexed by adding 9 items to positive factors such as family acceptance, peer attachment, and teacher favorability. The relationship between the surroundings and self - stigmatization is confirmed, and the relationship between the surroundings and the Internet fragility is predicted to be negatively related, and the digital capacity is also assumed to be negatively correlated with the Internet vulnerability. In order to develop the specific form of the Internet vulnerability index, personal psychology and linear regression analysis were conducted. As a result, positive factors and R value of personal psychology were increased when considering the relationship with the environment and the digital capacity rather than the Internet overdependency model. Based on these implications, we discussed the implications and limitations of this study.

기존의 연구논문들에서는 1975년부터 1992년 사이의 OECD 국가들에서 집권정부별 국민들이 느끼는 행복감을 알아보기 위한 분석들이 주로 이루어졌다. 이러한 행복감을 알아보는 데에는 특히 인플레이션율과 실업률이 주요 변수로 활용되고 있다. 각국별로 살펴볼 때, 진보정부의 경우에 있어서는 실업률에 더 주안점을 두는 반면에 보수정부는 인플레이션율에 더 민감하게 대처함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 점들을 살펴보면, OECD 국가들에서 빈곤층은 진보정부를 선호하고 상대적으로 소득수준에서 상위계층은 보수정부를 선호할 것으로 추정된다. 이 논문에서는 한국의 경우 시계열 관계상 진 보정부와 보수정부로 나누지 않고 행복감에 대하여 소비자심리지수를 대용변수로 사 용하였을 경우 경기회복에 따른 산업생산 증가와 이를 위한 정부지출이 중요한 변수 임을 알 수 있었다.

In order to effectively understand the perception of businesses and consumers, the Bank of Korea has released Economic Sentiment Index (ESI), a composite indicator of business survey index (BSI) and consumer survey index (CSI), since 2102. The usefulness of ESI has been widely recognized. However, there exists a margin for improvement in terms of its predictive power. In this study, we evaluated the usefulness of ESI and improved the ESI by complementing its defaults. Our results of empirical analysis proved that dynamic optimal weight navigation process using the sliding window method is very useful in determining the optimal weights of configurations item of ESI based on economic situation.
