Study on Moderating Effect of Psychological Flexibility at Impact on Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness affects Subjective Well-being ; College Students (정서표현 양가성이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 유연성의 조절효과 연구 ; 대학생을 대상으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate moderating effect of psychological flexibility on impact which students feel ambivalence over emotional expressiveness in interpersonal relationships. In summary, the results are as follows. Self-defence ambivalence is strong negative influence on subject well-being but concerned-relation ambivalence is not affect at subject well-being. Also, moderating effect of psychological flexibility in concerned-relation ambivalence is not appear on subjective well-bing while self-defence ambivalence is shown moderating effect of psychological at subjective well-being. These results are mean that concerned-relation itself contains psychological flexibility role and psychological flexibility is negative influence on self-defence ambivalence and positive influence at subjective well- being. Moderating effect of psychological flexibility is shown that as important role subjective well-being. So students will need to help accommodate an active experience in the field allow s college students to raise their own psychological flexibility.

  • After the spread of COVID-19 in China, Chinese medical workers bear the high-intensity work, these problems reduced psychological well-being. Psychological well-being will affect the members'behavior and job performance. Authentic leadership can improve the members'psychological well-being. This study focuses on the psychological well-being and explores how authentic leadership in the process of affecting the psychological well-being, to find out the mediating role of the leaders' relational conflict and the job stress. This study found that authentic leadership in the process of improving the members'psychological well-being, job stress will play a negative mediating effect. Under the background of COVID-19 era, this study helps to improve the psychological well-being level of medical staff.

Priming Effects of Disaster-related TV News: Focusing on the Interactions of Geographical and Psychological Distance (재난 뉴스의 점화 효과: 지리적·심리적 거리의 상호작용을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the priming effects of disaster-related news. Specifically, this study aimed to examine the priming effects about trauma words and neutral words according to the geographical and psychological distance from the disaster. The participants in this study were 75 college students who had not experienced the Daegu subway fire accident, and whom were not ruled out after completing the screening measure completing the screening measure the completion of questionnaires for screening. All participants conducted a lexical decision task after watching a news video about the Daegu subway fire accident. The design was a 2 (Geographical distance: close vs. distant) × 2 (Psychological distance: close vs. distant) × 2 (Priming type: trauma priming vs. neutral priming) mixed-design. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the group which was geographically closer to the disaster tended to revealed a largerbigger priming effect than the distant group-a trend toward significance. Second, within the psychologically closer to the disaster, group, for those who were geographically closer too, the priming effect was larger for those who were geographically closer geographically closer than for the geographically distant group. Third, the geographically closer group had a largerbigger neutral priming effect than the distant group. Fourth, the psychologically distant group had a largerbigger neutral priming effect than the close group. To sum up, this study identified that disaster news coverage may have an implicit effect on people, and this influence can change according to the geographical and psychological distance. Finally, this study discussed the limitations of the study and recommendations for further research.

The Study of Child-Rearing Burden and Psychological Well-Being of Grandmothers Raising Preschooler Grandchildren - The Mediating Effect of Social Supports (손자녀 양육 조모의 양육부담감에 따른 심리적 복지-사회적 지지의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of social supports on the relationship between child-rearing burden and psychological well-being among grandmothers. Data was collected from 249 grandmothers raising preschooler grandchildren who live in Gwangju by self-reported questionnaires. The method used for data analysis was structural equation modeling analysis using SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0. The results of this study revealed that child-rearing burden influenced social supports of grandmothers. Social supports influenced psychological well-being of grandmothers. Child-rearing burden influenced psychological well-being of grandmothers. The structural equation modeling analysis indicated that social supports partially mediated the relationship between child-rearing burden and psychological well-being.

Beneficial Effect of Forest Landscape on Relieving Stress Based on Psychological and Physiological Measures (심리적.생리적 측정에 근거한 산림경관의 스트레스 완화효과)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 산림경관의 스트레스 완화 효과를 생리측정(피부 돌출치와 심장박동시간)과 심리측정 (ZIPER 설문지)을 통하여 조사하는 것이다. 연구가설은 두 가지로 첫 번째 가설에서는 산림경관을 본 사람들의 스트레스 측정치가 인공경관을 본 사람들의 측정치보다 낮을 것이라고 예측되었다. 두 번째 가설에서는 산림경관을 본 사람들의 스트레스 해소가 인공경관을 본 사람들보다 보다 빠르고 완전하게 발생할 것으로 예측되었다. 실험에는 대학 학부학생 70명이 참여하였으며, 실험에 이용된 산림 및 인공경관은 예비설문을 거쳐 선정되었다. 실험결과를 보면 첫 번째 가설은 피부 돌출치와 긍정적인 심리요인 그리고 부정적인 심리요인에서 채택되었다. 두 번째 가설 중 스트레스 해소속도에 대한 가설은 피부 돌출치와 심장박동시간에서 모두 채택되었으나, 스트레스 해소의 완전성에 대한 가설은 피부 돌출치에서만 채택되었다. 비록 심장박동시간과 집중/호기심 요인에서 연구가설이 채택되지 못했지만 전반적으로 산림경관과 인공경관을 비교할 때 산림경관의 스트레스 완화효과가 더 크고 빠르고 완전함을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 의의는 산림경관의 효과를 두 가지 측정(생리적, 심리적)을 이용하여 조사하였다는 점과 국외연구결과와 유사한 결과를 얻음으로써 이러한 효과가 지역에 관계없이 공통적임을 밝혔다는 점이다. 본 연구결과는 산림이 인간의 건강과 복지에 긍정적이라는 점을 입증함으로써 산림의 조성과 보존에 중요한 근거를 제공할 수 있다. 보다 발전적인 후속연구를 위해서는 다양한 종류의 인공경관과 일반시민들의 참여, 그리고 인지능력의 병행이 필요하다.

The mediating Effect of Psychological Well-being on the Effects of anxiety over Death on Self-Integration (노인의 죽음불안이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과)

  • This study investigated the effect of death anxiety on the sense of self-integration in the elderly and verified the mediating effect of psychological well-being in the relationship between death anxiety and self-integration. For this study, a questionnaire was conducted from September 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020, targeting 254 elderly people aged 65 to 94 who live in elderly-related facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. As measurement tools, the death anxiety scale, psychological well-being scale, and self-integration scale were used, and Baron·Kenny (1986)'s three-step mediating effect analysis method was used. The results of the study first, The influence of death anxiety on self-integration was statistically significant. Second, the results of using the three-stage mediating effect analysis method proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986), In the relationship between death anxiety and self-integration, psychological well-being was found to have a mediating effect. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that in order to effectively and positively deal with the elderly's self-integration problem, the elderly's psychological well-being as well as the elderly's death anxiety must not be overlooked.

A study on the psychological well-being of the parents of the adult intellectual disabilities - on the fucus of gender differences. (성인 지적장애인 아버지와 어머니의 심리적 안녕감 설명모형 연구)

  • This study aimed to examine the model to explain the mediator effect of care evaluation(care stress, care satisfaction) on the effect of stress factors and resource on the psychological well-being of the parents of the adult intellectual disabilities. Examining whether there is a difference between the gender of parents was another aim of this study. Study results showed that with the care stress as an endogenous variable, the daily life function and maladjustment behavior of adult children and the health state of parents had a significant direct effect on the psychological well-being of parents. With care satisfaction as an endogenous variable, family support, expert support and care stress had a significant direct effect. With the psychological well-being as an endogenous variable, care satisfaction and care stress had a significant effect, but the health state of parents didn't. In case of indirect effect, the care stress had a significant mediator effect on the effect of the physical function and maladjustment behavior of adult children and the health state of parents on the psychological well-being of parents. Care satisfaction had a significant mediator effect on the effect of family support, expert support and care stress on the psychological well-being of parents. According to the result of the Multiple Group Analysis, the path showed a statistically significant difference between gender was friend support→care satisfaction, care stress→psychological wellbeing, expert support→care satisfaction. On the basis of the study results, practical suggestions were made.

The Effects of Performance Pressure on Positive Psychological Capital: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Zhongyong Thinking (성과압박이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향: 중용적 사고의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study focused on verifying the moderating effect of Zhongyong thinking in the relationship between performance pressure and positive psychology capital. In particular, the main effects of mitigating negative effects through the Zhongyong of Oriental classics were examined. A survey was conducted on employees of local public institutions and private enterprises engaged in manufacturing and service industries. This study was used for analysis a survey on data 239 employees. The major finding are as follows. Performance pressure was found to have a negative effect on positive psychological capital. Also, Zhongyong thinking was found to have a moderating effect that alleviated the negative impact between performance pressure and positive psychological capital. In the conclusion, practical implications, and future research directions were described.

The Influence of Learning Organization Building Factors on Psychological Capital and Innovative Behavior in Firms (기업의 학습조직 구축요인이 심리적 자본과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper aims to examine the mediating effects of psychological capital on the relationships between learning organization and innovative behavior. 310 sheets of questionnaires were gathered from the organizational members of the companies in 5 cities, including Seoul and Pohang and analysed using structural equation modelling technique. The results show followings: First, the human factor of learning organization has a significant influence to the innovative behavior and the psychological capital. Second, structural factor of learning organization has a significant influence to the psychological capital but does not have a significant influence to the innovative behavior. Third, the mediating effect of psychological capital has a significant partial effect between human factor of learning organization and innovative behavior, and full effect between structural factor of learning organization and innovative behavior. The results of this study implies that some guideline could be used in promoting learning organization and making implementing strategy.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of black consumer behavior on turnover intentions. Baron and kenny (1986) The effectiveness of the analysis results, according to the verification procedure. Results of empirical analysis are as follow. black-consumer behavior has the significant positive effect on the intention of turnover of employee in restaurant. and The significance of this study indicates that service employee's psychological contract violation plays a role as mediated variable influencing the relationship between black-consumer behavior and intention of turnover. Based on the results of the empirical analysis, it was suggested that measures such as a policy banning access to black consumers or compensation system such as emotional labor allowance were needed to reduce the degree of turnover of the members of the organization. Finally, the methodological limitations of this study are presented.
