  • 난간의 각 구성요소는 설치장소 및 용도에 따라 여러 설치 관련규정에 의해서 규제되어 있는데 이 규정은 난간의 높이에 대한 규정으로, 이러한 규제된 난간의 요소 중 하나인 난간 높이와 실지 소비자들이 느끼는 심리적 안정성이 일치하는가에 대한 여부는 여전히 의문으로 남아있다. 건물의 옥상에 설치된 난간에 대해서 난간의 높이가 아닌 다른 어떠한 구성요소가 실지로 소비자들에게 조형적 안정감을 주는지에 대한 부분은 연구가 상당히 미흡하다고 생각한다. 본 연구는 부산에 위치한 초등학교를 대상으로 4층 이상의 고층구조물에 설치되어 있는 난간을 범주로 하여 설문조사를 실시하고, 난간이 설치되어 있는 현장에서는 EKG(심전도 테스트)를 시행, 사용자들이 기존에 인지하고 있는 난간에 대한 느낌과 현장에서 실제로 느끼는 조형적 측면의 심리적 안정감 및 다른 요소를 분석하여 사용자가 안정감을 가질 수 있는 난간디자인에 필요한 구성요소를 발견하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 또한 기존에 사용하고 있는 난간 설치의 규정의 정당성 여부를 고찰 및 재조명하여 사용자의 심리적 안정성을 충족시키는 가에 대한 자료 제시를 목적으로 한다.

  • The purpose of this study to investigate is as follows. First, this study examines the effects of WLB on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior among domestic small and medium-sized company members. Second, this study examines the mediating effects of psychological safety on the WLB, and organizational commitment. Also, we will examine the mediating effects of psychological safety on the WLB, and organizational citizenship behavior. Third, the causal relationship between the dependent variables is verified. To test the hypothesis of this study, we analyze the statistics program using SPSS 25.0 and Macro Process. The results of this study through empirical research are as follows. First, WLB has a positive effect on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, psychological safety was found to play a mediating role in the relationship between work-life balance and organizational commitment. Third, psychological safety was found to play a mediating role in the relationship between work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

A Study about the Effects of Outplacement Support Program for Discharged Soldiers on Job-seeking Efficacy and Psychological Stability -With Focus on the Mediating Effect of Learning Commitment and Program Satisfaction- (전직지원교육이 구직효능감과 심리적 안정감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -학습몰입과 교육만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study aims to identify effects of outplacement support program for discharged soldier to settle and adapt successfully in Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs. The subject of this study are 323 discharged soldiers who completed the outplacement support program. A survey questionnaire is conducted to measure variables of this study. All data analysis is accomplished using the AMOS 7.0 version. The results of this study are as follows. First, learning motivation has direct effect on learning flow and program satisfaction positively. Second, organizational support has direct effect on program satisfaction, psychological stability positively and on learning flow negatively. Third, outplacement support program has direct effect on learning flow, program satisfaction, job-seeking efficacy and psychological stability positively. Fourth, learning flow has direct effect on program satisfaction positively but don't have direct effect on job-seeking efficacy and psychological stability significantly. Fifth, learning motivation, outplacement support program has direct effect on job-seeking efficacy and psychological stability with partial mediation effect of program satisfaction while without mediation effect of learning flow. Based on the results of the study, the following recommendations have been made. First, it is necessary to design the outplacement support program with contents in relation to discharged soldiers' successful settlement because discharged soldiers who completed the outplacement support program showed higher job-seeking efficacy and psychological stability. Second, it is needed to conduct a longitudinal study considering other variables such as employment, establishment success etc.

  • The purpose of this study is to study the user experience that provides psychological stability when paying for mobile e-commerce pay one-touch. Through literature and case studies, e-commerce pay one-touch payments were identified, and user experiences were investigated through surveys and in-depth interviews. The survey based on Aaron Walter's model of user needs received a high average of functionality and usability for one-touch payments, but reliability and stability were somewhat low. Afterwards, four design improvement plans were presented to supplement psychological stability by analyzing in-depth interviews conducted based on the User's Eye View of User Experience Design model. This study is expected to be helpful in basic research on the payment experience where you can feel stable when taking one-touch payments.

The Effects of Psychological Safety and Physical Self-Concept on Ego-Resilience in Nursing College Students (간호대학생의 심리적 안정감과 신체적자기개념이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was attempted to investigate the effects of psychological safety and physical self-concept on ego-resilience of nursing students. This data collected from September to November 2021 through a structured questionnaire from 166 nursing students at M University in Jeolla Southern Province. For data processing, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 23.0 program. As a result of this study, there were significant positive correlations in the self-resilience of nursing students with psychological stability and physical self-concept(r=.480, p<.001, r=.426, p<.001). The factors affecting the ego-resilience of nursing students were psychological safety(β=0.352, p<.001) and physical self-concept (β=0.236, p<.001), and the explanatory power was 26%. As a result of this study, it is necessary to increase psychological safety and physical self-concept in order to increase the ego-resilience of nursing students. It is necessary to develop and apply guide programs that enhances psychological stability for nursing students, and to provide education and facilities so that they can have a healthy body and mind, not only academics.

UX Writing Style in Fintech Services Effect on User's Satisfaction with Using Formality in Korean and Financial Jargon (핀테크 서비스의 UX 라이팅 유형이 사용자 만족감에 미치는 영향: 격식체와 전문용어 사용 여부를 중심으로)

  • With the rise of fintech services, the importance of UX Writing in digital channel is growing. However, there is a lack of research on how different types of UX Writing in fintech services specifically affect user's satisfaction. In order to determine the impact of UX Writing style in fintech services on user's satisfaction, this study used a 2x2 mixed design with using formality in Korean and financial jargon as independent variables to measure trust, conciseness, psychological stability, and completeness. The results showed that higher levels of conciseness, psychological stability, and completeness when not using jargon than using jargon. Using formality in Korean did not show a main effect for any of the dependent variables, but it was occurred that higher levels of conciseness, psychological stability, and completeness with using formality in Korean but not using jargon. The significance of this study is that it empirically verified how using formality and financial jargon in UX Writing of fintech services affects user satisfaction.

  • This study is focused on examining the use of information and communication technology among the factors that contribute to the psychological stability of the aged. To identify the appreciation and experience of information and communication technology, we have itemized mobile technology and internet technology which are the most broadly utilized technologies by the elderly, and suggested a methodology to measure the effects that information and communication technology have on their psychological stability. We surveyed more than 100 people over 55 year old in Seoul. The findings of the study showed that the group of users who use wired internet and mobile technology are less depressed and have more self-esteem than the group of non-users. It was also shown that the more skilled they are at utilizing the technology, the less feelings of depression and loneliness, and the more self-esteem they have.

The Mediation Effect of Trust in Homeroom Teacher in the Relationship of his Transformation Leadership and the Students' Emotional Stability (담임교사의 변혁적 리더십과 학생의 정서적 안정감 관계에서 담임교사신뢰의 매개효과)

  • This study was conducted to confirm the mediating effect of the teacher's trust in the relationship between the classroom teacher's transformative leadership and the students' emotional stability from the organizational perspective. For this, the data from 290 middle school students in Seoul were collected and analyzed. As a result of the study, the transformative leadership of the homeroom teacher had a positive (+) effect on the trust of the leader. In addition, the teacher's trust in the leader had a positive (+) effect on the learner's emotional stability. In addition, it was confirmed that the teacher's transformational leadership had a positive (+) effect on the learner's emotional stability. Finally, in the relationship between the homeroom teacher's transformative leadership and the learner's emotional stability, teacher trust has a partial mediating effect. This study is meaningful in that it has objectively verified what kind of leadership the homeroom teacher should aim for in order to operate the classroom as the peripheral unit of the school organization, and what emotional and psychological effects such leadership can have on students who are members of the organization.

20대 여성의 신체 만족도 및 이상형에 관한 연구

  • 의복은 사람의 신체적인 특징에잘 맞고 심리적으로 만족을 주는 것이어야 한다. 식죽(1989)은 인간관계와 사회구조가 복잡하게 서로 얽혀 이루어진 현대사회에서는 의복에대한 욕구는 다면적이고 모든 기능을 동시에갖는 것이 요구되어진다고 하였고 정삼호(1988)는 성인여성들은 연려이 증가함에 따라 나타나는 체형변화를 의복으로 최대한 보완할 수 있는 디자인을 선택하여 다른 사람들에게 의복을 통해 자기 자신을 표현함으로서 심리적으로 안정감을 얻으려고 노력한다고 하였다. 따라서, 의복 착용 자가 의복을 통해얻는 심리적 만족도는 신체적 만족도와 관련되어 형성된다고 할 수 있으며 또한 신체 적 만족도는 체형과 관련되어 형성된다고 할 수 있다 (정재은,1992). 이에 신체적 만족도와 의복행동 및 체형에 관한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 이옥연(1984), 식죽(1988), Labat-Delong(1990), 김용숙 (1990), Shim(1991), 구자명.이명희(1994), 고애란.김양진(1996) 등은 신체 만족도와 의복행동간에 관련 이 있음을 밝혔으며, 임숙자(1986), 김양진.강혜원(1992)은 신체의 결함을 의복으로 보완하고자 하는 경향이 있다고 하였고, 김정숙(1984)은 자신에게 어울리는 의복을 선택하므로써 안정감을 갖게된다고 하였다. 또한, Douty. Brannon(1984)은 여성은 마른것을 선호한다고 하였고 Clayton 등(1987)은 의복 착용자의 체형에 따라 의복 유행성 지각이 다름을 밝혔다. 그러나, 이에관한 대부분의 연구들은 심리 학적 입장에서 행하여진 연구로 신체의 종합적인 만족도, 선호를 취급하고 있을 뿐 신체각 부위의 만족 도나 선호에 관한 자세한 고찰을 하고 있지 않으며 자신의 신체에 대한 인식도 및 실제체형과의 비교는 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이에, 신체 각 부위에 대한 인식도 및 실제 신체 측정치와 만족도와의 관계 및 이상형에 대해 구체적으로 파악할 필요가 있다. 또한, 신체에 대한 이상형은 시대의 여러 여건에 따라서 변화할 수 있으므로 의복 착용자가 의복을 통해서 표현하고자 하는 이상형의 시대적 변화를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 신체에 대한 인식도 및 만족도, 이상형에 대한 설문지 조사와 신체측정을 통하여 신체 크기에대한 만족도를 객관적인 척도로 고찰하고, 이상형과 실제 체형에 관하여 고찰하고자 한다. 도한, 1992년도 자료와의 비교를 통하여 시대에 따른 신체만족도와 이상형의 변화를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 기초로 한 의복원형 제작 및 의복 디자인에 대한 연구를 통해 의복의 맞음새가 좋을뿐만 아니라 의복착용자들 에게 심리적 만족을 줄 수 있는 의복 제작에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Effects of Flight Instructor's Transformative Leaderships on Student Pilot's Psychological Stabilities and Learning Satisfactions (비행교관의 변혁적 리더십이 학생조종사의 심리적 안정감과 학업만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This research is accomplished to verify objectively how flight instructor's transformative leadership affects student pilot's psychological stabilities and learning satisfactions. Flight instructor's transformative leadership factor divided into individual consideration, intellectual stimulus and charisma from exploring factor analysis. Psychological stability factor subdivided into happiness, concentration and satisfaction. Learning satisfaction factor subdivided into participation, recommendation, persistence, accomplishment and relationship. According to the analysis of flight instructor's transformative leadership effect on psychological stability, it showed that it has statistical significance on happiness, concentration and satisfaction. It also has positive influence on happiness and concentration. The result from regression analysis showed that individual consideration and charisma affected happiness and concentration in order. However, satisfaction from individual consideration, intellectual stimulus and charisma didn't show statistical significance to student pilot's satisfaction. Analysis of flight instructor's transformative leadership on student pilot's learning satisfaction showed statistical significance between them. Intellectual stimulus and charisma had positive influence on student pilot's learning satisfaction. Regression analysis showed charisma and intellectual affect student pilot's learning satisfaction in order.
