Effects of self-management on psychological happiness in throwers (투척선수들의 자기관리가 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of field athletes' self-management on their psychological happiness. The subjects of the study were 184 athletes (male=82, female=102) who participated in the 91th National Athletes Meeting. All statistical analyses and description methods were computed by SPSS window 18.0. The discriminant analysis was used to find effects of self-management on their psychological happiness, ANOVA and Multiple regression. The results of this study were as followings: Frist, there was not significant difference to The Relationship between social-demographical variables and self-management, their psychological happiness. Second, self-management had a significant effect on psychological happiness. Based on the results, Field athletes's self-management has a positive effect on their psychological happiness.

The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers' Happiness and Psychological Burnout on Their Teacher-Child Interactions (유아교사의 행복감과 심리적 소진이 교사-유아상호작용에 미치는 영향)

  • We aimed to investigate the effects of early childhood teachers' happiness and psychological burnout on their teacher-child interactions. The subjects were 250 early childhood teachers in Metropolitan area, South Korea. We measured subjects' happiness, psychological burnout, and teacher-child interactions using the questionnaire surveys. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analyses, and the analyses of multiple regression using SPSS 24.0. As results, early childhood teachers' happiness showed the significantly positive correlation with teacher-child interactions, but psychological burnout showed the significantly negative correlation with it. It was found that early childhood teachers' happiness and psychological burnout statistically significantly affected teacher-child interactions. The results implied that there was a need to enhance early childhood teachers' happiness and to reduce their psychological burnout in order to improve the quality of teacher-child interactions.

The Effect of the Sensation Seeking Tendency of Leisure Sports Participants on Exercise Passion and Psychological Well-being (생활체육 참가자의 감각추구성향이 운동열정 및 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how the influence of sensory weight on the physical fitness participants affects exercise passion and psychological well-being, and to provide basic data for improving the quality of life and well-being of the people. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, data were collected using participants' sensation seeking tendency, excercise passion, and psychological well-being scale, and various statistical analyzes were performed to obtain the following results. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that there was a difference in sensation seeking tendency, exercise passion, and psychological well-being according to the gender of participants in leisure sports. Second, there was a difference in sensation seeking tendency, exercise passion, and psychological well-being according to the careers of participants in leisure sports. Third, the thrill and adventure of the sensation seeking tendency had a positive effect on the pleasure, immersion, and confidence of the psychological well-being, while pursuing experience on the self-realization of the psychological well-being, but it was found that the sense of boredom had a negative effect on the immersion of the psychological well-being. Fourth, the thrill, adventure, and pursuit of experience among the sensation seeking tendencies had a positive effect on the harmonious passion of exercise passion, but negative effect on the sense of boredom. Finally, it was found that exercise passion had a positive effect on all sub-factors of psychological well-being.

Investigating the Mediation Effect of Leisure Satisfaction on Relationship between Leisure Attitude and Psychology Happiness (여가활동 참여자의 여가태도가 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향: 여가만족의 매개효과 검증)

  • The study aimed to effect of leisure support and leisure constraints on life satisfaction for extreme sports participants. A total of 179 adults from Seoul, In-chon, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheng-do were recruited. I conducted frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correction, and structure equaling modeling analyses using PASW Statistics 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results were as follows: (1) leisure attitude of leisure activity participants had a positive influence on leisure satisfaction; (2) leisure attitude of leisure activity participants had no influence on psychology happiness; (3) leisure satisfaction of leisure activity participants had no influence on psychology happiness. Leisure satisfaction has no mediating effect between leisure attitude and psychological well-being. However, leisure attitude has a positive influence on leisure satisfaction, so we need to develop infrastructure which it continue participate in leisure activity.

The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers' Happiness and Job Satisfaction on Their Psychological Burnout (유아교사의 행복감과 직무만족도가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향)

  • We aimed to investigate the effects of early childhood teachers' happiness and job satisfaction on their psychological burnout. The subjects were 238 early childhood teachers in Metropolitan area, South Korea. We measured subjects' happiness, job satisfaction, and psychological burnout using the questionnaire surveys. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analyses, and the analyses of multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. As results, early childhood teachers' happiness and job satisfaction showed the statistically significant negative correlation with psychological burnout. It was found that early childhood teachers' happiness and job satisfaction statistically significantly affected psychological burnout. The results implied that the negative effects of early childhood teachers' psychological burnouts would be reduced or prevented through practical effort to enhance their happiness and job satisfaction.

Relation between Motivation, Psychological Euphoria and Adherence Intention in Elders (댄스스포츠 참여 노인의 참여동기, 심리적행복감, 지속의도의 관계)

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between motivation, psychological euphoria and adherence intention in elders. To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 249 dancesports participant from J and K city in Jeonbuk. Data were collected through the self-administrated questionnaires which were used by preceding study. The factor analysis method was used correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and three-step mediated regression analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, motivation(health, hobby) had positive effects on psychological euphoria(accomplishment, satisfaction). Second, motivation(health, hobby) had positive effects on adherence intention. Third, psychological euphoria(accomplishment, satisfaction) had positive effects on adherence intention. Forth, psychological euphoria mediated between motivation and adherence intention.

The Relationship among Trust of Instructors, Exercise Flow and Psychological Happiness for Golf Participants (골프참여자의 지도자신뢰와 운동몰입 및 심리적 행복감의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between golf leader trust, exercise flow and psychological happiness for golf practice users. This study surveyed 256 golfers. The data were used to examine the causal relationship between variables using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Main findings were as follows: First trust of Instructors had a positive effect on exercise flow. Second, exercise flow had a positive effect on psychological happiness. Third, trust of Instructors had a positive effect on psychological happiness. Fourth, exercise flow mediated the relationship between golf participant trust of Instructors and psychological happiness. If golf participants have higher confidence in their leaders and more commitment to exercise, the quality of life will be higher.

Effect of Sociocultural Attitudes toward Appearance of depression and Psychological Well-being of Fitness Participating Adult Woman (헬스참여 성인여성의 외모에 대한 사회문화적 태도가 우울 및 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effect of sociocultural attitudes toward the appearance of depression and psychological well-being of fitness in adult women. The subjects of this study consisted of 472 healthy adult woman. The used instruments were Jung (2011) for measuring the sociocultural attitudes toward appearance scale, Seo (2006) for measuring the depression scale, and Yang (2000) for measuring the psychological well-being scale. The data was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, among the subscales of sociocultural attitudes toward appearance, stress positively influenced depression. Second, among the subscales of sociocultural attitudes toward appearance, internalization-general negatively influenced hedonic enjoyment, self-realization, and a feeling of flow, but information positively influenced it. In addition, internalization-athlete positively influenced the feeling of competence, self-realization. Third, depression negatively influenced hedonic enjoyment, self-realization, and the feeling of flow.

The Effects of Perception of Fun Factors for Participation in Park Golf on Psychological Happiness and Behavioral Intentions : Focusing on the New Silver Generation (파크골프 참여에 대한 재미요인 인지가 심리적 행복감 및 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 : 뉴실버세대를 중심으로)

  • In this study, a total of 255 New Silver Generations residing in Chungcheong Province were analyzed from September 16 to December 10, 2023 to find out how the fun factors of park golf, which has established itself as a representative silver sport, affect psychological well-being and behavioral intentions. First, it was found that the fun factor had an effect on psychological well-being. Second, it was found that the fun factor influenced the behavioral intention. Finally, it was found that the psychological well-being of park golf participants had a significant effect on the intention of action. In fact, it was found through the results of the study that park golf participants felt psychological well-being according to the fun factor and were also related to future actions. Recognizing that it is the time when it is required to understand the range of New Silver people's behavior and provide customized programs to encourage participation, it is also necessary to devise a plan to activate it as a daily sport.

The Relationship between Leisure Passion, Self-Realization, and Psychological Well-being of Participants in Leisure Activities of Baby boomers (베이비붐세대 여가활동 참여자의 여가열정과 자아실현 및 심리적 행복감의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leisure passion, self-realization, and psychological well-being for baby boomers who regularly participate in leisure activities, and to provide basic data for baby boomers to participate in leisure sports based on this. This study required the study of baby boomers born between 1995 and 1963 who participated in leisure activities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to fill out a questionnaire using the convenient sampling method among non-probability sampling. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted through the SPSS 20.0 program to achieve the purpose of the study with a total of 310 data processing analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that leisure passion has an effect on self-realization. Second, self-realization is affecting psychological well-being. Third, it was found that leisure passion affects psychological well-being. Therefore, it was found that all paths had a statistically significant effect on the relationship between leisure passion, self-realization, and psychological well-being according to the leisure participation of baby boomers. In addition, leisure passion was found to have an indirect effect on psychological well-being, indicating that it had a mediating effect.
