부모간 갈등과 부모자녀간 의사소통에 따른 후기 청소년의 심리${\cdot}$사회적 적응 (The Impact of Parents' Marital Conflict and Parent-Adolescent Communication on College Students' Psycho-Social Adjustment)

  • This study investigated the effect of parents' marital conflict and parent-adolescent communication on the psycho-social adjustment of college students. The subjects were 287 college students(107 boys and 180 girls) in Daegu and Kyoungbuk Province. Questionnaires were used to investigate the college students' depression, anxiety and school adjustment and parents' marital conflict and parent-adolescent communication perceived by college students. Data were analyzed by SPSS-WIN program, including median, mean, standard deviation, correlational analysis, and regression. Results were as follows. (1) The college students who perceived their parents' marital conflict as lower and parent-adolescent communication as positive were less depressive and less anxious and were good at school than those who perceived them as higher and negative. (2) The college students of the family with negative parent-adolescent communication and high parents' marital conflict were more negative in psycho-social adjustment than those of the family with positive parent-adolescent communication or low parents' marital conflict. (3) The regression analysis showed that college students' perception of positive parent-adolescent communication was more influential on college students' psycho-social adjustment than the parents' marital conflict perceived by college students.

중년기 기혼남녀의 성역할 태도와 심리적 적응의 관계 (The Relationships of the Middle-aged Married Men and Women's Gender-role Attitude and Psychological Adjustment)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how the married middle-aged married men and women describe their own gender-role attitude, mid-life crisis and psychological adjustment, including search components as both middle-aged men and women's income, and education with occupation. Psychological adjustment was composed of mid-life crisis, depression, and perceived happiness, These data were collected from 397 married, middle aged men and women from 40 years to 59 years-old by using self-administered questionnaire method, The summarized results of the study are as follows: First of all, the middle-aged men's gender-role attitudes were more traditional gender-role attitudes 'than of women's. Second, in general characteristic, the men were different according to education, However, the women's gender-role attitudes were different according to ages, a period of marriage, education, income, and occupation. Third, in psychological adjustment, the men had significant differences in income. And, the women had significant differences in ages, a period of marriage, education, income, and occupation. Finally, the men and women's gender-role attitudes were positively correlated with mid-life crisis and depression, and were negatively correlated with happiness. And, the women's gender-role attitudes were positively correlated with psychological adjustment.

임상 신규간호사의 상급 초보자에서 적임자로 되어가는 경험 (A Study on Experience of Transition from New Clinical Nurse to Competent Step)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to describe nurses' experience in transition from new graduate nurses to professional clinical nursees in a hospital. Methods: Ten new clinical nurses working in a hospital participated in this study. Data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed using phenomenology. Results: The analysis yielded five core category themes from new nurses for becoming a professional nurse: (a) beginning of hardship journey (b) feeling of inability in workplace (c) struggling hard to develop skills (d) enduring hardships by soothing oneself and peer support (e) beginning of an exciting journey. Conclusion: Over time, new nurses face many difficulties in transition to a professional status. To enhance the role development of new clinical nurses in hospital settings, nursing schools and clinical fields must teach and prepare them. Nursing schools should teach a strong theoretical base as well as nursing skills. In addition, in the clinical nursing department, education, teaching the integrated systems, staff development, support, evaluation, and feedback are needed for new nurses's development.

  • 기존의 모바일 기기들은 일반화된 고정 인터페이스 상태의 제품으로, 사용자가 단순 학습을 통해 반복된 인터렉션과 구성만을 이용하는 수준이었으나 최근과 같이 기기가 지능적이고 다양화되면서 개인의 요구와 특성을 반영한 인터페이스 방법들을 요구하기 시작하였다. 이에 따라 일반적 성향에 맞추어진 Universal UI와 개인의 특성에 맞춰진 Customizing UI의 양립적 이슈는 지속적으로 대치되어 왔다. 그러므로 이를 서로 적절한 수준에서 상호 보완하여 디자인하는 것은 그 형태나 속성을 떠나 최신 UI의 기본적인 필요충분조건이 되었다. Universal UI는 인식과 행동패턴을 달리하는 사람들의 공통분모를 찾아냄으로써 표준화의 Solution을 찾아낼 수 있었지만 Customizing에 대한 해답은 사용자 심리, 문화, 역사까지 고려해야 한다. 우리는 이 두 부분을 모두 만족하는 다방면의 멘탈모델 수립과 UT검증을 통해 모바일 기기에서 최적의 인터페이스 개발을 진행하게 되었다. 이러한 Customizing에 대한 연구는 기기 사용자의 지역과, 문화적 특성에 따라 최적화된 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있기에 기기 제조사는 Future work을 위해서라도 이러한 부분에의 충분한 연구 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 우리는 본 논문에서와 같은 Personalization과, 선호 기능을 좀 더 쉽게 적응하고 사용할 수 있도록 하는 Customization 을 통해 사용자의 성향을 적극 반영할 수 있는 모바일 인터페이스 제품 개발로 한 단계 발전시켰다고 본다.

공조덕트용 능동소음제어기 개발 (Development of an active noise controller for duct systems)

  • 종래에는 공조덕트의 소음 감소를 위하여 주로 흡음재료를 사용하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 흡음재료를 이용한 소음감소대책은 500HZ 이상의 고주파 영 역에서는 효과가 있으나 500HZ 이하의 저주파 영역에서는 효과가 적다. 이 러한 500HZ이하의 저주파 소음은 각종 구조물의 진동을 야기시켜 정밀작업 이 요구되는 작업환경을 파괴하고, 심지어는 구조물에 손상을 입힐수도 있 다. 또한 이러한 저주파 소음에 노출된 사람의 심리를 불안하게 하여 일의 효율을 떨어뜨릴 뿐만 아니라 청력장애를 일으키기도 한다. 또한 청정환경이 요구되는 곳에서의 소음감소를 위하여 흡음재료를 사용할 경우 흡음재료로 부터 떨어져 나오는 미세분에 의해 청정환경의 보존이 어려워진다. 이러한 흡음재료를 이용한 수동소음제어 대책의 단점을 해결하기 위하여 소음을 그 소음과 동일한 진폭을 갖으며 위상차가 180도인 인위적인 음파로 상쇠시키 는 능동소음제어대책의 개발이 요구되어 왔다. 본 논문은 덕트 또는 이와 유 사한 음향환경내에서의 적응필터기법(adaptive filtering technique)을 이용한 능동소음제어방법의 개발, 실제구현 및 성능평가에 관한 것으로서, 특히 다 수의 에러 마이크로폰과 다수의 소음제어용 스피커를 사용하여 제어계통의 가관측성(Observability)및 가제어성(Controllability)을 향상시켜 평면파로 전 달되는 소음의 감소를 증대시킬수 있을 뿐만 아니라 고차모드(Higher-order mode)로 전달되는 소음의 제어도 가능케하는 능동소음제어 방법에 관하여 논하였다.

유아교사의 심리적 소진과 행복감이 유아의 교육기관 적응능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Early Educator's Psychological Exhaustion and Happiness on Children's Adapting Ability in Early Education Settings)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of early educator's psychological exhaustion and happiness on adapting ability of children in early education settings. Two hundred ten early educators and six hundred thirty children were selected as subjects of this study and were requested to participate in a survey. The results of this study were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between early educator's psychological exhaustion and happiness as well as children's adaptability on education facility, higher psychological exhaustion and lower happiness were related to lower children's adaptability on education facility. Second, as a result of comparing comparative impact that psychological exhaustion and happiness has on children's adaptability on education facility, psychological exhaustion of the teacher impacts negatively on children's adaptability on education facility and happiness of the teacher did not significantly impact children's adaptability on education facility. This research is expected to be used as foundational data that helps to recognize the importance of psychological exhaustion and happiness of the teacher and could be used to develop various programs that support teachers to recover from burnout and to increase happiness.

손자녀가 지각하는 조모/외조모의 사회적 지지 특성과 학령기 아동의 심리적 적응 (Characteristics of Paternal and Maternal Grandmothers′ Social Support and its Impact on School-aged Grandchildren′s Psychological Adaptation)

  • This study was conducted to identify the characteristics of paternal and maternal grandmothers' social support, and to investigate the relationship between paternal and maternal grandmothers' social support and their school-aged grandchildren's psychological adaptation. The participants of this study were 215 students in the 5th and 6th grades and their mothers residing in Daegu. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, paired t-test, ANOV A, Scheffe's test, and hierarchical multiple regression. Findings of this study are as follows: 1. School-aged children perceived that their maternal grandmothers rendered more emotional and informational support than their paternal grandmothers. 2. Paternal grandmother's social support as perceived by the grandchild varied significantly with the frequency of face-to-face contact, the frequency of phone contact, and the friendship between the paternal grandmother and the mother. Maternal grandmother's social support as perceived by the grandchild, on the other hand, varied significantly by the level of grandmother's education, the frequency of face-to-face contact, and the frequency of phone contact. 3. Perceived paternal and maternal grandmothers' social support had indirect impacts on grandchildren's depression, which was mediated by their mothers' parenting.

신장공여자와 신장수혜자를 가진 가족들의 사회심리적 적응 (Psychosocial Adjustment in Families with Kidney Donor or Recipient)

  • The purpose of this study was to generate a grounded theory of how families with kidney donor or recipient coped with kidney transplantations. Interview data from twelve families involved in kidney transplants was analyzed using the grounded theory method. Data analysis revealed that “protecting the family” was the main theme that represented family member experiences. In order to maintain family function and to protect the family from breaking up, family members had to adjust the family structure from the traditional style of a husband-centered family, to one that was patient health -centered. The process of this adjustment was a very long and difficult one, taking several years from the recognition of the kidney disease to the kidney transplants. Family members, especially spouses, employed nine different strategies to deal with various problems and conflicts which occurred during the process : 1) paying attention to the patient's illness and complications ; 2) accepting the patient's illness as the family's illness as well ; 3) managing the patient's illness and complications that occured ; 4) being thrifty ; 5)supporting the kidney donor ; 6) accepting and replacing the lost roles of the patient ; 7) keeping composure and encouraging the patient ; 8) sustaining the patient's independence ; 9) self-restraining sexual desires. These findings suggest that there is a developmental process where family members adjust to a kidney transplant over time. There is also a need for increased social and psychological health services for all family members over the course of kidney transplants.

  • 대학 첫 1년은 신입생들이 학습을 포함한 대학교육에 대한 태도, 기대, 습관을 형성하는 가장 중요한 시기로 성공적인 대학교육의 관건이 되는 전략적 시기이다. 즉, 대학 첫 1년 시기의 태도와 행동, 대학 교육에의 적응도, 다양한 영역에서의 대학 경험이 성공적인 대학 1년을 결정짓게 되며, 성공적인 대학 1학년 교육은 지적 성장, 인간관계 형성, 진로방향 및 목표에 대한 명료화, 신체 및 심리적 건강, 가치관 명료화 등을 경험하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 포스텍 1학년 학생들이 경험하는 학업과 생활은 어떠한지를 조사하여 성공적인 대학 첫 1학년의 경험을 위한 교육요구를 파악하고 프로그램의 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

암환자 특이형 외상후 성장 측정도구 개발 및 타당화 (Development and Validation of the Cancer-Specific Posttraumatic Growth Inventory)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to evaluate posttraumatic growth in patients with cancer and to examine the validity and reliability of the scale. Methods: A literature review, semi-structured patient interviews and an expert panel consultation produced a 27 preliminary item questionnaire. Participants were 150 cancer patients recruited to test the reliability and validity of the preliminary scale. Data were analyzed using item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, convergent validity and internal consistency. Results: Item reduction and exploratory factor analysis led to 23 items, grouped into five subscales which were labelled new possibilities (6 items), coping skills (5 items), preciousness of life (5 items), relating to others (4 items), and personal strength (3 items). Convergent validity was evaluated by total correlation with the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General (r=.45, p<.001). The final scale demonstrated satisfactory internal consistency (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ =.94). Conclusion: Findings from this study indicate that the Cancer-Specific Posttraumatic Growth Inventory has validity and reliability and is considered to be appropriate for assessing posttraumatic growth in patients with cancer.
