The Effect of Perceived Risks and Performance regarding Psychic Distance (심리적거리가 지각된 위험과 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The conclusions shown by this study are as follows: Firstly, Despite the similarity of the objective distance caused by the geographic distance and cultural similarities. it is found that the psychic distance factor still exists. Secondly, a new affective factor of psychic distance has been noted. As to the shaping method, even though culture and psychic distance involve homeogenic factors, psychic distance is more complex in that it is affected not only by cultural changes but also by other affective factors. Culture is a very significant factor, which can have an effect on forming psychic distance, but it is short of being a measurement variable for measuring psychic distance. Thirdly, psychic distance can have a direct effect on customers' buying response. If it is just a belief shared among the people of a nation, it can't become an important notion.

The Influence of Educare Teachers' Self-encouragement and Social Support on Psychological Burnout (보육교사의 자기격려와 사회적 지지가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to verify the influence of educare teachers' self-encouragement and social support on their psychological burnout. Methods: This study was 329 educare teachers working in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. The questionnaire for this study (self-encouragement scales, social support scales, and psychological burnout scales) was conducted and t-test, F-test, Turkey post test, Pearson Correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis was conducted by using the SPSS windows 18.0 program. Research results of analysis were as follows. Results: First, the difference of self-encouragement of educare teachers was remarkable according to age group and that of social support noticeable according to age group and career while that of psychological burnout was noticeable according to age group and marital status. Second, educare teachers' self-encouragement and social support has negative correlation with their psychological burnout. Third, educare teachers' self-encouragement and social support affect their psychological burnout in negative manner. In particular, self-encouragement functions, more than social support, as a main factor in reducing psychological burnout. Conclusion/Implications: These results can be utilized as basic data for developing education and counselling programs designed to provide emotional stability for educare teachers and help them give more positive child-care service.

시스템다이내믹스 컨설팅에 있어서 연구자와 고객의 심리적 격차

  • 본 논문에서는 인과지도의 작성자와 독자 간의 심리적 격차에 관하여 분석하고자 한다. 먼저 기존에 연구되어 왔던 소산효과(dissipation effects)와 희석효과(dilution effects)는 인과지도를 작성하는 사람이 아니라 인과지도를 이해하는 사람에게 적용되는 심리적 경향이라는 점을 이 논문에서 지적한다. 소산 효과란 인과고리의 길이가 길어질수록 인과관계의 강도를 낮게 인식하는 심리적 경향을 의미한다. 희석효과는 여러 개의 인과관게가 존재할수록 특정 인과관계의 강도를 낮게 인식하는 심리적 경향을 의미한다. 이들 심리적 경향과는 달리 집중 효과(concentration effect)가 인과지도 작성자의 심리적 경향을 보다 잘 설명하는 것으로 실험 결과 분석되었다. 집중 효과란 주의를 집중하는 영역에 대하여 많은 인과관계를 생각하고, 인과관계의 강도 역시 강하게 생각하는 심리적 경향을 의미한다. 인과지도의 작성자 즉 시스템 컨설팅을 담당하는 사람들에게는 소산효과나 희석효과 보다 집중효과가 더 강하게 작용한다는 것이다. 이러한 심리적 비대칭성이 시스템 다이내믹스 연구자와 그의 고객 간의 의사소통 문제를 야기 시킨다는 점을 본 논문에서 지적한다.

마음챙김 기반 MBSR 프로그램이 상담자의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 효과: 상담자의 자기돌봄과 자기효능감을 중심으로

  • 2000년대 들어 상담에 대한 관심과 상담 수요가 크게 늘어가고 있는 상황에서 상대적으로 직무 특성상 상담자들 또한 심리적인 어려움들을 느끼면서 상담자 스스로 자신의 정신 건강 및 유지를 위한 자기돌봄의 중요성이 증가하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 상담자는 많은 시간을 내담자와의 직접적인 대면을 통해서 내담자의 다양한 문제에 대한 해결과 도움을 제공해 줌에 있어 지속적인 치료 과정을 함께한다. 상담자는 내담자와의 상황 대면을 통한 치료 과정을 함께하면서 치료의 긍정적인 면을 접하기도 하지만, 한편으로는 지속적인 스트레스로 인해 심리적 소진과 다양한 정서적 피로도를 경험하게 된다. 이에 다양한 심리적·정서적 소진과 피로도에 대해 적절하고 유연하게 대처하기 위해서는 상담자 스스로 자신을 보호할 수 있는 자기돌봄이 필요하며, 상담자 자신이 어떠한 상황에서도 긍정적인 마음을 유지 할 수 있는 자기효능감을 향상시키는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 마음 챙김에 기반한 MBSR 프로그램이 다양한 상담 현장에서 심리적 소진을 겪고 있는 상담자들의 심리적 안녕감, 특히 상담자의 자기돌봄 및 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 실제 현장에서 활동하고 있는 상담경력 1년에서 5년 미만의 상담자 40명을 대상으로 주 1회기, 회기 당 2시간의 총 12주간의 MBSR 프로그램을 통한 상담자의 자기돌봄 및 효능감의 변화가 상담자의 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적 요인으로 적용될 수 있다는 것을 확인하여 실제 상담 현장에서의 상담자들이 겪고 있는 심리적 소진의 완화를 통한 안정적인 상담 현장이 조성될 수 있도록 기여하고자 한다.

  • This study introduces major models of psychological debriefing that has been utilized as an early psychological intervention after traumatic incidents and examines the controversy on the effects of psychological debriefing. It is difficult to make consistent conclusions regarding its effects based on the previous research data. Therefore, this study examines the major issues related to psychological debriefing and suggests the important points for best practice in crisis situations.

  • 본 연구는 고등학생의 심리적 안녕감이 일상생활을 함에 있어서 대표적인 적응 지표로서 기능하는 정서지능과 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 알아보고, 또한 심리적 안녕감이 고등학생들의 내외통제성에는 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 제주시 고등학교 학생 402명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 심리적 안녕감과 정서지능과는 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 심리적 안녕감과 내외통제성과는 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 심리적 안녕감이 정서지능에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 심리적 안녕감이 내외통제성에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과로 볼 때, 심리적 안녕감과 정서지능과는 높은 관련성이 있다. 또한 심리적 안녕감이 높을수록 자신의 선택한 결과를 외부의 환경에 두는 것이 아니라 자신의 능력, 노력 등으로 귀인하는 내외통제성과도 관련이 있다. 따라서 고등학생의 정서지능을 함양시키는 프로그램들이 개발되어져야 한다고 사료된다.

The Impact of Psychological Capital on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Among Employees of Social Enterprises (사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines the relationships among psychological capital, job satisfaction and organizational commitment based on survey data from employees of social enterprises in Busan & Ulsan Region area. The main findings of the study are as follows: first, psychological capital of social enterprise's employee was positively associated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment while there was also a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of social enterprises. Second, empirical analysis also shows that job satisfaction mediated both the relationship of psychological capital and organizational commitment of social enterprises. This study contributes to our understanding of relationship between psychological capital/job satisfaction and organizational commitment of social enterprises by suggesting an empirical study, highlighting the role of psychological capital, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of social enterprise's employees.

Convergence Study on the Moderating Effects of Ego-resilience on the relationship between Jobscape and Psychological Welfare of the Employees in Tourism Industry (관광업체 종사자의 잡스케이프(jobscape)와 심리적 복지감의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 조절효과에 관한 융합연구)

  • This research was psychological convergence research for job satisfaction improvement of emotional worker, and verified the effects of jobscape on psychological welfare and moderating effects of ego-resilience through the relation between jobscape and psychological welfare. Research hypothesis was verified by SPSS 20.0 program based on surveys from workers in travel agency in Seoul. As a result, jobscape that includes physical, emotional and social environment has a positive effect on psychological well-being and has a negative effect on psychological burnout. Moreover, ego-resilience plays a moderating role in relation among these factors. Based on the result, this study suggests that jobscape is an important factor in psychological welfare of the employees in tourism industry and emphasizes the importance of role of the employees' ego-resilience by revealing ego-resilience as an important moderating variable.

The Effect of Engagement on Psychological Empowerment and Job Engagement on Proactive Behavior (심리적 임파워먼트와 직무열의가 주도적 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The present study assumes that active and voluntary actions of organizational members in domestic enterprises can improve organizational performance as they have to seek differentiated strategies and changes in the midst of infinite competition. Considering the nature of psychological empowerment and proactive behavior, the study conducted a survey on members of companies with 100 or more workers of a certain size and used 300 samples for the study. Accordingly, this study attempted to investigate the relationship between personal factors influencing overall organizational competitiveness, i. e. job engagement, proactive behavior and psychological empowerment. Also, the mediating effects of job engagement on the relationship between psychological empowerment and proactive behavior were also examined here. The analysis established the relationship between psychological empowerment, job engagement and proactive behavior. Also, psychological empowerment was found to exert positive influence on job engagement and proactive behavior to a significant extent. Likewise, job engagement proved to have positive influence on proactive behavior to a significant degree. In addition, the mediating effects of job engagement on the relationship between psychological empowerment and proactive behavior were confirmed. Based on these findings, this study suggested relevant theoretical rationales and practical implications.

The Relation between Romantic Attachment and Psychological Well-being of College Students: The Mediating Effect of Romantic Competence (대학생의 낭만적 애착과 심리적 안녕감의 관계: 연인관계 유능성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of romantic competence on the relation between romantic attachment and psychological well-being. A sample of 206 college students was employed. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlations and hierarchical regressions. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, romantic attachment was negatively associated with psychological well-being and romantic competence. Also, romantic competence was positively associated with psychological well-being. Second, there was partial mediating effect of romantic competence on the relation between romantic attachment and psychological well-being. This study explored the direct effect of romantic attachment on psychological well-being and the indirect effect of romantic attachment on psychological well-being through romantic competence. The results imply that personal relationship skills should be considered to enhance psychological well-being when planning programs or counseling for college students.
