This study is an empirical study analyzing the effects of positive psychological capital on job burnout. In addition, positive psychological capital played a role in organizational citizenship behavior, and tried to verify the role of organizational citizenship behavior as a black box, or parameter, between job burnout. And then, the sub-factors of organizational citizenship behavior were divided into two: individual-oriented organizational citizenship behavior and organization-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted for members of small and medium-sized enterprises to compare and analyze the relationship between variables. Positive psychological capital is increasing interest in that it can reduce the job burnout of members and embrace the propensity of young generations represented by millennials because it can improve the effectiveness by developing positive mental states and strengths of the organization. There is a need for research as a keyword. As a result of this study, first, it was found that positive psychological capital of SME(small and medium-sized enterprises) members had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, positive psychological capital was found to have a significant negative effect on job burnout. Third, it was a verification of how positive psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior affect job burnout. In the relationship between positive psychological capital and job burnout, organization-oriented organizational citizenship behavior was found to play a mediating role. However, it was found that individual-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors among the organizational citizenship behaviors are not valid. In this study, positive psychological capital and job burnout, which have been mainly studied in service workers' emotional workers(crew, nurses, counselors, etc.), nursery teachers, and social workers, were applied to SME members by using the parameters of organizational citizenship behavior. You can put that implication on things. The positive psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior can be further enhanced through SME members' love for the company, improvement of consideration among employees and resulting organizational commitment and work performance. It could also provide momentum for sustainable management for small and medium-sized enterprises that are relatively short of capital and resources.
This study examines the failure experience and aspirations for future among Korean adolescents and their parents using indigenous psychological analysis. The first part of this paper reviews the achievement literature that has used indigenous psychological analysis. The second part of this paper provides an empirical analysis of 482 students (primary=117, middle school=88, high school=72, and university=205) and 507 parents of the adolescents (fathers= 236, mothers=271). The open-ended questionnaire developed by Park and Kim (1999) was adopted for the study that asked the respondents to list the most painful experience, the person that was the most responsible for the failure, and the most important reason for the failure. The section on aspirations for the future asked the respondents to list the achievement that they would most likely to succeed, the person that they need assistance from, the type of support they need from the person, and the most important factor that would lead to them to success. The results indicate that for students the most painful failure was related to academic failure and for adults, it was related to family life. The person that was most responsible for the failure was reported by both samples be themselves. As for the most important factor that influenced their failure was a lack of self-regulation, such as a lack of effort and persistence. For the aspiration for future, students listed academic and occupational success and for adults listed harmonious family life as the most important. For social support, the adolescents listed their parents and adults listed their spouse as the person that they need assistance from. As for type of support, they listed emotional support to be the most important. As for the most important factor that would contribute to their success, majority of students and adults listed self-regulation. Based on these results and previous indigenous studies indicate, the following four conclusions could be drawn: (1) the emphasis of self-regulation as the most important reason for their past achievement, the future success and the lack of self-regulation for their failure; (2) the importance of receiving emotional support from family members; (3) the importance of educational aspiration and achievement for providing the basis of economic development; and 4) the importance goal of achieving harmonious family life.

Web technology has allowed the rise of services such as blogs or YouTube that make possible the sharing of opinions, perspectives, and experiences with other users through contents. Online services that promote such sharing of information and communication are known as social media. Recently, the explosive growth of these services displays the carry-over of the natural sociality that all humans possess as social creatures. This study took an exploratory approach in investigating what influential relationships are involved in forming new relationships through sharing and participation, as sharing and participation are core keywords of social media. In order to do this, relationship formations were observed in actual usage environments with the use of the diary study method and in-depth interviews. This study sought to deduce necessary elements in relationship formations and examine the influences of weak ties on participation and sharing.
In this study, the correlation between convergence factors including social, environmental, psychological and physical factors and the health-related quality of life was examined using a structural equation model to find a practical alternative for improving the quality of life in the elderly people living alone. This study targeted 13,771 seniors from single households aged 65 and over, who were subject to the community health survey in 2014. Social capitals, stress, subjective health conditions and EQ-5D of the subjects were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The analysis findings are as follows. The results of the model fit was good value with CFI=.906, GFI=.955, RMSEA=.074. In conclusion, these results demonstrate that for maintaining health and improving the quality of life in the elderly people living alone, families and local communities need to increase social capitals by providing care service for the elderly people living alone and grounds that they can participate in.
The purpose of this study was to provide basic data necessary for revitalizing adult oral care by identifying the correlation between depression, social self-efficacy and self - perceived oral health. To collect data, people in their forties or older in North Jeolla Province were convenience sampling to complete a self-administered questionnaire from April 2 to May 21, 2016. The data were analyzed by SPSSWIN 20.0, Chi-square test, t-test and one way ANOVA, Scheffe' post hoc test, Pearson correlation. Depression was negatively correlated with self-efficacy and oral health. Social self-efficacy was positively correlated with oral health. In pursuit of steady prevention and management, therefore, it is necessary to develop an oral health promotion program reflecting social efficacy, giving another consideration to education related to psychological oral health cognition.
Animation is a popular art in the form of enlightenment that intimately approaches people of various ages and makes them reconsider the social problems they have ignored. Therefore, this paper analyzes how the character setting and formative symbolism in "The Willoughbys" raise awareness of social agendas. The previous studies found that the modern society needs to be aware of child abuse and various types of family, and examined that color and formativeness of animation induce psychological and behavior change from the audience. The work shows emotional abuse and neglect as characters, and presents the subdivided form of the family. The rainbow symbolizes diverse family members. The agents with visual characteristics express the modern principle-based secondary perpetrator along with apathetic neighbors to urge a change in audience perception. This paper insists the value of animation when it is essential to raise public awareness prior to the construction of a welfare society and support system.
This Paper aims to explore the socio-spatial implication of urban policy dialectic. The urban policies to solve various social problems are definitely related to the spatial situation of his society. In France there have been several kinds of urban policies to meet 'social exclusion' as new concept of poverty. To fix 'ZUS(Zones Urbaines Sensibles), being based on the 'Pacte do relance pour la ville' of 1996, is one of them. It makes a conclusion in this paper that the purposeful zoning by urban policy to meet social exclusion can lead to deepen them. The situation of social exclusion in ZUS is related to the spatial exclusion by zoning marginal areas. To define the key concepts of 'social exclusion' and 'ZUS' is absolutely needed to accomplish the purpose of this study.
The present study investigated the relationship between adult attachment and depression and the moderating effects of social support in secondary school teachers. Survey data was collected from 231 secondary school teachers working at three middle and high schools in the Seoul and Gyung-gi areas. Correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analyses were used to test the relationships among the main variables, namely adult attachment, social support, and depression, and the three moderating effects of social support in the relationship between adult attachment and depression, respectively. The main results were as follows. First, each sub-dimension of adult attachment, namely dependent attachment, anxiety attachment, and close attachment, were significantly correlated with depression levels. All of the variables except senior support and dependent attachment were significantly correlated with depression. Second, social support had a moderating effect in the relationship between anxiety attachment and depression. Colleague and family support had moderating effects in the relationship between dependent attachment and depression though senior support did not.
This study investigated the effectiveness of the assessment of psychosocial treatment outcome in symptomatology and social functioning as rated by the depressed client's significant other in explaining the client's symptomatology and social adjustment at 6 and 12 month follow-up period after the 16-week psychosocial treatment was terminated. The data were drawn from the National Institute of Mental Health Treatment of Depression Collaborative Research Program of the U.S. Significant others of depressed clients have rarely participated in the assessment of treatment outcome, although they are major participants of the clients' daily life and have meaningful opportunities to observe the clients' functioning in different social situations. Thus, this study aimed to examine the explanatory power of the significant others' outcome assessment in depressive symptomatology and social functioning for the long-term outcome in symptomatology and social adjustment. The outcome measures used by the significant others were actual performance, expected performance, gap between actual and expected performance, and symptomatology drawn from the Katz Adjustment Scale-Relatives Form. Three major findings were: (1) in general, the posttreatment assessment by the significant other demonstrated stronger explanatory power of the follow-up status than the assessment rated at pretreatment in all of the four outcome domains; (2) the significant other's assessment of actual and expected performance at both pre- and posttreatment demonstrated significant explanatory power of the follow-up status in symptomatology and social/leisure and work adjustment; and (3) the significant other's assessment of social functioning at pretreatment improved the explanatory power over and above the explanation by symptomatology in the follow-up status of social/leisure and work adjustment; however, at posttreatment, symptomatology improved the explanation over and above social functioning more frequently in predicting both symptomatology and social/leisure and work adjustment. These findings suggest the effectiveness of the measures of symptomatology and actual and expected performance as assessed by significant others. The results imply that mental health professionals and researchers need to involve the depressed client's significant other in the treatment and make good use of their contribution in treatment planning and further intervention in the follow-up period to prevent relapse.
