Owing to the development of mobile communication technology during the last a few years, the number of users of mobile devices such as the smartphone and the tablet PC has increased rapidly. As a result, the range of applications of the mobile devices has also been greatly expanded from an application for the convenience of daily life to an application for assisting the operations of industrial fields. Especially, portability of mobile devices can provide great help in collecting and using information on the production site. In shipbuilding production processes, it is difficult to collect changes of circumstance in the field and reflect the changes to schedule due to the low production automation rate and frequent changes in schedule. In this study, we propose a system to solve the problems of shipbuilding production processes such as the ones described above by using mobile devices. First of all, we organize the production information and production processes of the panel line through the analysis of shipyard panel line operations. Next, we have developed a system that can support the production execution plan of the panel line and monitor the production processes in the field. The system was developed utilizing application virtualization to allow access to the system from various platforms of mobile devices and PC's. The system was implemented using ooCBD methodology considering the future expansion of the system and ease of maintenance.

Purpose: As an administrative organization that directly affects the safety and livelihood of the people, local governments are important to ensure the continuity of key functions in the event of a disaster. The purpose of this study is to review effective methods for establishing and implementing a continuity of operations plan to protect and maintain the key functions of local governments. Method: In order to improve the inefficiency of the ISO22301-based continuity of operation plan, applying the organizational-oriented functional continuity method and set up the planning method, key functions, required resources, and basic education and training forms, and apply to local governments and review their feasibility. Result: The proposed organization-oriented continuity of operation plan preparation method reflects the characteristics of bureaucratic local governments and makes it easy to prepare and apply in practice. Conclusion: Compared to the private sector, in the public sector, where work is organization-oriented, it can be a more efficient way to fully reflect the organizational point of view in establishing a continuity of Opertaions plan.

정부는 1월 25일 국무조정실, 미래창조과학부, 외교부, 산업통상자원부 등 관계부처 합동으로 향후 5년간(2017~21년)의 원자력 진흥 이용 정책 방향을 제시하는 '제5차 원자력진흥종합계획'을 확정했다. 이번 제5차 원자력진흥종합계획 주요 특징은 국민적 관심사인 원전 안전과 방사성폐기물 관리에 역점을 두고 수립됐으며, 갈수록 중요성이 증대되고 있는 소통을 위한 정책이 비중있게 다뤘다는 점이다. 또한 핵심 주제 도출, 추진 전략 설정 등 수립 과정상 온라인 및 오프라인 공청회를 병행하는 등 다양한 의견 수렴 절차를 거쳤으며, 관계 부처 간 유기적인 역할 분담 및 협력 내용을 충실히 반영하고, 원자력 연구개발 5개년 계획을 수립하여 상하위 계획간의 일관성과 실행력을 높였다. 정부는 제5차 원자력진흥종합계획의 충실한 이행을 통해 고준위폐기물 관리 정책 확립 등 투명한 정책 추진으로 국민 신뢰를 향상하고 신기후체제 출범에 따른 온실가스 감축 목표에 효과적으로 대응하며 원자력의 지속적 이용을 통한 국가 성장 동력 창출 기반을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 원자력진흥종합계획은 원자력 진흥 이용 관련 종합 계획으로 지난 1997년부터 매 5년마다 수립하여 추진하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 u-City인력수급 전망을 토대로 국토해양부의 u-City 관련 인력양성에 대한 실천계획이 효율적으로 실행될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. u-City를 추진하는 지자체, 개발사업자마다 공통적으로 제기하는 문제점은 u-City 관련 고급 및 기능 인력의 절대적인 부족이다. 그러나 u-City 전문인력은 u-City건설의 특성상 도시계획 개발, 정보통신망, IT 등 다양한 분야에 대한 전문지식을 갖추어야하나 이러한 고급인력이 배출되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인력양성방안의 목표를 'u-City의 성공적인 추진에 부합하는 전문인력양성'으로 설정하였으며, 수요자 중심의 교육, 지역 균형적인 전문인력양성, u-City 관련 분야의 융 복합교육, u-City 관련 교육인프라 구축을 추진전략으로 수립하였다. u-City 인력양성의 추진목표 및 전략을 실행하기 위한 중점추진과제로는 'u-City건설 전문인력교육 관련 수요전망', '지역별 거점대학 선정을 통한 전문인력의 양성', 'u-City 인력양성센터 건립추진', '교육포탈을 통한 온라인 교육', '교육인프라 구축' 등 5개를 선정하였다. u-City 인력양성을 위한 추진전략의 성공적 실행을 위해서는 중점 추진과제들간의 유기적인 연계가 필수적이다.

The purpose of this study is to survey the need of in-service education for the professional development of middle school science teachers' teaching practice. The questionnaire was modified by Young Choi's framework(2010) to survey the level of the progression in the professional development and learning, the degree of in-service education necessity, and the degree of priority of need. The questionnaire was administered to 203 middle school science teachers in Daegu. The mean level of the progression in the professional development and learning were 2.45 and 3.15. The degrees of in-service education necessity to improve level of the progression in the professional development and learning was 3.45, and 3.16. The element and aspect highest degree of priority of need were 'element 1. planning coherent sequences of lessons' and 'aspect 1-4. planning difference among individuals', 'aspect 1-2. planning learning activity'. The degree of in-service education necessity and the degree of priority of need was a significant difference according to almost all of the teachers' characteristics.

IWRM은 지속가능한 발전 방향으로 수자원을 관리 및 개발하기 위한 기존의 정치, 사회, 경제, 행정 및 기술 시스템의 혁신과정이다. IWRM의 개념은 1992년 더블린 선언과 리우 지구정상회담에서 채택한 Agenda 21에 의해서 특별한 주의를 끌고 있다. 그러나 IWRM은 개념의 추상성과 어떻게 실행할 것인가에 대한 의문성으로 인하여 혼란을 주고 있다. 우리의 수자원 환경은 반복되는 물 부족, 수자원 개발과 환경보전의 대립, 수질 개선의 미흡, 수요관리의 요구 증대, 물 관리기관간의 제휴력 취약, 참여에 의한 수자원 관리 행정 미흡, 물 관리 재정 악화 등을 들 수 있다. 이런 현안들을 해결하기 위하여 IWRM에 대한 필요성과 관심이 집중되고 있다. 그러나 IWRM의 실행을 위한 진전은 더디게 진행되고 있고, 이런 결과는 IWRM개념 이해의 부족도 하나의 원인이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 IWRM을 물 관리의 새로운 혁신과정으로서 살펴보았다. 다대한 장해물을 가지고 있는 혁신은 한번에 모든 주요한 개혁을 수행하는 것보다 일단 변화를 촉진시키기 위하여 쉽고 실행 가능한 첫 출발이 중요하다. 본 연구는 IWRM의 이해도를 높일 수 있는 개념을 조사 분석하였고, 국내의 수자원 문제를 해결하고자하는 IWRM의 실행 노력을 살펴보았다.

The purpose of this study is to improve the curriculum of major subjects by constructing and applying design thinking centered 'early childhood language education' for prospective kindergarten teachers, and to cultivate their teaching ability in the classroom. As a result of the study, it is as follows. First, in the improvement of 'early childhood language education' subjects centered on design thinking, the "plan" stage recognizes the problem of interest in language education and the execution of language areas. In the "action" step, they created a interesting stationery for plays that can be actively expressed for young children who are hard to write. In the "re-action after reflection" steps, they have developed creative writing based on the diverse experience of the who have been working on a kindergarten field practice, Second, The meaning of the implementation for the major classes based on the design thinking is listening to young children than given practice, and self-reflection and growth through sympathy and cooperation. The implications of this study are needed to change the various major classes and the experience of problem solving is that it is also helpful for the autonomy and expertise of prospective kindergarten teachers.

본 연구에서는 하천정비기본계획의 수립현황과 실시공사에 다른 현황을 비교하여 문제점을 검토하였다. 대상유역으로는 충청북도의 제천천을 대상으로 기본계획의 수립과 실시현황을 조사하였으며, 재수립기간이 지난 10년후에 실시된 현황을 조사한 결과 하천확폭은 40정도가 진행중에 있으며, 보강 구간의 경우 27%정도가 진행된 것으로 조사되었다. 하천정비기본계획의 수립율이 94% 이상인 국가하천 및 지방 1급 하천에 비해 지방 2급 하천의 정비기본계획 수립율이 57%정도로 저조하고 사업의 시행여부도 미비한 점에 따라 실제 시행되는 시기와 기본계획 수립시기의 시간적 차이에 따라 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

시맨틱 웹서비스 조합을 위해 인공지능 분야의 계획수립 기법을 적용하려는 연구들이 최근 늘고 있다. 하지만 전통적인 계획수립 기법이 갖는 계획작성 단계와 실행 단계가 분리되어 있기 때문에 여러가지 한계성을 나타낸다. 본 논문에서는 이의 대안으로서 동적 재연결을 지원하는 반응형 계획기 기법을 사용함으로써 제기된 문제점들을 해결하고자 하였으며, 온톨로지 처리 결과를 계획수립 과정에 반영함으로써 의미 기반의 웹서비스 조합이 이루어지도록 하였다. 그리고 이를 지원하는 시스템의 개발과 응용을 통해 반응형 계획기술이 시맨틱 웹서비스의 조합과정에서 견고하고, 유연하게 동작함을 알 수 있었다.

This paper deals with a reference model for a process-oriented parts supply company From the view point of SCM(Supply Chain Management), the model focuses on the integration of order management and manufacturing information. The model, considering the characteristics of manufacturing processes, separates the execution level from the planning level, and then introduces a virtual process to efficiently link the two levels. The model is operated to maximize its flexibility by the separation of planning and execution. A case study shows that our model significantly increases the productivity of the company.
